Took my car for a tire patch. They told me I had to replace my brand new tire and it couldnt be patch. No questions. Offered no additional solutions or options. I took it right up the road and they pulled the tire from the rim, it was a great candidate for a patch.

The gentleman were amazing. I just bought 2 new tires from Someone else had a flat they damaged the stem. NTB replaced the stem. Did not charge me... they just wanted to earn my future business. I know they plug tires free but the stem I did not know. But I am forever grateful and they have my business as long as they want it. It reminded me back when service was service. Kudos to the company and they guys who got me back up and running.

Bill and his team went above and beyond for me and my wife. We received a MAJOR flat just two hours before we were suppose to close on our house… Took it in to Bill and informed him of the situation and he immediately got our truck back in the shop and we were out in no time. Big thank you to Bill and the guys at NTB for what they did! Because of them we were able close on our house in time! Go see them!

Had to revisit after getting brake pads and they continued squealing even after a few months. The attendant recommended that I changed the metal pads to ceramic and that would stop the noise. He offered a good price for them and I went for the service. The wait was long but they have a waiting room with TV and coffee available. Out the door this time around for $103.

Thank you, to the employees at Greenville NTB that told me my car was ok. I had been to another location that was rude and wanted to charge $700 with a load of extras on top of that. I went to the Greenville location and they informed the that everything was good and I didn’t need anything done to my car. With a previous estimate of $700 with almost that much again in extras Greenville NTB saved my bank account. They showed me what they found, and brought the biggest smile to my face. Today in the world, there are a lot of wolfs, yet Greenville has shown to have integrity and honesty that is above reproach. Please do not contact me, for I don’t care for false apologies.

They got me right in, everyone was courteous and the wait was nothing. Two tired fixed at a fraction of what I thought it would cost. I love these guys!

I had a tire with an air leak that I had to get repaired. It was a Sunday and I discovered that the National Tire & Battery near me was OPEN! When I arrived, I was courteously greeted and provided with information on tire choices for my vehicle. Within a reasonable time my vehicles tires were replaced. While I waited, there was a clean comfortable waiting room with seating, coffee, soft drinks and TV. I will return if circumstances dictate the need.

Quick, courteous, and professional. My tire went flat the night before and I managed to make it to this location after airing it up. They checked the tire and patched free of charge.

Closed 30 minutes before they were supposed to, I have to have my car tonight and no way of getting it. They did not call to notify me of closing early so I could pick up my vehicle. $1200 worth of repairs and this happens. Very unprofessional and I will not return.

Great guys working here. Giovanni was a super nice and helpful guy. He helped me with an interstate warranty and combined with a rebate saved me over $150. I also got a good deal on US made Cooper tires. Really appreciate their patriotism.

I my car off at 1:00pm the time i had my appointment to change my oil at, they told me it would take 1 hr and 30 minuets i walked around found some things to do and called back two hours later. then they told me i was next up in line and they would take it in and told me it would be another 1hr and a half. Very unsatisfied.

I drive from Dallas to Rockwall just to get my car serviced at this specific NTB. I originally got my vehicle serviced at the Mesquite location, but when management relocated to a different store so did I. I always receive excellent service and they always take care of me. I had a broken rotary brake at one time, my vehicle wasnt safe to drive and they couldnt get the part in prior to closing, management made sure I safely made it home and my vehicle was ready the next day. They make sure to keep you updated about whats happening with your vehicle, and they are always sure to inform you of what services your vehicle may possibly need in the future.

Giovanni at NTB was absolutely terrific. Wont go into the long tire story here, but he was extremely attentive and understanding regarding our issues with our BMW and only wanted the best deal and safest deal for us. Really appreciate this teams attention to detail. Not often that I say I fully trust a car-care company, but this one is the best. Super staff and super service - even on Christmas Eve! Also, it was a huge help that they were open on Sundays. Otherwise we would have had to wait another day and gone back to that other place. Thank you! Well be back.

I had a tire leak and went to this NTB on my way back from Rockwall DPS (I live in Plano). I had no idea which tire the leak was and just gave my car for inspection and fix.It was fixed in 30 mins and for some reason I dont know, I wasnt charged. It was a surprise for me, unexpected totally.You have won a client, thats what I can say.

Got a flat tire on Sunday and this was the only place open. Made it to the shop an hour before they closed, and there was a rush of customers coming at the same time. I expected service to be understandably lacking at this time, but that was not the case. Service was great and they got me in very quickly.I was distracted by my spare tire going flat, so I did not notice I was running out of fuel. I ended up broken down shortly after leaving the shop. The manager Brandon was super helpful and came to the rescue to drive me to the gas station. It was truly above and beyond. Thank you!

I came into NTB early before they were open [7am] i on my way to work at rockwall Presbyterian as a nurse.Totally flat tire, I went up to see if the door was open because cars were there, the gentleman inside opened the door pulled my Toyota back and did a repair all before they even opened, his name was Shane!Ask for him!

Have always used NTB and had great experiences. My daughter thought she had a problem with her battery but they told her that her alternator was bad and she needed a new one. She bought one at AutoZone for her grandpa to install and took it home to find out that the alternator that was in the car was just fine and the battery went out due to a burnt out overhead light bulb. Make of that what you will. Nice employees other than that. Not a good time for a 20 year old with no job to be spending $500 on auto repairs that werent needed. I hate that because I love their customer service. They even have zero APR financing for 6 months. I loved having that option just in case. Discounted oil changes. And I have always bought my tires from here. Now, I have to find a new repair shop now. Darn it!🚙😫Hate to see you go...

Came in just needing a trailer tire. They slapped the rim on the tire machine, had a tire on it, and I was gone in about 15 minutes. Outstanding

I work with Bill and one other person I didnt get his name. they align my car but noticed I had bad bushings on the front. Bill told me they got it as close as I could and that if I replace the bushings and came back he would check it again and get it better. Bill was very professional, and courteous.

I was greeted warmly upon entry, asked if I needed assistance, tested my battery before just making a sale, then taking care of my issues. Service and Support with a smile. Great!!

The guys at NTB are remarkably friendly, and highly professional. I went in a few months ago for a tire patch, and they ran a diagnostic on my car without being asked, and at no charge, to inform me that I would need a new battery soon, as well as new tires. When I went back some time later to get the battery done, I told them I would be back in a couple of weeks to get new tires. Immediately, Brandon went to check and make sure that they had the tires I needed in stock in case he needed to order them so that they would be available when I was ready for them. A few days later, Brandon called me personally to tell me he has stock of the tires that I need whenever I am read . And that he will continue to keep them in stock so that I would have a reliable place to go for my tires in the future. Ill admit, they are a bit on the pricier side, but it is more than worth it for all the work they do for their customers.

Rockwall guys are great, or you can go stand in the cattle shoot at the other guys.

Ive been getting my oil changes here a while now and Im sorely disappointed in NTB. During my last oil change in March which is almost $100 (because of my cars large oil tank and requirement for synthetic) I was told that I needed a new serpentine belt. I came back 3 days later and had it replaced for about $200, which was fine. I was then told my check engine light was on and that they could do a diagnostic for an ADDITIONAL $200. Seeing as I had spent more than $300 there that month (while on unemployment mind you) I was floored and politely declined. What was the real kicker was when they told me they could also replace my low beam headlights for $125!! The headlights themselves are $17 a piece, but they told me the maker of the car recommended an hour of labor for each light, which is nonsense. Then they tried to cut me a deal by reducing labor so I would only pay $100 for the service. Why on Gods green earth do you think its acceptable to scam customers out of money during a pandemic???So I went to Autozone paid $34 for my headlights and the sweet older man working as the cashier installed them for free, in I kid you not, less than 8 minutes. I also got a FREE diagnostic. I really did enjoy having NTB service my car, but the lack of integrity and price gouging during such a difficult time is vile. Since then Ive had additional work done at Eagle Transmission (Wylie/Lavon). The new owner David was kind and fair. They replaced the coil in my car, did an additional free diagnostic (that wasnt $200) and have also done repair work for my brother.I highly recommend driving the additional 12 minutes to Eagle Transmission and letting a shop that cares about its customers service your car. David the new owner will take care of you. NTB does NOT have your best interest in mind.

Okay!I used to go to Greenville where the Manager was Shane, he left and it is a nightmare at the Greenville NTB... (just dont)I have a warranty so the next closest is the Rockwall location, I walk in and OH MY GOD!!SHANE is at Rockwall!Just when I was ready to hang NTB up and go elsewhere, I went back to being treated like a human again!Thank You Shane for caring about your job and making auto repair an east process.If you come here ask for him, NTB management needs to take notice!

Bait & switch shop. Along with slower than molasses service and sloppy workmanship.Had an appointment at 9:30am at the NTB in Mesquite with an exact order & price worked out ($350)with a 3 for 4 sale going on, but they failed to order the necessary parts & had no idea when they’d arrive. Annoying and unprofessional, but not the most egregious transgressions as i knew i could just take my business elsewhere.So i called customer service to have them find a shop that had the parts i ordered and they sent me to this location, to talk to Robert.“Robert will get everything worked out ya” they said.What Robert did was ignore the 3 for 4 sale, and add on a ton of other work making the price, which I had previously arranged to be $350, around **$680**. You’ll notice that’s nearly double what I had worked out.After a contentious conversation with Robert about how in the world the price suddenly doubled, Robert still managed to get another $100 out of me. This is all completed around 1:30pm, a full FOUR HOURS(!!!!!!) after my appointment was scheduled.So i finally get my tires, head home for lunch & to go to work. After finishing lunch, i start my car & am informed by my dashboard that my TIRE PRESSURE IS DANGEROUSLY LOW. I call the shop to ask how that’s possible & they insist i come in right away to make sure everything was done correctly.At this point i am more than annoyed. I’ve had to beat back Robert’s over zealous & dishonest sales technique, and it’s taken up nearly my ENTIRE day.Luckily they finally got it together enough to realize the warning on the dashboard was a false alarm that got triggered during the installation process. I don’t know why it showed up an hour after the installation but whatEVER.Not a PEEP of apology for the slow service & clear lack of skill involved with the installation. While waiting for them to fix my car for a second time i finally start actually complaining, hinting that an apology of some sort might be in order.Robert & His Buddy basically told me that this is just how they treat their customers.I won’t be coming back.

My car is now 12 years old, so Ive had belts, hoses, sensors and other minor maintenance that has needed attention in recent years. The manager Bill and his team always take great care of me and my car and have saved me hundreds of dollars over the past couple of years. I trust this team and appreciate the professionalism.

This is my GO TO location when I need tires or a vehicle inspection. The prices are reasonable, the service is quick, and the attitude is friendly. I came here after Discount Tires played games with the tires I pre ordered online. Im much happier with my experience at NTB.Ive been back three times for tires on my other vehicles, and had a good experience and reasonable pricing every time.

I would give it a 0 star but thats not an option. So I went in about three months ago to get an alignment and the technician said I need over $1000 worth of work to get it aligned, so I said it would wait, in the mean time I had another mechanic look at my truck and he said there was nothing wrong so about a week ago I go back in there for an oil change and another alignment check and they said I need another $1100 worth of different stuff for them to do the alignment again Im not trusting them so today I went to fire stone and they checked it and say there is absolutely nothing wrong.I will not be returning and I will make sure everyone I know does not either because they are complete scam artists.

I have been going to this NTB for seven years and I’m very happy with them. Bill, Brandon and Giovanni are amazing and have wonderful customer service skills. I go there for my alignments, my tires aired up, rotated and balanced and have my oil changed. I was just there a few days ago and one of my tires was flat and had a nail in it and they didn’t even charge me to repair it. Good customer service is hard to find but not at NTB in Rockwall. I highly recommend them!!!

I had a set of new tires put on and an alignment done. Customer service is good and the time I waited was reasonable. The reason I take a star away is because some details are lacking. The past couple times I received an alignment, my steering wheel was slightly off centered. How much time does it take to make sure the steering wheel is centered. Also, I get a new set of tires and they look like somebody drove on a dirt road with them before they were put on. At Firestone, they put a little tire dressing on to make them look nice. Again, a small detail that goes a long way with me. My truck was clean and had dirty brand new tires.

These guys know what their doing. Great job guys....had me in and out with my company car in no time so I could get back to work.

Almost had perfectly good tires stolen before I noticed. Was given information about a card I didnt ask for and slowly pushed to sign. When asked about tire insurance I said no because the manufacturer estimated the quality of tires to go well past the insurance protection date but it was added to my final bill anyway. Ultimately very displeased, I will not be going back to have salesmen only interested in sucking as much money as possible from their customers. And thats not even mentioning the 2 and a half hour wait time just to put on some tires when there was only one other person being serviced at the time...

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. They did not have a oil filter for my vehicle. Instead of telling me sorry they got a filter and it only took them an additional 15 minutes to service my truck. I had a online coupon but I left it at home. They honored it no problem. Very happy. This is the second time I have used them. No complaints.

These guys are amazing!!! Customer Service is over and beyond anywhere else I’ve ever taken my car. Car things stress me out, but the staff and manager at NTB Rockwall really take care of their customers and make it much less painful. I purchased tires in October because they were the only place open on Sunday. Went in today for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Ended up needing a few other things done and a few mishaps happened along the way (from my car, not them), but the customer service was just incredible. I ended up spending pretty much my entire day there because they wanted to make sure my car was safe and functioning properly. But I wasn’t the only one treated this way. Sitting there for 7 hours, I got to witness that every customer who walked through the doors was greeted and treated the exact same way. At one point, all of the bays were full so the manager grabbed some tools and worked on a customer’s car in the parking lot! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. And I will tell everyone I know to go to NTB in Rockwall!!!

Carlos performed an alignment on my car, he was very personable and kept me involved during the entire process. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend anyone to use them! Facility was clean, service was prompt, everyone I interacted with was very professional, and I felt the pricing was very reasonable.

I absolutely love these guys. They took such good care of me and my husband when we needed new tires and no other tire place could beat their deals. We will definitely be going back.

Long overdue review for NTB Rockwall. Prior exceptional customer experience I did call and speak with their area supervisor, naming employees who were outstanding.On a Sunday they identified my daughters MDX issue, located the part, stayed over an hour after closing to get her back on the road. Theyinadvertently created another issue, owned it and repaired it. They could have suggested it was an additional repair and charged us, they could have repaired it and never told us. Their integrity and customer service is above reproach EVERYTIME we are serviced here.Came in for an oil change today, mechanic identified an additional repair needed which would double my wait time and add another $200. I started to dig into the repair, questioning the need and expense, then stopped and apologized to Robert. I trust them, if they say the car needs a repair, it does. Could I shop it and save money? Possibly ? But even IF it is a bit cheaper elsewhere, I gladly pay for the service and trust.On a side, note... great coffee, comfortable wait area, Robert even helped me improve the internet speed on my computer. Brandon - the manager - does a great job creating an atmosphere of pride and integrity for his team. I will not go anywhere else.

Theyve done a good job with my car at a price that was lower than others around. It was high that is for sure, but a bit lower than what was around. They also had the tires I wanted instead of pushing other sponsored tires on me.

Service was good however Im not sure what the purpose of an appointment is for. 10 appointment.. vehicle taken back at 11:15..out the door at noon. 2 hr wait even with appointment.

After going to several different establishments NTB was the only one with top tier customer service. They were able to fit me in on the spot and did the best they could to get me out the door timely. There was no hassling or up selling and Danny was extremely helpful! Would recommend them to anyone.

Really good folks over here and my favorite part of the facility is the in ground alignment rack which is a perfect sight to see as a sports car owner. Sean has been my go to technician for some time, as my car followed him from his previous shop too.

Had a tire repaired, which went flat a day later.Z Clearly did not repair the tire properly.

Called made an appointment for front end alignment when I came in the sales person said it had to be done at the dealer. Said my car was to new and they needed sandbags. Called the location in another NTB talked to the mechanic and he said it would not be a problem . On newer vehicles you do not need to us sandbags. You only use them on older cars with used suspensions. Do not waste your time going to this location.

So 6 mo ago we got tires put on my hubby truck, they talked him into tires that were too big. They insisted on us paying an extra $300 for parts to make it work. After they got done with it, it ride terrible and bangs when you hit a bump. I called right after and they werent much help and made every excuse not to fix it. We went and bought torsion keys to install to try and get it to ride better. I called to see if they would install them and they refused.I would save my time and money and go to discount tire. There is a reason why they are so busy all the time. Because these people are crooks!

I am very happy with NTB Rockwall. I take both our cars their for all our work. They take appointments so that is very convenient. The service advisors are knowledgeable and friendly. They were always good with tire and suspension work, but seeing their work on engine related parts I am impressed.I recommend that everyone buy their 5 year alignment package, a one time charge for 5 years of alignment checks and adjustment when needed.

I had to go back after purchasing 2 new front ties for the TECH to check the air pressure, because we noticed that the tires were not handling properly. Too much air was pumped into the tires causing the front end handling.... Feel like the tech should of known the proper amount of air..

Bought a set of tires for my Soul. Good price but took a little bit longer than I thought it would.

They must get commission, because they are all about suggestive selling, but all they do is hook up the computer to get their list of suggestions. I dont think they even open the hood. They suggested a new battery, but didnt say a word about the crud growing on it. A week later, my car wont start. It was a case of NTB crying wolf. They always find something you need to fix and usually it really doesnt need it. So I quit paying attention. I was there for an inspection and needed windshield wipers. I thought I might, so I bought them. Hubby about had a cow when he heard what I had paid. At least twice what I should have. So, we made a decision, no more NTB for us.

Came in to have tires changed. I was out in about 30 to 40 minutes, could have been much quicker, but not their fault. Someones car, one they had just finished putting tires on, was having issues with the pressure monitoring system. Price shopped and so far, I cant complain. I got the Cooper Discoverer RTXs for my pick up, will post review on tires later once I drive on them for a while. Thanks, NTB!

Simple: dont say an oil change will take 45 minutes when it actually takes more than double that. I wasnt the only one this happened to today. Prices are good though, and rotations are free.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! MECHANICS STEAL BELONGINGS!!!I took my Jetta in to get an alternator replacement this weekend and I had $30 in my console and change in my change bucket. When I went to pick it up it was low on gas so I decided to go to the gas station to fill up my tank. I looked in my console and it had been searched through with my $30 missing! All my change was also gone! Lucky the manager gave me the damages that I sustained back in store credit torwards my repair. Even though the cameras did not show anything my car was stolen my car was still test driven and that is when the stealing could have occurred! Please never trust any mechanic with personal belongings in the car. I don’t recommend this place what so ever avoid at all costs please!!!

My wife went to get an oil change and then was told by the tech that her battery needed to be replaced. We just bought the battery from AutoZone a year ago so my wife decides against the replacement and instead she takes the battery to AutoZone for them to perform a diagnostic test on it. AutoZone came back and said the battery is reading at 100%.This is the reason we quit going to the Wylie location. The salesman pray on women who don’t have as much car knowledge in order to meet their sales goals. It’s unethical and shameful and I am done doing business with NTB.

I needed to replace a tire that got a nail in the side of it on my daughters car and when I checked the rest of the tires I realized that two other tires needed to be replaced as well due to needing an alignment. I went to the Rockwall NTB and spoke with one of the managers (James but he goes by Jimmy) to get a quote. He was very helpful, professional and sympathetic to the fact that I needed all new tires and an alignment when I originally thought I only needed one new tire. He helped me with finding the right tire/alignment package and incentives to ease the extra costs I wasn’t originally expecting. I went ahead and had them perform the service after he gave me the quote because he helped save me a good bit of money. Great service and they did a nice job to ensure my daughters car will be safe when she’s using in...and this girl drives a lot! Thanks Jimmy for all the help an professinalism...first class sir!

HORRIBLE!!! Ordered tires from a tire supplier that has an agreement with NTB for install. My wife went to the NTB in Rockwall, TX Wednesday at noon. One hour and forty five minutes to put tires on. She asked a couple of times about when they would be ready. NTB would wait on other customers then work on my wife’s car. They would continually neglect servicing the car. I had a set of truck tires put on last month from a local dealer. Start to finish and out the door in about forty minutes. I will NEVER recommend buying tires one place, shipping to someone to install elsewhere. Do not go to this place!!
