They are nice and fast. Reasonably priced. They normally have a car wash for your car but they said it was broken the last two times in the week I went. I would read the online content blogs and discussions about your Toyota vehicle and find out what to do and not do. Nothing expensive has happened on either of our Hybrids which is what I read on the forums.

The lobby has a beverage bar where you can help yourself to cold water and hot beverages. There are several seating areas. The staff will notify you by calling or texting with the services recommended. Then, you can choose which services you decide to have completed. They will also ask you if you would like complementary basic car wash. Once your service is completed, youll be notify so you can pick up your car.

Disappointed in our purchase and experience. Purchased a used 4Runner. Turns out it was infested with ants. Dealership said they would fix it. Washed it and said it was clear of ants. Almost two months later and I’m still finding ants and they won’t do anything about it. It’s garage kept and they are the same type of ants from when we purchased it.Also, avoid dealing with the salesman “Nemo” if possible. He isn’t very knowledgeable/enjoyable to deal with. On top of that he asked us multiple times to give him a 5 star review because he gets a bonus every time. Asked us to have friends and family members give him 5 star reviews so he could get more bonuses. Very unprofessional and quite frankly annoying to deal with. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again.

Toyota of Rockwall lied to me about the condition Of this car and then refused to do anything about it afterwards. When I got it home the engine had multiple problems necessitating thousands of dollars in repairs. Their response was “sorry you messed up my trusting us”!!! I would NEVER”

It was a great conversation and if it were up to only Management James might have earned our business. But the whole experience was missing something, if the Sales team pushed a James Brown mentality they would surely sell more vehicles. I have had no issues with my car. I brought it to Rockwall for the first time. They serviced a recall on the software of the hybrid system in my Prius. The next day, I was unable to start my car for 5 minutes and there was a message “Hybrid system overheated.” It eventually started. I took it back to have it reviewed.I had NO problems with my car before. I have only had the car a few months and everything was new from the tires to the battery. The first visit they did a multi point inspection; the battery was okay. Upon return, they say I need a new battery for approx $400.Do the math. Recall hybrid system, now hybrid system errors when there were none before…They messed something up when doing the recall with the software of the hybrid system and instead of fixing it they are charging me to get a new battery that they messed up. I was informed by another Toyota dealership that they possibly drained the battery while doing the software update because it is required to have the battery charging while installing the new software. Obviously something went wrong and it’s not fair that I have to pay for this error. I will never bring my car back here and I wish I never came because this treatment is totally unjust.

Visited Toyota of Rockwall on Monday, saw a vehicle and confirmed its availability. It shows In Stock on the site and the manager confirmed the car is available to purchase. We agreed on an amount, they took my insurance and ID information. I also signed some of the documents. However, the manager then came out and said that vehicle is not available and offered another more expensive car wanting me to consider it. Whats the point of me visiting and signing all the documents if the car I want is not available? It is still listing on their site as of now. If you dont have the inventory then you shouldnt listed on the site and waste peoples time to visit. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

My service advisor is quite professional on each visit. The wait time was well predicted. The comfort level in the wait area and Covid safety precautions are always appreciated. This dealership is very well managed.

Good job on transmission service. But their inspection claimed I had “severe” oil leaks and so much rust it needed body work. Took it to other trusted mechanics who said it was not leaking and no rust issues. Toyota wanted $4-5k dollars of repairs that were not needed. Also several months later with my “severe” leak and it’s still full of oil and no stains on my brand new drive way. I just don’t trust y’all now.

Took my 8 year old vehicle in for service, asked them just to do what was needed at the current mileage. Very honest advisor (Kevin), didnt try to upsell me or anything. My vehicle feels like its running much better and smoother, will definitely return to this location when service is due again. The waiting time on this visit was also very reasonable, considering the work they did.
