Did an update on my laptop and it basically acted like a virus?! Deleted programs and files, but the worst was it set back my QuickBooks to June. I lost everything I did in there for 3 months! Thankfully these guys were able to recover all my files and get my books back up to date. Great communication along the way too. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. I had my I phone for 2 years. It became hard to hear from the ear piece. The guy that helped me, Mike, told me he knew exactly what it was before he repaired it. Very knowledgeable! The fix took less than an hour and is perfect like new now. I can hear my phone calls. My issue was my HP OfficeJet Pro was not printing and I could not get the pdf print mode to change. After many tries, turning off, unplug, shut down Wi-Fi. It only took Ryan, the technician, to stand by my printer and the ***** thing worked.Ryan, was very professional, he just smiled and explain that printers are finicky. He reassured me that it was ok and I thank him profusely. A Great Gentleman in every way!

They were awesome! They ordered a new battery for my phone that overheated, installed it and transferred the data from my old phone into my new one. They didnt even charge me for the battery since they could keep it and reuse. Very good and reasonable!

Absolutely 5 Star Service every time I go for computer or iPhone service. My familys iPhones are pretty simple -- a cracked screen here or there. Each time I or a family member has needed screen service, AWT Support staff are quick, professional and courteous.Then theres AWTs Computer Service, and they have blown me away. We moved from out of state a year ago, and I was nervous when I needed computer service. I was already familiar with AWTs superior iPhone repair and service, but my computer runs everything. I needed it to be right. I couldnt be happier with AWTs assistance. My son had a very expensive Dell laptop which had started a boot loop. After taking it in for him (he had given up), AWT had it up and running again quickly. Then, when it was my turn (I had locked myself out of my ThinkPad and couldnt get past that issue to even reload Windows.) AWT not only saved my ThinkPad, they did it in less than 24 hours from drop-off to pick up.Bottom line -- if you are looking for a safe and expert computer shop to help with your familys electronics, you cant do better than AWT!

Took my inoperable iphone to rockwall AWT after someone else replaced the screen and Mike not only confidently assured me he could fix it but did so in 30 minutes while also addressing other things that was not done right. This is the second time Ive had my phone fixed here. First time I managed to break the screen. That repair was quick and reasonable. This time I took my now 3 year old iPhone 7 plus in to get the charging port, battery, ear piece, and mute switch replaced since I just dont want to buy a new phone. The quoted price was MUCH better than I was prepared for. And when I came to pick it up they said my toggle switch just needed to be tightened down so they collected LESS money than the original quote. I was very surprised they could have charged me and Id never known. I will certainly use AWT Support again!

Travis was an absolute pro! I went to a competitor on Saturday that claimed to be open and they were closed at 2pm. I called Travis and he priced my issues over the phone and gave me the peace of mind that my phones would be fixed properly. Great experience!Follow up and update, so a few days later they call me and let me know that my phones LCD screen was ok and had just become disconnected. Instead of a $100 charge, it was a $25 service. Honest people, honest business. Will send everyone I know to them!

I was listening as the tech at the phone was responding to three different calls, one right after another.2 with shattered screens (a competitive price they offered, Ive priced them around)1 with problems I couldnt begin to say, yet the tech was right on top of it, gave some alternatives to try, and said, Come by if that doesnt work.Now, those are the kind of repairs I like to hear about. Offer the best advice possible without seeing the actual phone and ready to repair if you walk in the door.While I was listening, I also noticed these techs have each been certified and credentialed by honest to goodness accredited trade schools. They certain have the experience and the educated knowledge to handle my computer problems.I heard it more than once, parts are guaranteed for quality. Bring it back if it is defective and you get the repairs free.I bought what I needed and then made a mental note, Im coming back when I need more computer or cell phone repairs. For SURE!

Contacted Marc needing IT support for our office and he came by and did his initial evaluation and was supposed to contact me with his suggestions along with costs. After a week I decided to email Marc since I have not heard from him, no response. 2 days later the owner of our company contacted the AWT and the receptionist informed us that Marc will reach back out to us, still no response. We went with another IT company since my client could not wait any longer...If you can not take on our business then simply tell us so we do not waste time.Please note this is just our experience and everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Travis at AWT Support offers great and honest customer service. One of our laptops took a spill and the glass was shattered. He replaced the glass and a couple weeks later glass detached again. He offered for me to bring it back in and even gave us a partial credit on account for having to take the laptop back. AWT Support went above and beyond to make it right. Never had a problem before but managed to break the screen on my Android on the flight to Dallas. I had gone to meet some people in Rockwall and when I got there, they suggested Area Wide. They were close by so I went right over and they had my phone fixed in no time. The price was reasonable as well. Big relief since I really needed to phone.

I have used them several times to replace ipad and iphone glass, add thermal glass protectors and bought cases from them. Always very happy with their service. They are willing to answer any questions and are not pushy.

These people are amazing- they saved my data, and after my computer failed after the initial fix (due to water damage that happened previously) they offered me store credit for the original fix and didnt even charge me for the second time they looked at it. They requested I prepay for a battery, I never heard back. I went there 2 weeks later and they informed me that my battery came in. I asked why no one called and the only answer I was given was, I didnt order it so I dont know. While that might be true, it is terrible service.
