I get the greatest service every time I bring my truck in. Carey my CSR always advises me what I need to know and get done without trying to oversell me. Then Daniel the diesel tech gets it done right the first time. They understand my truck is my business and I cant make a living without it. I will always get my maintenance and repair work done here.
I visited because of 2 factory recalls. Both parts had to be ordered (air bags and alternator). I will return when the parts arrive.
Just went to turn in my lease here to the dealership I leased the car from. They said I had to take it all the way into Dallas. Called another Dodge dealership and they said I was scammed and that they just didnt want to deal with it. On top of that, they failed to repair my vehicle for the 6th consecutive time. I think this lease has sat more then Ive driven in. Turning it in early and cutting my losses at a dealership that has time to deal with their customers.
Clean place exente costumer service
I went with my friend to drop off his truck for maintenance. He had a transmission problem, but while it was there his battery mysteriously died and needed to be replaced. (Someone must have left the lights or something on). It also rained while they had it so upon picking it up his seats and floor had completely soaked. The service advisor was no help either. My friend had to call regularly to talk to the advisor because he said he would call but never did. Finally after talking to everyone but the advisor he found out what was wrong and gave the go ahead to fix it. I can understand this kind of amateur hour stuff at other mechanic places but Dealerships should be a class above.
