This was an outstanding visit for cell phones. The salesperson was very knowledgeable in the products and very helpful in suggestions of new cell phones. They assisted my wife at changing from Sprint to Metro PCS and she was very happy therefore Im happy.
First time in a Metro and Jose was extremely polite and helful. He programmed the phone wrote up in a very timely manner. Very happy. Thank You.
The young lady who serviced us was very friendly and efficient. My daughter and I were in and out in about 30 minutes. This is my daughters first experience and she loved. If my daughter is happy, then so am I.

I wouldnt honestly give them no stars their liars bc they never answer their phones . My husband and I went in their they said they only have gotten 1 800 numbers which is why they havent answered. So I told my husband to call the store number again right in front of the guy the guys face got completely totally blank. The reason why there was no ringtone because they turned it off .this is why you cant get a hold of them cuz they turn the ringer off 😠😡 they are unprofessional. The one time me and my husband got there early we got there at 10:45 others were also waiting the kid did not show up till 10 minutes after his shift which they open up at 11 he didnt get there till 11:10 and he was the one that open the store . So frustrating. Weve already contacted corporate two times. We will be contacting the them again. They said they were going to do something about this. I am copying and pasting everything I just wrote Because I know that they will delete this because others have said they deleted their actual comments. People need to know the truth about the store in Rockwall the owners going to find out and know this as well and Im glad because he or she needs to know who they are hiring its not fair to the owners.
Theyre more about making a sale or getting you to leave instead of making the customer happy.
I dont know WHY I keep dealing with this Store!!!! Always a nightmare!!! Im using someone else s tablet because these people DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ACTIVATE A PHONE!!! Never again! I called them 50 times from 1pm to 3pm They never ANSWERED!!! NEVER AGAIN!
They cannot get you through a sale unless u know everything yourself. To change back after a few months I could not. No one could find my acct #. Really. May I acquire this store or manage it for just one year. I will get it going.
Went to get my upgraded phone replaced on a saturday cause it wouldnt charge. Only had the phone for a month and 2 weeks. was told my replacement was going to be in on a Tuesday but here it is Friday and still nothing. Horrible service and very unsatisfied.
