Im so thankful for their honesty today. Something was dragging under the car I pulled in and they remove the splash guard that was dragging. They rotated my tires I was only $10 and my brake check was good to go. So thankful for them today.

3 hours and counting…I’ve been waiting for 3 hours now, and they still haven’t even finished turning my rotors. The only service I needed were turned rotors and new pads… at this rate I could have driven to Austin or Houston to have them changed there. Very very poor performance for such a simple task. Will never come back here. If you value your time, stay away… they pulled my vehicle into the bay fairly shortly after arriving. I was quoted an hour at arrival for an entire brake service… I guess requesting them for fewer service items means longer wait times!

The day started off by taking our F-150 to the Ford dealership for an oil change and an overall review before our vacation which will be about 1,600+ miles. The Ford dealership informed me that the front and rear brake pads AND rotors needed to be replaced which was estimated at $1,200.I went to a brakes plus in Garland for a second opinion which ended up that the truck needed brake pads but the rotors were fine. Being told two different thing, I figured I should get a 3rd opinion.Andreas at the Rockwall Brakes Plus location is SUPER friendly and was transparent with the inspection. He listened to the events from the day and got to the truck within 5 minutes as well as an estimate/completed inspection within 20 minutes. Andreas took the time to explain the conditions of the pads, the rotors, and the recommended next steps. He was detailed in explaining that the truck needed new pads but rotors just needed to be resurfaced but didnt need to be replaced. The work is more than half the price of the Ford dealership. Andreas was patient and was able to answer all my questions.I will definitely be using the Brakes Plus Rockwall again and fully trust the work that has been completed. The facility was very clean and offered water and coffee.

These guys were great!! Brought my mustang in because of a metal grinding sound. They were extremely attentive to detail and extremely helpful. I just so happened to have my tie rod ends with me to replace. They gave me a great price to replace and I was gone in an hour. Thanks guys!

I stopped in on a Sat at 4pm and desperately needed to get the brake pads replaced before traveling next week. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They got everything completed quickly and I was able to get back to our busy weekend in no time...and that was all with three small kids in tow! The waiting area is clean and welcoming and my kids enjoyed the tv time during our short wait.

Had an appointment for an alignment at 10 am, and after waiting an hour. They come and tell me they can’t do it and instead of being $69 it would be $641.49 for other stuff that they said “needs” to be done. Just wanted a simple alignment, won’t ever be back.

I went to get my truck serviced. The technician, James Schafer, did amazing work and It didnt cost me an arm and a leg! I will definitely be returning here!!

Stopped for a labor price to replace brake booster for labor only on 92 corvette. Their price was $ 400.00+ for 2 hours labor. This is a total high jack. Went to garage near my home and was $ 198.00 What ever happen to honest and fair pricing ?

Brake Plus Rockwall is awesome. After speaking to Brian over the phone they were able to get my van in quickly to inspect my brakes. The General Manager Ken was super friendly, professional, and a straight shooter. He told me exactly what my vans issues were and the best way to correct them. The prices are very affordable and the service was performed in a timely manner. I was also able to get my oil changed as well which saved me an additional trip. I would highly recommend Brake Plus and will definitely use them in the future .

Went in on a Saturday, around 3 hours before close, and expected it to be like most places where they actually discourage you from dropping your car off, and then act like you are burdening them, however everyone there was extremely nice, extremely professional, they immediately did a free inspection, told me I only needed brakes on the rear, and about an hour and 15 minutes later I was on my way. The price was very fair too, great experience

Have been to other Brakes Plus but this was my first visit to the Rockwall location. After looking at my vehicle they were able to show me on the car where I needed new pads. This place is amazing! When they first opened they were running a special on brakes and they did not disappoint with the work done and customer service. Will not give you any type of quote over the phone. Not even an off-the-hip price so you have something to compare it to. Called for a quote (11/20/2020 @ 8:45 am) (round-a-bout) for pads and rotors on my Dodge Ram, and was told I HAD to bring it in to have it inspected. No..I...do...not. Others shops around Lavon and Wylie will price it out in 2 minutes.I understand there are some circumstances that change the price, but if I was asked...I can give the model and vin, and everything is stock.FYI...when you tell people they have to come in to have it inspected: most feel that you will gouge them for some other problem.Brakes is in your name. You should be able to give some semblance of a quote without me having to come there. Pads cost x + rotors cost X + labor = ?

Went to Brakes Plus in Rockwall today for a strange sound in my brakes. My vehicle was taken in, evaluated in less than 45 minutes, and diagnosed appropriately. The price was extremely competitive and the staff was professional, friendly and courteous. The work was done in under an hour and a half and I was back on the road. To get work completed on a Friday in this amount of time is amazing service. Great place! Highly recommended!

They were all very professional and I was very late picking my car up because I also had to pick my pup up at the vet and they waited patiently, & on a friday too. Everyone was very personable and I even tried to tip them but they refused to accept it. They called me about every new problem that they found and worked with me regarding the price since the repairs were a lot more than I planned or budgeted for .
