We stopped by Firestone in Rockwall with an urgent situation. We were traveling cross country and our air had gone out. They seemed super busy but got us in quickly and figured out what was going on. They gave us suggestions on places to go eat while we waited an were done with the air fixed in a crazy fast time. All of the employees were super friendly and beyond helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I cant recommend all Firestone locations if Im being honest, but I can in fact recommend the Rockwall location. The employees here are very friendly and greet you very quickly. They give very good service, and Ive never had to wait very long for anything Ive had done. Highly recommend giving them a try at this location if you havent before!

Had to get my state inspection done during the middle of a saturday. thought it would not happen or be a long wait. the store was very busy however all the workers we so polite, they got me in and out in about 20 minutes. so impressed

This place has disappointed me TWICE! I brought a commercial fleet vehicle he needing new brakes ONLY. Instead of just doing that repair they put on tires, tire rods, brakes, etc. They told me the repair would be done today and now its 6:00pm and they are saying its still not ready. This is cutting into my work time without having my work truck. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My wife got her tires done at firestone after getting lots of nails in her tires over the year. I typically dont like auto shops since in the past they tend to try and upsell things that do not provide value to the car maintenance. At this particular location they did not do that and they did a great job with installing the new tires. Overall i will be using them next time i need tires on my car.

Amazing service and quick turnaround time. They found the problem and solved it without charging us for more than necessary. I would definitely recommend going here if you ever have vehicle problems.

Took entirely too long to do an oil change when they told me it would be quick after asking for a good time to make an appointment, way too expensive ($80 for a standard oil change), headache of an environment to wait in, made up excuses about their prices being higher than advertised online/not accepting coupons online, lied and said I needed more service than I did. 0/10.

So let me start by saying I had appointment for this morning repair only to find out the tech working my work van was pulled off to start a alignment for a different customer? Why do we make appointments if you all dont honor them?

We were from out of town and had a blow out on the interstate....on a Sunday. It was a miracle that they were open as we had 5 hours til we were back in our home state. Went to 3 different places before coming here. They were so helpful and quickly got us back on the road.

Despite some circumstances that were out of their control with the shop, Alex and the rest of the team did their best to accommodate me and get my vehicle checked out in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I was just getting one new tire and i was told the waiting time would be 2 hours & which i was fine with it . But my vehicle wasn’t even ready 4 hours later just to put on one tire . This is insane. I spent my whole day of in Firestone Just for one tire. I would not come back & do business here at all.

This place right here deserves WAY more than 5 stars. Damian from the second I came in was quick to assist me with a cylinder misfire issue which we later found out was due to a broken distributor cap, Joe and all them guys in the garage are absolutely amazing at everything they do and will make sure to keep you informed and comfortable as you wait. Unfortunately I didn’t get to catch the two names of the Front office workers but they were also very helpful. I tell y’all what if they keep it up, I may just have to drive a bit out of my way to get something fixed, but I know that it will be done right and professionally. Thank again y’all!

My husband went to get my oil changed & Firestone said that both my back tires had nails in them. They said one was repairable but the other had to be replaced. Got a second opinion from another auto care shop. They said both were repairable for $30. DO NOT TRUST FIRESTONE, THEY ARE SHADY.

Ive been going to the Rockwall location for 10 years and theyve always seem to try and get over on people by recommending excessive work. This time I didnt authorize a repair but they did it anyways. When you go to the Rockwall location expect to be taken advantage of in some type of way

Had Destination AT2 tires on my f150. Picked up a nail, replacements are on national back order. Instead of just putting on a temp replacement and having me come back a month or two later, they BOUGHT a replacement from a competitors stock at retail, and put it on my truck. Jake, Nicole, and Aleksandra are awesome, and have always gone the extra mile for me, no pun intended. Cant say enough about the quality of the product and the service here.

We were traveling from Arkansas when suddenly all kinds of lights started to come on the dashboard. We were so lucky to get off at the exit where they are located. They took care of the problem right away. Their staff was super nice and professional!

Walked in and talked to Damon about 4 tires for my car. Didn’t have much of a budget with everything that has been going on at this time. Damon put me at ease. He was super helpful, really done to earth person. He went way beyond to help me. Soooo glad I came in. This man deserves a raise. I will definitely use this place again. We all need people like Damon on this earth that really cares about the customer. Will be making a phone call to corporate hopefully it helps him get that raise. Very friendly staff, and I went at a very busy time on a Sunday, but I had a poor experience overall. I informed the staff that the tire was under warranty and was beyond repair since there was a large tear in the tire wall. They said they would attempt to patch it since it was a free service and then came back 40 mins later saying they were just going to replace the tire under warranty. They still charged me for the service which is fine except they did not put the spare tire back. I didn’t know where it went, but you would think an experienced tire company would hire people who are familiar with all types of vehicles and know where the spare tire would go.Now I am home waiting for my insurance company’s roadside service to put the spare tire back in place.Even though my husband could have done it, we just finished a big move and he is injured. Besides that, it really isn’t HIS job to do that considering I spent 1.5 hours waiting for a tire to be replaced AND paid the service fee on a warrantied tire replacement without argument.I understand it’s the weekend and y’all were busy, but if you’re going to do a job, do it right. That’s customer service. Never coming back to this location again. Buyer beware.

I was outside for a good while, and eventually the tech Ricky asked if i needed help. Im sure this Firestone is fine, but this 5 stars is for Ricky.

Great place to get a brake fluid flush. They even made sure they put the correct fluid in my performance vehicle.

Went in to get price for brake booster replacement and they wouldnt let me provide them with new booster yet I buy from same suppliers They say because of liability but a lie. They want to mark up parts 300 %. I offered to sign a release but not accepted. After 45 years of business with them I will never go back. They are sneaky even with tire mountings.

Had service done on my 2015 Toyota Highlander. Jose the store manager addressed all my concerns and gave me a great price on my 80k service saved me hundreds from what the dealership quoted me. German the tech who serviced my vehicle was fast and very thorough performing the multi point inspection on top of servicing the vehicle.My Highlander felt as good as when I first purchased it. Will definitely be returning to this Firestone for all my automotive needs.

Great place

Stuck at their location with a flat tire trying to get it plugged. I had put fix a flat in it so I could make it there. Gave me the patches and plugs wont work once fix a flat is used. Thats complete nonsense they tell people so theyll buy new tires instead of getting a plug. I called a roadside assistance rather than give them a penny of my money. Avoid this lying company.

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. It is so disappointing that my stepfather - after being terminated for missing 280 hours with medical documentation for surgery - came back from a job he really enjoyed to find that the other employees there had damaged his toolbox while being mad at him for exposing supposedly them to corporate. Along with the damage, they also proceeded to steal tools and a diagnostic machine under managers - Alvin - supervision. The response? That no one ever saw anything. They tried pinning corporate visits on him, teammates would move their jobs to his pin while they were in the parking lot sleeping or doing god knows what. Firestone of Rockwall makes the hardworking, honest and loyal employees bare most of the store burden while others sit in their car sleeping, smoking, or drinking. There is even proof that these employees have stolen things out of the customers car, then lied and said it was never there. This is being taken care of to the fullest extent; I just want people here to know the risk they take when going to this Firestone.

Very helpful and friendly folks

Ive been coming to this place to get my car serviced for years now. Service is great, the people are honest and they get you in and out pretty quickly. The place is clean and inviting. The waiting area has coffee, cold water and seats so you can watch TV while your car is being serviced. Thankfully I havent had the need for any major repairs but Ive been there for new tires, brakes, wheel alignment and the such and have been very satisfied.

The guy that does the tire repair is careless with custom rims i have 24s and he dropped one of them and scared the surface

I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received today from Aleks Kljaic as well as the manager Jake and tech Misael Lopez. They got stuck with a issue that was not their fault to begin with and I could not believe how far and beyond Aleks and her team went to get it fixed. They did all this not knowing the personal health issues we were facing today and due to their incredible work I was able to get to the hospital and be with my very ill mother. My Husband had a good experience on his Ford dually and buying all his tire. So I went to them to have brakes done and they told me. my brakes were fine and it was caused from rust. But how can that be when the brake cylinder is empty and driver side brake is down to the cotter pin. Just because Im female they thought they could pull a fast one. Well now because of this you lost the money you would have made and you have lost my Husband business to!

We were traveling through Rockwall when our battery discharge light came back on for the third time. Firestone was able to quickly check it out and give us peace of mind. Great service, friendly staff. We hope the Firestone back home matches their quality.

Honest, reliable, professional staff. They took my car in for a wheel alignment I assumed it was needed after I replaced the front tires somewhere else. Alex called me after about an hour and told me nothing was done as my alignment was perfect. They could have charged me and told me its done, and I would never know. Great customer service experience. To the president of the company- I appreciate your willingness to stay open 7 days a week but your crew basically lives up there! Worming 10 hour shifts.I arrived today at 9 when the shore opened and there were already 5 people being worked on! I fear you will exhaust your team. Went in for some new tires and received very good customer service. Was in and out within an hour and a half without an appointment. It wasnt prime time, but I have definitely waited longer at other places at the same time of day.

I have been doing business with Firestone for little more than couple years now. Ive never had an issue with taking all 4 of my vehicles to your Firestone locations until now.On 3/15/2020 I took my 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD to get alignment done since we replaced all right side suspension on it. My 1 year warranty was to expire 3/24/2020. I took it in with a spare they notified me couldnt do it with spare on, it was 2:30pm so did what I needed to get the correct tire on it. At 8pm I got the tire on it and waited patiently for an hour just for them to tell me they couldnt do it because right side suspension was newer then left side. They said it was waist of time to do it since left side parts needed to be new. Next day I took to Tripple A muffler in Mesquite where Bruce and Allen were able to get my alignment done for $90.00. Yes they told me my truck was very unaligned but they would get the job done so we could drive it safe and THEY DID! Im very disappointed. I feel like your workers felt it was too much to do and since I had warranty they were not making any money, in which I would have possibly understood to charge me an extra $20 or so, or maybe it was too much to do and it was late. Which Someone could had asked for me to leave it and work on it next day. Now makes me wonder on take my other vehicles back. Also while we were waiting someone from Firestone opened up my other vehicle parked in parking lot. Good thing my 12 year old was in my truck on his phone because my belongings could have been stolen. They had no reason to open my truck. My truck was not there to be worked on.

I know she not only has my car and my safety but also my budget in mind whenever she makes suggestions to me on my car. They are conscientious and clean. To be fare, I gave this place a couple of chances. Its funny that people review that they take too looking, because they hardly spend any time working on my car. When I look at my car after they have worked on it, it looks like a job half done. They do just enough to check a box and dont even bother completing the job. I have experienced this with a simple oil change and with other mechanical issues. No way am I going to let them do any real work on my car because I dont think theyll pull themselves together enough to actually finish it the right way. If you want a quick job done, sure, hit this place up, but if you want to actually take care of your car, try finding someone who cares about your car as much as they act like they care about customer service. Theyre nice people, but the mechanics do sloppy work.

Its okay I guess, it is like many other cookie cutter corporate run stores. Made an appointment for 8am, showed up to a line and had to wait till they finished up. I walked up to the counter at maybe 8:05 or so. Let them know inwas there for my 8am for a 4 wheel alignment. My car didnt hit the rack till after 9. Then, they couldnt even do the alignment. Their tech put notes saying 2 of the wheels where unable to be aligned. I have a mini cooper countryman s all 4. They still charged me the $180 and sent me on my way. Maybe my experience was not the norm..

Buyer beware.....Do not go to Firestone off I-30. They up your rating on battery to try and tell you your battery is dying when have no problems. Squealing brakes...oh they are ok. Leaking oil. Need to spend $50 for fluid thats like a black light to find the leak. Bs! Find out from a real mechanic it is was steering fluid leak, not oil. They are horrible. Call them on their bs... manager is angry pos. Save yourself. Horrible place. Went to Bobbys Garage. All good now. And was less than their bs inflate price of $2800. Real issues addressed and under $1000 on my infiniti. Save yourself.

Last day of the year and we found a screw in our tire. My husband stopped by received spectacular service. They got the truck done in less time than expected. Honest and friendly. Totally recommend.

Had an absolutely horrible experience! Got new tires from them 10,000 miles ago. Now theyre telling me that I need new tires. When looked at my tired they for were I great shape. I went in there for only a oil change, and a vehicle inspection. I do drive a fleet vehicle so they figured they could take advantage of the situation. I refuse to ever go back to a dishonest company. This was a place that I always used to go to but now will never return.

If you are driving a fleet car do not come to this place. They will not even bother them self to call and check the why is the approval delayed. Eventhough, I called before one day and provided them all of the information. I had to call my self the lease company and tracked the approval my self!!!

It is not matter to me anymore however I hope my information will help you. I used to go there to replace oil and tire. One day I replace oil and they offered me lifetime wheel aliment. It was good deal so I took it. That was my mistake. About 2 months after they did aliment my front tire peeled out only outside. Usually Germans car front tire warn out outside faster than inside but it was Lexus. I though simple fix that replace to new tire and aliment again because I got lifetime aliment. Also I never had problem with them so I replaced all 4 tires and did aliment. A few months later I heard loud tire noise so they did aliment again. A few day later I heard some knock noise from front wheel while I was driving and felt like steering wheel was loose and hard and made loud tire noise again. I asked them check it again and they told me suspension need to be replace. I planed to go Lexus dealer to do recall at the time so I went to Park Place and ask them about it. They told me aliment was bad and a bolt that adjust aliment was missing. Also they told me the bolt can not be fall by itself and someone must touched it to do aliment. I called Firestone at the Park Place asked them what happen they told me the technician who checked my car last time said aliment was fine so he did not touched it and suspension was bad. Really? Aliment at the Park Place I could not hear any tire noise and steering wheel worked fine.
