Always slower than they say. Have to call your sales rep to get anyones attn.

1st time using any dealership for service, in many years, and glad I decided to give them a try.Everything I requested was completed (no pushing for other services) in a timely manner. My advisor, Mark, was great about keeping me updated.They did find a small leak that will be covered by mfg warrenty...if that all goes well, Ill be giving 5 stars next time!

I didnt get his last name but Keith was great. In the past week Ive been there three times to discuss getting my sunroof repaired. I purchased the vehicle from. ROCKWALL FORD in October. But out of the three people I talked to, Keith was the only one who actually climbed on the vehicle to check out the problem. And then went thru warranty coverages. He couldve been like the others but he went above to me. But what he did is what I call Great service to your fellow man and customers. He should be rewarded for what he does.

Ended up costing me over a $1000 in repairs of my brand new Ford truck because I was told the work needed wasnt under warranty. Then they didnt even wash my truck when I went to pick it up?! Wont be back.

Fast service, professional and always top notch. I try to use rockwall Ford with every service if possible. Highly recommend

They cover all the bases, they work to ensure the customer is well apprised of what is needed and why.

People are easy to talk with. The coffee machine makes wait time better

I enjoy elizabeth at this location but I think ford can do better to accommodate the lounge area for waiting customers...no outlets where you are seated, and the furniture is old

Well my car has been done and parked for over 20 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and was told I have your paperwork but Im working on paperwork in the order igot it. Seems like they might need some help with processing paperwork
