They had what we needed and we probably paid too much for it going rather to OReillys or to AutoZone but we had to do what we had to do but their customer service really isnt that high lacking area because it was a pregnant female that went in and was getting stuff for her vehicle and nobody volunteered to come out and help make sure she was okay with

Very disappointed. I live in Rowlett and had never visited this location before. Google maps said they were open until 7PM, I arrived at 6:15pm and the sign on the door said they close at 6pm. I knocked on the door and the Napa associated inside came to the door and verified they were closed, said he had already shut everything down. I know it isn’t the stores fault that Google maps said open until 7pm, but I was disappointed that maybe he could have made an exception when I told him where I live and that I drove 40 min to get here, plus Rockwall is such an outstanding city with small town values I guess I was thinking about small town courtesy and he might be able to help me out with my auto part needs/purchase. Again, I know I arrived after their closing time, just disappointed with the experience and lack of helpfulness to a lifelong Napa customer.

NAPA always have quality parts !! They know it and of course charge for them also . Just like any other business . But they do stand behind their parts without any hassle !!

Not your average NAPA ... the focus here seems to be parts supply for other businesses / repair shops. I live close by and have been in several times for convenience. its an old fashioned parts counter where youll have to actually talk to a person (eeek!) to buy something. I like it.

These guys are a joke. Decent inventory, but the customer service is definitely lacking. It takes two cartwheels and a backflip just to get them to ask if you need anything. If you need something quick you might as well drive to Dallas for it.

They have what you need and if they don’t they can get it quickly.

They always have the parts I need. friendly and quick service. Also I think NAPA parts are superior to other auto stores.

Great guys running this place. Very helpful. Their location and poor sign outside cost them a star. Otherwise this is a great place to get parts.

MADE MY SON (19 yrs old) FEEL LIKE A CHILD OR UNTRUSTWORTHY. He went to Napa to purchased a pitman arm puller and went home to use it and it broke. It had a Lifetime warranty so I immediatly went back and the same guy that he purchased it from said it was not Napas tool because it wasnt stamped Napa. He accidentially brought the wrong package for a different puller (much cheaper made) from a different parts store but had the receipt to the napa one - on top of that, the guy knew that he was just in there only 30 minutes before. He wouldnt let him return it. Said it didnt matter if I had the correct package. My son called me and had a conversation while he was in Napa and then they finally said, if they had the package they would return it. He came back home and found the package and went back. Customer service should feel like you are respected.
