They repaired my iPhone screen which had been shattered in about an hour. My phone looks brand new and it was only $100. Much cheaper than buying a whole new phone!

Professional and honest business. I was given an iPad Pro as a gift and didn’t realize that it had a glass screen protector on it. I dropped it on concrete and thought I shattered the actual glass screen cover. I dropped it off asking for this to be replaced. When the technician realized only the screen protector was damaged, he called me right away to inform me! He could have easily charged me the $300 for glass replacement vs $35 for a new screen protector. Professional services, fair prices, and integrity like this = lifetime customer. Highly recommend this business.

I walked into Rockwall Phone Repair, and got to sit back, relax and watch while my phone was being worked on. Awesome experience with quick in/out service. Plus the shop had all theses cool cases, and accessories for my phone.

I went in because my husbands IPhone 8 would not charge. He said it would either be a port cleaning 15$ or a charge port replacement 75$. He said he would clean it and see if it charged. The phone ended up only needing to be cleaned. I’m very impressed by the honesty of this store. They could have charged me for the more expensive service and I would have never known if I needed it or not. Would recommend for iPhone repairs!

My husbands iPhone XR wasn’t charging and we knew it had to be cleaned out. When we walked in the man was super nice he didn’t try to talk up into upgrades or anything to us, and they also had a huge variety of phone cases! We were also in need of a screen protector for my husbands phone and he offered it to us for $20! The AT&T store we went to was charging $60 so you can’t beat this places prices! When we picked it up (15 minutes later, super quick!) it worked good as new!! We will definitely be going here from here on out for all of our electronics needs.

They did a screen repair on my Samsung. I thought it was going to take a couple hours. I was very surprised when he said 30 minutes and the quality of the work after was amazing! Definitely would just these guys on any of my next phone repairs.

The guys there have excellent customer service. Came in because my daughters android phone stopped charging and they cleaned the charger port really good and it started right back up. They didnt charge me for this at all! Most other places wouldve charged the minimum service charge just to look at it. Ill definitely be back!

I recently went to Rockwall Phone Repair to have my sons iPhone 7 repaired. The phone was very bent and the screen was cracked. I was concerned that the phone was beyond repair. I had a ton of questions and the men were direct, patient and extremely helpful. They explained the process and and made me feel very confident in their abilities. They were honest about the possibilities and poteintal negative outcomes because the phone was so bent and damaged. They did an excellent job fixing the phone and the cost was very reasonable. The service was quick and I will return if the need ever arises. The guys were great and I highly recommend their service.

Brought my iPhone SE there yesterday to get its water damage fixed and it was fixed in about 30 minutes or so. The phone has been working perfectly and the service to get it fixed was well worth the money. Have not had any issues with the phone so far!

Ive managed to break the screen on my Samsung. Not just the glass but down deep into the LCD. Ive done it a couple of different times. This establishment repaired it each time, and rather quickly at that. They also carry many accessories for all types of phones. What they dont have, they can probably get fairly quick. I brought in an iPhone with a cracked screen to be replaced. I chose Rockwall Phone Repair because it was a cheaper fix than anywhere around where I live. Sadly, the new screen that was put on didnt work. I brought it back a couple days later, and they replaced it for free with another one that works like a dream.They price their labor and other products (cases and such) quite reasonably, they work quick and efficiently, and they ensure quality service at every turn. To go that extra mile, the customer service is extremely kind and genuine. I recommend Rockwall Phone Repair to anybody and everybody!

Typically I do not write reviews but my experience was so bad at this business I felt I had too. For most repairs maybe they do a great job. However in my case they failed to repair my sons phone. A simple refund would have been fine but when we brought the phone back and showed him there was an issue with the quality of work the man in the store was defensive and belligerent. Took no ownership, no attempt to try to satisfy a customer. Mentioned being in business for years and years over and over as if he was exempt from ever failing to make a proper repair. After proving the phone was in better condition prior to his repair he refunded less then half the fee. Listen no one is perfect and if you fail to make a proper repair stand behind your service and be willing to work with the customer. Lost me and anyone I know as a customer for life over less then 50 bucks. SMH.

I would highly suggest you NOT to use this place. After reading all the reviews I was in a crunch to have my iPhone 6 screen place. Figured its a simple fix surely they could do it. I was up that way when I broke my screen is the only reason I stopped in. They fix it promptly within a hour, by the time I got home whole left side of keyboard would not work. So Monday I called them said bring it in, I live two hours, so next day I took it up there. Lady said be back in a hour will be done. I come back in a hour she had just left to go get parts for it. I sat around for 2 hours watched people come through that door complaining about having phone fixed and it wasnt working right, and they tell me the mother board is fried. But the phone was working just fine when I brought it in the that morning just my keyboard wasnt working. They knew they messed it up and tried to give me a gift card to star bucks. I was out 800.00 dollars. I would advise you not to make the same mistake as I did. Beware they have no idea what they are doing. Its a complete circus in there. The guy working in there told me they just started doing iPhone 6 replacement. They were sending everyone to Apple. Take his advice and go to apple. You will regret coming to this place.

Had the back of my Sony Xperia Z2 replaced. I had to wait a week for the part to come in but it only took less than an hour to install. Im not sure if their repair comes with warranty. Phone is still waterproof too.

This place was horrible I’ve never had this bad of an experience anywhere. My LCD had been out for a little over 2 weeks. So I finally went in they told me it would be $250. My phone was working fine before I took it in my touch screen still worked and I was still able to hear all my notifications coming in the only thing wrong was my LCD went out. I took it in around 2 o’clock on a Saturday when I asked for the LCD replacement they said an 1- 1 1/2 hours I also asked if they could replace the microphone too they said it’s take up 3 hours for all of it which was fine because they made it seem like I’d get my phone back at the end of the day. They called around 5:30 and said that there was still 40 minutes left on the software reinstallation so I wouldn’t be able to get it until Monday morning because they’re closed on Sunday’s. I assumed that they guy knew what he was doing so the “software reinstallation” didn’t raise any flags. But as time passed it really didn’t make sense so Monday morning comes around and I called asking about how much longer it’d be and spoke to the same man I spoke to on Saturday and he told me that he wouldn’t be able to to give me a time frame until he started working in it again which again didn’t make sense. So then I show up there at 12 on the same day and I seen my phone just sitting on the charger. And I asked how much longer again (over 2 hours later) and he said he still didn’t know and made excuses about my phone being dead and my “software crashing” I gave them until 3 o’clock that day it still was not done so I called them to let them know I’d be picking my phone up then they tried to lie and say they had just received the part they needed so they could start working on it (minding I had been dealing with the same exact person this whole time) when I went in on Saturday they said it’s be done that same day and not that they were going to have to have to order any parts. Every time I called them they had another excuse. I told them I wasn’t paying for anything other than their service fee of $25 when I got my phone back my LCD was still out obviously but my phone was disabled which I didn’t know until I got it fixed by someone else. They tried to blame me for disabling it because when the screen is out we don’t know what buttons you’re pressing but I was very aware that disabling it was a possibility so I didn’t ever try using my phone I was doing all calls and texts thru my Apple Watch they didn’t know I had so I had no reason to use my phone, I told the guy that. Mind you my phone was doing fine with the LCD out for 2 weeks I knew it was disabled because I stopped getting my notifications on it. When my phone actually got fixed and came back on I seen that it was permanently disabled. So how does it magically become disabled under their care? i had to completely restart my phone thru my computer and I lost all my photos And data because my phone wasn’t backed up also never had battery issues before and I’ve had this phone for a year now but after them my battery does not charge over 80% and my phone over heats very quickly. Save your time and money and don’t go here.

Needed phone unlocked and screen fixed on my college students phone....gave myself a headache trying to figure out how to unlock.......went into shop and Melissa was so friendly....knowledgeable and got it done! Terrible place of business that would rather leave 1 minute before closing than wait until they close for a customer to pick up their phone. If a Customer comes in a half hour before closing and the employee does not feel comfortable filling that order in a timely manner, they should inform the customer so that they can take their business elsewhere.

Worst place Ive ever been to. I went up there after I got my phone fixed to let them know they forgot to put my SD card slot back in my phone and didnt put my screen on correctly. Not only did they laugh in my face they agreed with me about it until I walked out and cried Ive never been so humiliated in my life. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND!!

Fixed my personal phone after I tried to fix it myself and ended up breaking more parts. They also fixed two other iPhones I have so that my kids can use them as iPods. Very fair price and had my personal phone back to me in under an hour. Dont hesitate to use these guys as they are very polite and professional not to mention accommodating as they opened early for me.

Is there a zero-star option? Went in for a simple screen repair as they were more convenient than the Apple store in Dallas while traveling to Rockwall. They happily and quickly replaced the screen. Shortly after the digitizer became unstable rendering the phone less useful than it was BEFORE their repair and the screen does not feel fully attached to the phone casing. When I called about correcting their service, they NOW tell me that the phone is water damaged and THAT is what is causing the instability and there is nothing they can (or will) do for the device. How convenient for them. Just spend the extra $20 and get your iPhones repaired properly the first time with Apple directly.

Took my iphone in to get the screen replaced. Got it back with the light sensor and camera not working. Was told it must not have worked when brought in, which was not true. Was told it could not be fixed, and it was not their fault. Spent over an hour being accused of lying, being told it wasnt a big deal, and getting bsd around. Finally after demanding it to be put back to the condition it was in when brought in for service, (light sensor and camera working with cracked screen) I got it back with a worse screen than before, and neither the camera or light sensor working. Turns out they broke the camera and light sensor when putting in the screen. They do not understand accountability, or how to treat a customer, much less fix a phone. Good luck if you decide to do business with them.

Over priced..... Keep the money in your pocket. I went there because I dropped my cell and my LED went out... The lady hiding in the back corner was completely rude. They wanted to charge me 190$ to fix it and 25$ for labor if they cant fix it.... Everyone needs to know good confident companies do not charge labor if they didnt do the job this is the 3rd time I broke my phone never been charged for labor if they couldnt fix it. I Went to MiiPhone Dr in Rowlett awesome job and I paid less than 140$ to get it all done. If they couldnt fix it there is no charge.....

I went in to fix a lock button on a 4s and was told it was going to take 2 hours... After that I went to pick it up and The button kinda worked but I have to put force in to it. When I got home my wifi was greyed out and now I have to deal with no wifi on an iPhone I called and ask what did they do to my phone since the wifi was not working they said ( you will have to pay around $40 to fix it) hell no yall screwed my wifi up and you wont fix it. THIS STORE SCREWED ME OVER THANKS A LOT!!!

I am surprised to see the negative reviews over the past year. We have used this shop quite a few times for various repairs on iphones, and sent friends to them as well - all having had a positive experience. Screen & battery replacements etc. My first experience here was a screen replacement - I hadnt noticed until I was home that the speaker wasnt working quite right, so when I did notice I called the shop and left a message after hours. The speaker mesh was just a little off kilter under the new screen. I was so surprised to get a phone call from Kris after hours, and an offer from her to personally come to my house the next day to pick up the phone and fix! The following day was a Sunday at that, she was willing to do this on the shops off day. It wasnt that urgent, and I did have a way to hear/make phone calls with headphones plugged in temporarily. BUT, the fact that they offered to do this spoke loud & clear to me, and they fixed it within minutes when i did bring it back a couple days later - FREE of charge of course. They care about customers, and clearly take measures to satisfy that most business owners wont :)
