My daughter went to pay off her Phone and was told she couldn’t pay it off until she separated her line. Which was a lie! She went to another T-Mobile and was able to pay off her phone. Every time we go there’s always different ppl telling you different stuff.

Im an old sprint customer who had to upgrade. I went to the other T Mobile by the Hobby Lobby as soon as they opened and was told they likely didnt have any phones to upgrade me to (at a phone store?) and Id best just go to the other T Mobile because they couldnt help an old sprint customer. I questioned why not, since its all the same company now with the same product.....Anyhow, glad I ended up at this one instead, Weston was awesome and the only reason Im leaving this review. As soon as I showed up at the store to the time I left about two hours later there were at minimum 3 customers in at the same time and Weston was so proficient and professional he multi-tasked like a pro and helped all of us at the same time. Multiple other customers who came in had been told the exact same thing from the other T Mobile, their loss is this stores gain I guess! Highly suggest not wasting your time at any other store, just go here whether youre a T Mobile customer or old Sprint like me theyre fast and super nice.

Every time I go in they always give me the best deals and the best service! My most recent experience was the best with two of the women working there. Both are very professional and to switch to two new iPhone 12s only took 10 minutes (after deciding which colors we wanted)! Always a good time here!

Ive had a Sprint Cellphone for maybe 25 years or more. (My current S10+ is great.) I needed to go to the store to tend to some business. The local Sprint Store is easy to find and access/parking was good. Customer service has always been good and my reason for the visit was addressed in a few minutes and I was out the door and on my way to other things to do.UPDATE 6/8/20: Face masks are REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES IN THE STORE!!$

Had a great experience with the store manager, Kayla.. my phone was acting up since 2:30 in the morning.. she was able to do a soft restart on the phone (I’m was on work clock) and gave me the clarity that there was no need for a new phone.. Fast service with great personality, definitely will recommend my family and friends to this store ..

I have been a customer at this sprint store for years.. for the most part, in the past, I have candidly not been terribly impressed with its customer service/tech staff feeling I was more of an annoyance that a valued customer ... but luckilyn since Sprint perodically rotates its staff members from different stores.. two new staff members have been brought to the store and are awesome !! The recent rotation has finally brought outstanding staff members to their store and Im very impressed.. Kudos to Marcus and Karen.. for working with me recently and going above and beyond to meet my needs and give me assistance required..providing Excellent customer service and care!! They truly make me feel like a valued customer!

Excellent in store service by Sam Hart last night. Came 30 minutes before closing, and kept him easy past closing. He kept a positive attitude with a smile, even when the customer care was not only rude but hung up on him. Again he did a great job!!!
Great customer service. Weve been to this location several times to buy phones for the entire family. Sometimes there can be a wait because they spend quality time with each customer. Ive also never felt rushed by the staff in order to get to the next person waiting.
Went in to inquire about my bill getting higher so I had my wall up for sure but after talking with one of their newer reps Karen she was quite knowledgeable and left me with a better understanding of what I was paying for and left with a better deal. Definitely my best experience here and will definitely return because of the honest customer service from karen.
I am writing this a little after a week after purchase of my 2 new devices. I went in not really expecting much but was comparing plans and deals with other service providers. I met the manager right off the bat named Kayla I think. She was very friendly and helped me threw the whole process. We went over things like what phones would be the best for my situation and how I could take advantage of some deals that where going on. Needless to say I have definitely walked away happy with my devices and service!
Went in to get a sim card for my new phone cause it wasnt working. Employees refused to help me. Told me they didnt have any sim cards without even checking stock or seeing if they could fix the phone. Called customer service after that and they said that doesnt sound right. That they should have that at their store. Anyways he told me how to fix it thru the settings in my phone. Took me 5 mins after being on hold for an hour. Thanks sprint store for nothing.

The employee I was working with was fairly new and needed assistance from his manager who was on lunch break, so he called her to ask a few questions and she decided to come in. As soon as she walked in you could instantly tell that she was annoyed, then started having an attitude with me and the employee. After I told her I was leaving because of her attitude and rudeness she told me I had an attitude too (so apparently that means she can). I’ve never had a great experience at this store, but after this I will never go back.

Went to this location last week and the reps and visit was great. Not only did they resolve my phone issue in a timely matter they were able to get Sprint to credit me the days I was without my device. I been to many Sprint stores in the 7 years I been with Sprint I can say this is by far the best one I have been to. Thanks Sprint!

So I guess the store doesn’t open today since no one wants to pick up the phone for the last hour? Also the store manager has not returned my phone calls. So what is really going on at this store. This is ridiculous. Our first visit was good one at this store, after that just went down hill. I know the service end is not the stores fault.
This place deserves no stars!! Switched my sons prepaid service or what I thought it was to find out I was under a two year agreement with a phone that I purchased elsewhere. To make matters I didnt even sign the contract but yet still got slammed with a $260 term fee. Tried calling the sprint customer service and was transferred to a sales rep for new lines 3x, then transferred to billing which was absolutely no help, then transferred again to finance so that they could be of no help as well, 1.5 hours on the phone for nothing! Thanks to the shady ass sales representative at the sprint store by the name of Christopher Cheriapa, who set me up on a two year contract with my own paid off phone and stated I exchanged the phone when I didnt. My only request was to be on a prepay line but I guess his commission was more important than the customer service that needed to be provided. I will never come back to sprint and will be posting this on every site of theres. Be aware of the sales reps! Wireless service and customer service sucks too!

Was not impressed at all, this store deserves no stars. Customer service was lacking, not friendly, and the person I spoke with acted like he did not want my business. (I was going to buy the new Galaxy phone, but decided against buying it from this location). Very frustrating and they definitely lost a customer. I went to a different location near work and was very satisfied with the service there!
Would give no stars if that was an option. Lured into leasing 2 iPhone 7s with the promise of lease one, get one free; however, the salesman signed me up for a 17 month lease rather than the 18 month lease that is eligible for that deal. Numerous calls to customer service, totaling HOURS on hold resulted in several promises to escalate my complaint. Ive been waiting for this escalation and bill credit for 6 months.Save the time and money by avoiding this place

I will never return to this Sprint Store again. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. First, the representatives appear to know very little about their jobs. They are constantly having to stop what they are doing with one customer to go help each other out on what appears to be simple computer operations. Second, they spend far too much time conversing about personal business with each other while making customers wait. They do not appear to have any ability to move with urgency when resolving a problem. Many times I tried to contact the store and had to make, on one occasion, six separate attempts to get anyone to even answer the phone. My phone was left for a repair. I was never contacted to be told when my new phone was ordered. After a week, when I called to inquire, I was left on hold for 19 minutes. I finally hung up and called back only to be told by the clerk that I had been disconnected with no apology. If I had not recently opened my account and would suffer penalties, I would close my account and go somewhere else. I had an account with MetroPCS and had impeccable service from my local store.If you are in any sort of a hurry, or simply expect courtesy and prompt service, I highly suggest you try a different location.

Staff is nice but dont know what they are doing. Every time I go in they tell me something that never happens -- from sending termination reimbursements when I switched to sprint to employer discounts to pricing -- when I call sprint to check status or my bill, I find out that they either didnt do what they said they would or that I was promised something that Sprint would not stand behind. They are a third party store and are clueless about Sprint. I will drive further to another store in the future.

I always have a great experience at the Rockwall, Texas store. Miss Kayla Broussard has been the representative that has taken so much time to fix my issues. She has been such a delightful young lady with knowledge bfe feeeyond and above any representative I have ever used. As a former Army MP and public school teacher (retired) I feel she is an asset to Sprint and if it were i n my power Id recommend her to have her own store!
The employees here were awesome. Too bad Sprint as a company makes them call in to their customer service phone line to get anything done. It was ridiculous. Took them over 4 hours to add a phone to my existing service.
Originally had an issue, but the salesman David helped us turn it around and we are very happily Sprint customers now! Thank you David!

Had to change my rating, they use to have a male Manager that was on themoney with every thing last year then everything started changing.I was offered some pPAD to try pot for $25 bucks and told I could return it anytime. Anytime means anytime, doesnt it? Family member died during holidays.Had nervous breakdown. Covid-19hit. Never used PAD.Told I had to pay $50.00 to return the PAD.Only person that ever helped me and I felt very comfortable with was patient was a young lady Karen @Rockwall store.
Ask for Lo, he is the only one who knows what hes doing there.

This store has incredible employees. The customer service is excellent. Anyone who has had a bad experience at this location must have been a grotch. Ive been in there and have seem them handle the rudest people nothing but respect. Ive been to the Sprint Store in Greenville and Rowlett and they dont even come close to the Rockwall store. I would go out of my way to visit them.

Worst experience at a sprint store ever. We were taken advantage of, lied to about multiple things, salesman says ok when he actually doesnt understand. Manager is very disrespectful and allows that behavior from his employees. Done with Sprint thanks to this store alone.
