This is a true one stop custom shop, was on a budget and the owner Jay really knows his stuff when it comes to customizing rides and making things happen. Showed me some wheels and tires that was in my budget and made it happen..... after seeing them on my ride made me fall in love with my car all over again. Will deff be back for more mods to my daily driver and any other vehicles I own. Go see Jay he will treat you like family

What a awesome company to work with. They took my brand new truck and made it look 100 times better. I got them to do wheels, tires and leveling kit in my 2019 ram 2500. Got it all done in 1 day. Dropped it off in the morning and picked up that afternoon. I’ll be back for some other modifications later down the road.

I have to say how very thankful I am to this shop. I had to stop in Friday after work because car was making some weird noises. I was taken care of very quickly and everyone there was really nice. The amount of time I spent there was quick but one of the coolest shops I have EVER been to. And the prices I paid to be safely on the road was very affordable. Branded Customs is the place to get your custom work done. I initially went in to have a sound system put in. After taking to Jay (the owner) I had a Focal system installed. The quality of the work and the sound was amazing. The installers went beyond what I was expecting by putting led lights behind the door speakers and building a OUT OF THIS WORLD sub box also with led lights. I had a few more things I wanted to have done and decided Branded Customs would be the only place that would touch my 2020 Tahoe. I later had a leveling kit and cold air intake installed. Jay also picked out a wheel/tire combo that made my Tahoe look fantastic!! With Jay’s very reasonable prices and the knowledge of him and his staff this is the the place for me. Very friendly staff. I have a couple more things I want done and Branded Customs will be the place doing it. I would recommend BRANDED CUSTOMS to anyone!!

Went here for a 4” lift, along with a new set of wheels and tires on my 2016 Chevy Silverado. Discussed pricing with Jay and he worked within my budget for everything I wanted, I based my budget off competitors and he was within the same ballpark, and provided me with a unbeatable turn around and all around better service. They have a friendly culture with good mechanics, I’d recommend to give it a shot.

I went in for wheels, tires and a lift on my Jeep. Jay and the guys treated me great and did excellent work. I’m a car and truck guy and I always love walking around in the shop and seeing some of the projects they are working on!

Beyond satisfied as a customer. I initially thought prices would be too expensive for me, but thankfully I called anyway to get a quote. Jay called back within 10 minutes and to my surprise my quote was much less than I expected. I explained that this was my daily driver and turn around is a bit of a concern for me, I immediately made plans to let them have my truck for at least 2-3 days and I was surprised once again that my truck was done in 1 day. I got a under bed c notch, made the notch so my bed didn’t hit the diff and tubbed my firewall (that’s a lot of work) also I had contact throughout the process with pictures of the progress and the work getting done. I showed up to pick up and jay showed me all the details of the work done (a machine couldn’t make these welds look better)..tour of the shop was crazy, big place with tons of amazing toys in progress...I’m very happy with my experience and will be going back for a lot more work..

Absolute amazing work. I bought a new F-250 and the very next day it was at Branded Customs for the lift kit. Jay (the owner) took great care and was very in depth and knowledgeable about the lift kits.Prior to the purchase we discussed lift options and price points. Jay was very easy going and I never felt obligated or rushed to buying something like I have at other places. At the end of the day jay wanted me to be happy with my ride quality and understood the importance of staying within budgetI dropped my truck off and they had it ready to go the very next morning. He walked over the vehicle with me and encouraged to bring it back within 500 miles for a retorque on the suspension to ensure it is all within specI may not be their highest spending customer, but you’d never know it. This place used to be called Hack Shack. They do good work but this is very pricey even for custom work. I came here to have some work done on an old school truck with air ride and the employee who I later came to find out was the owner was very rude and condescending. I had to explain to him what an exhaust muffler and speed controller for an air ride system was. That is a large part of his business and I cant believe that he doesnt know what that is. I had to actually speak with the person that works on the vehicles to get anything done. There are only a handful of custom shops in the Metroplex and I would not recommend this one. Im not a rich person or a basketball player and their prices are too high. I went here twice and wont ever be going back. I have several friends with customs vehicles who have asked me for references to custom shops and Ive steered them away from this location.
