They require a mask in a public business. It is my understanding that unless a membership is required with rules and regulations they cannot enforce the public to wear a mask that is not professional grade and ineffective type of face covering. They are always trying to upsell but are very knowledgeable about their products.

Most of the time this store is top notch great knowledge and customer service. But I went to trade a playstation 4. they were going to give me 130$ for and turn around and sell the same unit as is for 390$. I didnt have a 10$ hdmi cable with it and they said they couldnt take it and Id have to buy a cable. Thats riculous considering the profit margin they stand to make on reselling the unit. I could understand if I were missing a 60$ controller or something but to be that petty over the most trivial part of the game console really put me off. My experience is not necessarily indicative of the quality of the store but more the company itself. Still needs to be noted.

Awesome place!I’ve been going here since I was 7 years old and have always had the most wonderful experience here! The staff is always lovely and understanding, they never rush you and I have never had them be rude at all. They are very helpful in helping me find things and have a lot of things to sell other than the games themselves!

Had nothing at store and had to order the games and sent normal mail which is going to take weeks

Its a good store and Sean does well running the place, he remembers names and faces very well. Will have what you want most of the time and will gladly order you an item if they dont.

Had to wait 20 minutes of my lunch to be seen so the guy could give me $5 for one game. Which they will sale it for 39.99. Then he gave me $0.03 for a game. I mean dang not even a whole dollar??? Also I reserved 2k18 and its not in the system. They claim they cant look up past orders.

Was there to pick up preorder and the staff were polite and respectful with a store full of people waiting. They were calm and collected the whole time having fun and being engaging with the customers

Called looking for a game. They only had a preowned which was priced higher than a new one. He gave some lame reason why they charge more. Said it was probably discontinued, unable to be found, and therefore priced higher?! I said Target still has the game in stock and priced cheaper but in Dallas. (At that point I heard him snicker and say well...) I said that I would rather buy here in town if they would be willing to match the price even though it was used, I would buy here. He said the prices online reflect what they are in store and then started talking to another customer... So was that a no? We are not willing to have any customer service even before the sale? I said thanks for your time and he hung up on me. Wow! Glad I didnt give them my business and surely wont in the future.

Called in and spoke to David about pricing on Xbox one consoles. I was told there was a console for $120 with 500gb storage Or I was told I could get a used console for $180. He told me the difference was that the used one was 1 terabytes storage which is why it was more expensive. I asked how much the protection plan was and was told it was $10 for a year or $20 for two years.So I went to buy the console and when I got there I was told David was on break and the cheapest console was $180. Then the protection plan was $20 for one year.So basically dont call and ask for prices because they really dont have a clue. Ended up spending way more than I was told I would. Also the ladies working were pretty short with me. I will say the new girl that was training was very pleasant and helpful though so thats why Im giving it 2 stars. If it wasnt for her i wouldnt even give it one star.Oh and if youre buying Modern Warfare go to Walmart its $10 cheaper.

Bought gaming system from you, lost receipt and was told that yall can look up and see that i bought it, but I wont get my money back because I dont have the little piece of paper. Everything is still sealed from when i bought it but yall were still going to give me only a faction of what i paid for it in store credit. This store has the best legal scam around really. This is not the first time Ive tried returning items, with receipt no less, and been told i wont get my money back. Im cutting up my Gamestop cards and selling system on ebay. Lessons finally learned and no longer shopping here.

This is the only GameStop Ive had poor service in. Im not going to say they were rude or anything, but it was a feeling of dont care attutude. Phones and questions went unanswered. I can will say however the store is definitely well decorated and has everything youd be looking for at store front.

Bought fallout 3 for xbox 360 and it did not work. Very disappointed will not return and I will also never return for further business.

I love this Gamestop. Never had anything but positive experiences and have been going there for years. The entire staff is pretty knowledgeable about all of the games and systems. Sean is amazing and is always my go to if he is there at the moment... even though I work right next to Firewheel gamestop, I value the friendliness and professionalism of the Rockwall location Ill always wait to do my shopping until I can make it there.

Terrible policies and even worse customer service.I have been a loyal customer here for years and I have purchased several consoles and games here through the years. Im sure Ive spent well over $3000 through the years. I recently purchased a PS4 500GB system for $199 plus about $200 worth of controller and games about 3 weeks ago. I noticed that Costco has a 1TB PS4/Battlefields II combo for only $239 which is a much better deal. So I contacted the store and spoke with John the assistant manager to see if I could get a price match and I was informed that they do not offer any price match and that I cannot return the console either. I proceeded to tell the fellow that I have been a loyal customer there for years and he replied well thats our policy I informed him that I would leave a negative review on Google and his callous reply was Youre more than welcome to leave a negative review.Do yourself a favor, spend your money at a retailer that cares about their customers, because this one obviously doesnt. If I could give it negative 5 stars I would

Always can find amazing deals and staff inside. Have to go EVERY weekend because everything always changes. Our daughter is 4 years old and let me tell you what..... Hatchimals.... Parents THEY ARE IN THE STORE. Lol dont get me wrong she gets the one with the most eggs inside. To see her freak out every time is priceless. Theyve been worth it to cause her and my wife have found 5 special edition and 3 limited edition toys (which have been put up til she understands better). Oh but the most best part is she has a console. Xbox360- she walked out Saturday with 6 new games all because they were buy 2 get one free, and my wife being a freak on saving deals, we bought it all AND THE HATCHIMALS. Overall this place makes my family happy which makes me happy and also it has my ps4 games always on preorder on time :) Thank You Game stop.

Went up there to trade a game in and reserve a game on the new Nintendo Wii U console. They turned me away because I want not putting towards Call of Duty black opps 2. It was not midnight it was a little after 9. As long as their store is open which it was sign and all they are open. I have bought many products there even if it was not the big game coming out at midnight or even at midnight. This is complete crap and if it were not for the fact I cant find a wii u anywhere I would pull my reservation from there in a heart beat.
