Even though I went in just for a small phone fix. Paloma and the crew were more than happy to help me out. Im very satisfied with this Cricket Wireless location. Very friendly staff and they definitely know what theyre doing! Well definitely go back for my next upgrade!

I bought 2 phones here in full. Not only did they not inform me of the 6 month waiting policy before a phone can be unlocked from Cricket but they also added insurance onto my phone policy without authorization. I suggest anyone that travels or is planning on switching from Cricket to not buy your phones from them and instead go directly to Apple or Samsung. Paloma was the rep I talked to on the phone, according to her she cant give out any info on her manager/supervisor. Not even when they will be at the store, its just extremely shady. Cricket used to be a good company but they are just becoming another shady prepaid carrier, Id suggest not giving this store or Cricket in general any of your business.

Not only were the employees super helpful, I believe it was Jose and Maureen who helped me, they were incredibly patient and explained to me the process of switching over from Sprint as well as quoting me exact prices and what to expect during the process. He helped me sign up for automatic payments so I can save even MORE money. Im amazed at the service with Cricket Wireless so far! Excellent service everywhere I go, with decent internet speeds. The phone I purchased came with nice accessories for a fair price as well, always a plus. I just wish Cricket would support the Apple Watches so I could use it with my service, but for now Ill settle for just my phone plan. Im still saving more money with Cricket, and have even better service here than Ive ever had at Sprint for the past year. Thank you guys for the great customer service

Service was efficient. When getting a new phone its expected to take linger than usual. Other than that the store was clean and in order. There were a variety of phones on sale and some in store specials.

Best Cricket store I’ve been to! Went in because my dad was having some problems with his phone. First of all it was very clean, which is what I like to see. I was helped out by someone named Josie who did such a great job helping me and even taught my dad a few things about his phone he didn’t know himself! Will definitely return to this location if I ever need any more help!

They were very busy setting up new accounts when I went in and after waiting for a while I asked the young lady if I could make a quick payment in which she was happy to do for me (her customer was viewing his new phone so I didnt but in right in the middle)

This is a good cell provider as a company but with this store I have had nothing but complaints firstly trying to buy a case and them just laughing when they didnt have any and then the two woman that work there never want to do their job they are so lazy they never comply at all I literally called the store to ask if my payment went through and gave me some bs that they couldnt check since I wasnt there so I said alright and decided to call another cricket store the one in Rowlett they said they didnt know why they couldnt and gave me all the information needed now I know what store Im using from now on.

Horrible experience this last Sunday showed up at 11 am no one was there finally at 11:10 am someone showed up and immediately locked the door. About 11:20am she finally turned on the sign and opened the door. Then she proceeds to tell me they are updating their computers thats why the delay. Bs. I saw her counting money for the registers and turning on the lights. I said dont you think you should get here before your open hours not after she had nothing to say. She obviously must be the owners daughter. Very rude unprofessional and poor service take your business elsewhere Rockwall I will never return

If I had the option to rate it zero stars I would. I bought a phone a 200$ phone and it would not charge and was crap. When I brought it back they made me pay for a restocking fee of 35$. To exchange it for a new phone. Lady was rude! I have been in retail and manage a territory of stores and I would never employee a person like that.

Literally the WORST cricket I have ever experienced!! First of all it was around 4pm and their open sign was not on so we were unsure as to if they were open or not. My friend and I walked in and nobody greeted but instead the staff just stared at us. Did not ask what we needed today or anything so WE had to come start the conversation first and let them know. I figured that this store would be be excellent since it just opened and its in the Rockwall area. But I was so livid about the staff that never again will I come to this cricket. A lady came in behind us but she waited a bit at the door as she was waiting for her children when one of the employees said cmon lady you can do it the door is right there which makes me wonder what little smart ass comment they said when my friend and I arrived. I honestly feel like the crickets in other areas (garland, balch springs, etc..) ones that I have previously gone to before are WAY better than this location and actually look presentable for their job. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CRICKET TO ANYONE!!! POOR SERVICE!!

I was robbed in this store, I pay with a card and the terminal discount me all the money but they said never get that payment, so try to talk with them but alway say the same, we dont have any payment I try to keep it easy for all,but I think I have to call the authority to help me to get my money back...
