Their friendly staff turned down my request to fix my phone on their warranty.A few months ago, I spent $160+ to replace the screen and battery. I only needed the screen replaced, but was explained that for my phone, it needed both screen and battery replaced to properly replace the screen.. okay.Now with zero cracks in the screen, with zero visible surface damage (see the photo), the screen suddenly stopped working and they wont replace the screen because the warranty they include doesnt cover broken parts.What a waste of money and time.

They also do lifetime batteries for your key fob if you want to pay the additional amount.

My car requires special programming, which I was unaware of, so they helped me find a shop who was skilled in that process. Love this place! I went in for some geenie light bulbs and the employees were more than happy and able to help me. They showed me the different color options, explained how to connect the bulbs to my wifi and the phone app, and got me on my way quickly. They also have an excellent selection of batteries and will always give you an honest answer when questioning which brand or pack size to buy.

This company is terrible. They are all franchises. Please dont buy anything from them. They dont care about customer service. The battery I bought just a week ago is a bad battery but they will not refund my money. I had to have my motorcycle towed into the dealership because the battery left me stranded ok the road. They tested the battery and showed its bad. Now Im out $600 and have a bad battery that they wont accept. They said since its used they cant resell it. Well its a bad battery why would they try to resell it

I called batteries plus bulbs this past Friday and asked them if they had a battery for my laptop because Best Buy,..( the people who sold me my laptop) had no batteries for my computer in stock,..LOL...(not surprised on that one.) Batteries plus bulbs confirmed that they had the battery and that the price was $99.00! I thought that was a bit high but had them put it on hold for me nonetheless. Upon doing some homework online I discovered that Amazon had the exact same battery for a whopping $28.00! LOL. Thats a significant $70.00 cheaper!!! Got my new battery from Amazon this afternoon and it works like a charm! So... Buyer Beware! Ill still be shopping batteries plus bulbs for other items but I just wanted people to be aware of the jacked up prices on laptop batteries. And again,...The staff of this store are top notch and very helpful. This pricing issue is the only reason I didnt go with 5 stars. Thanks for reading!

I have a galaxy S8 that was charging on my bar when my dog got her paw hooked in my charging cable and pulled my phone off onto my brick floor. The LCD and screen were busted. I brought my phone to batteries plus bulbs and they fixed it within the time frame they stated and made sure everything worked before I left the store. My phone works and looks like new again. Hopefully I wont have to come back for a phone repair but I will definitely come back if I need to get a phone fixed again. Thank you guys.

Cannot say enough GOOD remarks regarding our purchase experience of 2- RV batteries Glasfmatt brand through this company & the Rockwall Tx location . You cannot go wrong with saving 10% for going online & purchasing & then waiting for < 45 mins to receive an email to come pick them up. We received a $30 discount on top of the 10% for bringing our old batteries in to have them disposed of. Staff had the new batteries loaded on a cart & delivered them to our truck & retrieved the old ones. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, made sure to tell us to hang onto our original paperwork /receipt in case we had any issues as well as for the 30 mo warranty. The most I could find anywhere else was 12 mo & not good reviews from other suppliers. Will definitely purchase our vehicle /motorcycle batteries from here from now on & support the local economy .

I ordered a truck battery online for pickup at the store. There was no indication that it was not in stock at the time. When I drove nearly 50 miles (round trip), I was told they did not have it in stock but they had tried to call me twice. Due to the number of junk calls and SPAM calls, I do not answer calls I do not recognize, but request the caller to leave a voice mail. Upon returning home, I checked and saw two missed calls, but no messages. I had to settle for another battery. The price was great for a known quality battery and the staff were very friendly. Just one of those things!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I had my screen replaced 3 months ago and now the screen is peeling off. When I went into Batteries + Bulbs to claim the 180 day warranty they told me the phone is bent and could redo the repairs again for a additional charge ($130). Soon after I went to the Apple Store concerned, I was told everything was fine with my iphone and paid to get my phone done the right way.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!

I have purchased batteries online free shipping with no core charge and no environmental fees. My neighbor asked me to help him find a battery for his motorcycle. I checked online and batteries plus had one at a somewhat reasonable price after 10% discount of $45 plus $10 core fee. I paid online for him a total of $59 after tax. He came in the store to pick it up and turn in the core, but they would only give him $7 back for the core. They added a $3 B.S. enviro fee. If you order one from an online store, no core charge, no enviro fee, free shipping. If you have the time, use online. Paid more for convenience in the first place, but they had to steal some more. Do not jack with these up chargers.

Worst return policy ever. I asked specifically about it when buying batteries (knowing I would return some), and was not told that you have only 14 days to obtain a refund. Unheard of in this day and age, but OK, fine. Was not happy when they wouldnt be reasonable and make an exception at around 3 wks, but figured I could use the store credit later. Then when attempting to do so at another store, found out that the store credit can only be used at that particular location! Unreal. I cant believe a chain store can do business that way nowadays.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else- it’ll be cheaper and your phone will last way longer. Trust me. Used this place twice and somehow my phone screen never lasts- disappointed. (NO I’m not rough with my phone and it’s always in a case..but apparently dropping a phone less than a foot is a huge impact - enough to shatter half my screen and pop it out of place ON CARPET) never going back.

Battery doesnt fit right. 2013 Silverado. The lip on the opposite side of the hold down clamp is too thick to go under the factory formed bracket and the bottom of the battery will not seat right in the tray. Probably going to take it back for fear it will move around and push on the coolant reservoir tank causing even more of a problem.

I wouldnt give them 1 star but I had too. Bought a battery 4 months ago for my sons go kart. I always keep my batteries on a tender. After about 3 weeks I noticed that it wasnt starting as well anymore. So I disconnected the battery and charged on tender for over 24 hours. The battery supposedly had a 6 month warranty? I live 60 miles away and cant always go to Rockwall. The owner of the store said that they have to charge the battery themselves and it would take a few days! I am better to order it on ebay or go to walmart! Plus might be a better battery. Figures if i paid a little more it will be better but not the case! I will never buy another item from this sorry company! Thats my input! Dont let them tell you it has this good warranty! Its a joke!
