Horrible customer service, the manager at the shop is totally rude and is not considerate for the customers. I spent a lot of money at this place and when i had questions about my battery they basically told me to go kick rocks. i will never be going here again, you’re way better off just going to oreilys

Besides good batteries they provide services such as lugs on power cables and testing batteries

I highly recommend this location for any of your battery needs. The owner was very accommodating and the staff was too. They offer curbiside for those that prefer to utilize that service.

Update: Owner called and resolved this by issuing a refund.In the end I was treated fairly by the owner.Warrantyy not honored.. battery purchased 08/2020,May 2021 vehicle set for 4 weeks, had to be jumped,Wouldnt hold charge, took it to Interstate and they advised it had oxidized when it set for the 4 weeks, and the 3 year warranty wouldnt be honoredIn less than a year Ive paid almost $600 for battery

I had my car battery replaced on Monday quick oil change location. My positive terminal top post was terribly corroded and needed to be replaced immediately. Only Interstate All Battery Center could help me. Legrand found the parts, replaced the parts and I was on my way in short order. Thank you Legrand foe your excellent service. Excellent Customer service at this Rockwall Interstate Battery Center. The guy who works there is most knowledgable and helpful. Ive purchased batteries for my boat trolling motor, lawn tractor and RV there. Great experience each time.

Inside, theres usually knowledgeable Associates available to assist me in finding whatever Im looking for.Access is easy from 3 major thoroughfares/roads and parking has never been a problem. Handicapped access/parking is generally available as well.Come to Interstate All Batteries for your batteries, bulbs, lighting, cords and other similar items. I dont think youll be disappointed.

We tested it on our Load Tester and the ED18 equipment, and the battery performed perfectly-- THREE times on the Load Test and the two times perfectly on the ED18 with results rated as full capacity. We asked you for information about the vehicle and the vehicle performance with the battery installed. We were not able to see the battery installed in the vehicle because you had been unable to get the vehicle started. We told you that that battery was still a great battery.The Interstate battery MT-78 that you carried into the store was only 8 months old. It was fully charged. It was not in the vehicle. All testing of the battery supported the fact that the battery was still a great battery and at full performance capacity.You were very convinced that our battery was the cause of your car not starting and you kept repeating your claim that it was a bad battery. We asked for more information from you about the vehicle but you would not give more information. The assistant manager is an experienced mechanic and was willing to have a conversation about alternatives and ways to diagnose the problem that you may have had with the car and the battery connection.It is our dedicated effort to understand the issues that any customer might sometimes have with a vehicle and a battery when it is connected. Sometimes a bad cable, a starter issue, an alternator, or other related parts problem can cause the appearance that the battery is bad. The battery you brought to us was very good. We were willing to work with you. You continued to insist that the battery was bad. You elected to leave with the battery and I could tell by your comments as you walked out the door that you were not happy with us. We are sorry for your inconvenience and will be happy to test your battery at any time. The staff was great and I’m anxious to see how my first interstate battery performs.

Interstate batteries arent the cheapest out there but theyre one of the best and well worth it. I havent been let down by one yet. The staff at this store is very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter had to use the restroom there and it was very clean, which we really appreciated!

Went into the Rockwall Interstate today to replace the batteries for my truck today fully expecting to pay for two new batteries. However I didn’t realize that my batteries were under a warranty and I could have been charged for new ones, but just got two new batteries free of charge! I could have been charged for the batteries and was not. I have always like interstate but I like them even more! When I am in need of new batteries for anything I will be going there!

Very nice Managers at Rockwall location. Very helpful. I highly recommend Interstate Batteries of all types. I always use them in my vehicles. They rate high in Consumers Guide & Reports. Warranty is also rated high & has 6 years on it. Just got some AAs for a world clock. Bought one for 2005 Dodge Ram truck & another for 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Great prices amd service

Bought a battery here yesterday and they were great. Extremely kind and helpful. Please note their location is on the Horizon side, not the Ridge Road side. If you look them up on Apple maps on an iphone, it says they are up by the Walgreens. Highly recommend.
