Had an apt and when I got there Eric was ready for me and treated me with courtesy. Their shuttle driver took me home and my wait time for that was less than 20 mins. Great service and friendly staff.

Great Chevrolet dealership located in Rockwall. Purchased my truck here just over a year ago and I couldnt be happier with the service. I was in today to have a screw removed from my tire. We were in out in less than 15 minutes. Thanks, Lakeside!

Eric in the service department was great! He went above and beyond, returned phone calls when he said he would to make sure I had all of the information available before deciding on the best course of action.He got my vehicle in quickly and back to me with the same prompt service.Polite, punctual, followed up and took care of business! We would recommend them hands down.

I had scheduled an appointment online and explained that it was a recall that needed to be fixed and even gave the recall code. When I arrived, I told them I had an appointment at 10:30. They took my name and then when they came back out, he asked me if anyone had talked to me yet. I replied, no? About what? And he said oh they have to order parts for that service so we cant perform this service until then.Maybe I am crazy, but you should look at the service that is asked of you and inform the customer that parts will need to be ordered, therefore CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE THE PARTS. My mom took off work so I could leave my car up there, so it was just a big waste of time for everyone. I get little errors like this happen, but the worker just acted like I was supposed to know all of this. I go back and check my emails and nothing was said about this. Any acknowledgement of the situation wouldve helped, but he didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or anything.

Took my wifes Impala to get a oil change since thats where she bought it. Very nice and helpful people. I must have came at a busy time of the day. Because it took over two hours to get back on the road. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

I have to give it to the Lakeside Service Department, they have really treated my wife and I well and taken care of everything weve had done there with professionalism and courtesy. Both warranty work and even one major repair to my Duramax has been a breeze and the work has been done well and on time. Great bunch of folks in this department.

Absolutely amazing experience. Bart helped me along the way from step one. I walked in and explained my situation with the wreck and he quickly instructed me to ask my agent about under insured motorist coverage, something my agent, allstate, had yet to mention was available to me. After that, I contacted my agent, got everything squared away with the under insured coverage and was able to get a rental for my wife. My deductable also went down from 1000 to 250. Bart kept me up to date on the status the whole way. Super professional!! Then when we went to get the car, my wife noticed that her yoga mat was missing. Bart said that he would check with the cleaning crew and if they couldn’t come up with it, to just purchase a new one and bring in the receipt snd he would reimburse it. Are you kidding?! They even have a sign that reads “we are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle”. Bart was awesome! The car and work looks amazing! I would totally recommend these folks to anyone! Hands down, the best customer service experience Ive ever had!

Took my car in to get a sunroof repair. I worked with Andy and he was awesome. Best part was he was proactive in calling to provide updates. Will be going back to this dealership for repairs on cruze going forward.

Took my car to get fixed a few months ago. They didnt fix all of the damage that was done. My door makes a squeak everytime i open and close it. There was a dent that was not there before i dropped my car off with them and they refused to fix it. I am not a smoker and someone even smoked in my car and left a cigarette stain on my door. My car was fix for a few days and they never called me or returned my calls. If you want your car fixed I can strongly say this place is the worst place to go to. Wont own up to anything and bring the value of your car down by smoking in it, and a big lack of communication.

Went in for a regular state inspection, which should only take about 30 minutes tops. An hour and a half later I go back to the front desk and they tell me the car has been done for quite some time and they tried to call me. But the thing is I never gave them my phone number nor have I ever been there so it isnt on their records. So instead of walking 20 feet to the lounge they let me wait an extra hour. For any service needs head over to Archers for real home town service, and avoid big dealerships.

I dang near jerked Tweety Birds (my yellow camaro) front bumper off at my Dr. office. Curb in front of the parking space was taller than I thought. Low to the ground Tweety went up and over it. I stopped immediately and backed off. Was a little difficult. Took it to our dealership, Lakeside Chevrolet in Rockwall this afternoon. Seems I broke the brackets on the driver side that hold the bumper on. On the passenger side they were able to reattached it. Said I was good to go and guaranteed the bumper (actually whole lower front of Tweety) would not fall off til I decide to go ahead and fix the driver side with new backets. If I do, the brackets (2) are only $40-$60, but the labor is $200 b/c they have to remove the bumper to replace the brackets!!! I opted to NOT until I crash the front end into something. Hope I didnt jinx myself with that decision...Guess what? They charged me ZERO, ZIP, NADA. And that is why I love LAKESIDE CHEVROLET IN ROCKWALL. BTW Bart was the employee.

Took my car here for a noise it had been making for several months. I asked the service manager to drive it with me so he could try to hear the noise and he actually did. They fixed it in 3 days when they were not able to figure out what the noise even was after 5 times (5-7 days at a time) at the dealership I bought the car, Huffines in Plano. I appreciate this service manager believing there even was a noise when they werent able to replicate the sound at Huffines. Making me feel that because I was a woman, there was no noise.

When we came into the dealership customer service was through the roof everybody was friendly I will recommend them to everyone if you think you couldnt get a car try again at Lakeside Chevrolet in Rockwall Texas they will get you pre-approved quick and easy paperwork was a breeze and my salesman Blake seed work his magic and got me approved for a 2017 Chevy Malibu all I say is its my first time ever going to a car lot to get a car try a real dealership before a used car lot I think God I think everyone at Lakeside Chevrolet

Except the cashiers and girls in the service area, they always act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job.
