Between Denise (secretary) and wendy(manager) There was zero communication. Took jeep in to check brakes on a Wednesday and rescheduled for 1 week later. I was promised a one day turn around by the mechanic. (Velino Aguilera) I received excuse after excuse as to why it wasn’t completed.I was told that it would be ready “without fail” by 5 pm Friday. I informed Denise that I would pick up jeep at 4:30 because if it wasn’t ready I would not leave it there over the weekend. When I got there it was not ready, but was told I could drive it. (Just wouldn’t have an e-brake). I towed it home as it didn’t have a master cylinder either. I paid my bill and took it somewhere dependable. Had it back in one day even after checking their shoddy work. They claim to be triple A approved but that may not be for long after I inform AAA that they were going to let me drive home with no brakes. I am not sure the mechanic is AAA certified. But he was put in a position to fail!

Terrible service from Wendy (owners daughter) and Denise (receptionist) very unprofessional after 4 months of going back and forth telling me “your car will be fixed by Next week” I received a text message today stating “Hey my boss said if you could pick up your vehicle too much damage no pay” like seriously it’s been 4 months! They could of told me that since the beginning I do not recommend this place don’t waste your time.

Donovan and his team are fantastic! I have a new mechanic! Been taking my car to the dealer for regular maintenance and repairs. The issue that prompted me to look for a mechanic was that my headlights were crooked after I tried to install new ones myself. The dealer told me that I burned the socket and everything needed to be replaced, and oh, by the way, I need new struts and shocks for $1900. Found Ultimate Performance through AAA. From the initial phone call Donovan was professional, courteous, and gave me a super reasonable estimate. Took my car in a few days later and Donovan and his team were great! I waited in the office and he updated me often; even has a cell phone text feature to keep customers updated. They did a 40-point inspection and found that there was no evidence that the socket was burned (with pictures provided)! What the heck? AND, I dont need new shocks or struts yet! Fortunately, my estimate didnt change (but I would have understood if it did). They also have a great warranty for their work. I will be taking all my cars there from now on. They can work on American, Asian, and European cars/trucks and the staff have many years of knowledge and training. Thank you Donovan and Ultimate Performance!

This shop really went above and beyond for me!!! My car was a challenge and not behaving for a long time!!! They fixed it and took great care of me as well!!! My car is now running great!!! Was stranded when I called Ultimate Performance. They were calm cool, knowledgeable, professional experts. They towed me to their shop, which was also right down the street from my house. The repair cost was reasonable and provided me with a diagnostic. I love how friendly and open the staff there are and would have no problem coming back here for future maintenance on my vehicle!

I had a check engine light on my Toyota Camry@ I needed to pass smog. They found the problem immediately. Their prices were fair and they didnt try to price gouge me. Everyone was professional and helpful.

Totally satisfied with this repair shop. I needed major engine work done on my car and they put my mind at ease. The price was fair and the customer service was excellent. They loaned me a vehicle while mine was being worked on. Ive had vehicle back now for two weeks and it drives great with no problems.

BEWARE: $125 for a check engine diagnostic test.For 2008 Hyundai Sonata they wanted to charge me roughly $2,800 for a timing chain kit and that the labor is over 10hrs. Also for spark plugs. Asked if I can only get an oil change done and tune up with fuel injectors that was going to cost $1,100. Asked if I can buy my own parts and charge me for labor said that was not allowed because they are triple A certified. The lady at the front office was laughing when I was explaining how I can waive the diagnostic test fee if I got other work done. She said I can’t.I just paid $125 for a problem I already knew about and on top of that the timing belt screeching noise sounds worse since I left. Before I took it to the shop; the noise will only come on once every couple of days. Now every time I turn my car on the noise comes on every time and it’s louder than before and it only stops when I put the car in drive or reverse.I would not recommend their service ever to anyone I’ve read the other positive reviews and trusted this place but they are definitely not FAIR prices.Update: took it to another place Goodyear and they are only charging me $700. Also when I told them what I needed done they even suggested to do the water pump because when replacing the timing belt it’s best the water pump is done as well because possibly 6months down the road the same issue(timing chain) will arise again. I point this out because when I got to ultimate performance and I was trying to figure out how to get my moneys worth by not wasting $125 on something I already knew about I asked if I can get my water pump done and the lady sandy said I didn’t need the water pump done at all. Once again I’ve had a horrible experience and never should’ve stepped foot in that place.

We were traveling from our home in Florida on a two month trip in our old 40 foot diesel pusher when our dash air conditioning quit on an Sunday afternoon. We searched the internet and found Ultimate Performance. They turned out to be a fantastic organization to deal with. They fit us into their morning schedule and checked out our AC system. They found a crack in our radiator cooling reservoir that was causing our diesel to run hotter than normal. They tried to locate a replacement part but being a 1998 bus none of their automotive suppliers could locate one. We lucked out with a RV dealer in town that had what we needed in stock. We picked up the part and Ultimate Performance installed it for us. They were incredibly polite and reasonable. There truly is an honest hometown repair shop that can handle almost any repair. We feel very fortunate that they caught the problem before we were stranded on the side of a remote road. Capt. Tom Webb

After having our car right down for the second time in 2 days we finally found someone who knew what they were doing I could explain everything so we understood. Their secretary was so awesome super sweets and was willing to to help with just about anything They work their butts off to get it done as quickly as possible because I was from out of town and was trying to get back home. You cant say enough good about this company hey. If I ever break down again theyre the first call Im making.

This place is amazing, and has great service and customer service. I had my car break down on me and I was stuck. it was around 2 am and I called a tow using AAA and they had taken my car and dropped it off here. Few hours when they opened I went into their office and greeted me nicely and they had my car ready to be inspected. They had told me they were going to give me a call when they were ready, and a 3 hours after I left they had given me a car, sadly my car is totaled but nonetheless left with a great impression of this company, it’s no wonder AAA recommends them and works with them.TL;DR car broke down, insurance recommended this company and did not regret. Would recommend 10/10

Fast service, fair price and near by

In the past I have had problems with other shops. After taking my car in, i would call to find out if they found the problem. They would tell me they would give me a call when they find out . I would wait for the call. Sometimes 2 or three days. I would call them and they would say we are still working on it. Ultimate performance kept me updated on how it was going. And they are reasonably with the price, and and reliable. Great staff that will work with you.and they had my truck done when they said it would be done . Thank you 5 ⭐️

They are very nice and personable. They have a good waiting space with snacks, coffee and water. They have been very honest and reasonably priced for the services they have performed. I did comparison pricing before I went there. I will be back when I need a maintence service.

They cost to much i paid almost $500 for a new alternater. And they want to charge me $2400 for transmission to be done.

I am updating my review as the owner of the shop went above and beyond to rectify my issue when I had gone in to get my transmission worked on. This owner really cares about his customers, and my experience was great. He took very good care of me. I am very pleased with this shop and would have no issues bringing my vehicles in for repairs.

Pleasantly surprised by how their operation is managed, from front office personnel to Javier who with his personality, experience and knowledge really takes the fear out of dealing with auto repairs, Im happy to have been referred to Ultimate Performance and knowing they can compete with some of the other auto repair places in the area who puts profit over service. The ladies in the office DO NOT know there stuff. Went there this morning to get info. On 100k miles service for my Dodge Cummins and they had no idea what I was talking about.i asked for the owner and all they could say was hes not here and never even bothered to get a mechanic that could answer a couple simple questions.if a business is going to employ people for initial customer contact then they should make sure those people have at least a basic understanding of the business and product.its like going to the doctor and the only one to talk to is a janitor.so no thanks Ill find another shop.

They are always nice and courteous.Prices are reasonable.After you have your car worked on you can go right next door and wash your car at limonite car wash.

All the people there are so very helpful and the prices are very competitive I only wish they were open on Saturday.

I took my car in based on a recommendation from a friend. It was vibrating and running badly. I took it to 2 other places before and was told it was going to cost over $1000. Being on a fixed income is hard enough without paying that much for car repairs. I explained the car problem to the service writer and the manager was also listening. They asked me several questions about what was happening and when it was happening. The other shops never asked me any questions. The manager explained they would diagnose the problem and give me an estimate for repairs. I was shocked when they called me a couple hours later to tell me the repair would only be $300! I was so relieved and they assured me it would fix the problem. Two hours later I was driving my car home. It is running great! Thank you Ultimate Performance for your honest repair!

Took my used 2001 Honda in for a quote to replace the catalytic converter. The young lady in the office would not even look up the cost. She took my key to get the vehicle info, grabbed with a friend who stopped by for 15 minutes, then came back in and would only give me a quote of $150 for diagnostics, and said a converter could cost several thousand dollars. Since I already knew a catalytic converter from auto zone costs $250 to $400, depending on OEM or universal, it was clear she was being paid to bring in the bucks, not provide honest service. I gotta say, since this place is AAA approved, I was very disappointed. People, be forewarned.

Went in not longer than a week ago, brought in my 2008 328I BMW they did a whole load of work on it paid almost 3k worth so i was nervouse but they kept me updated through out the whole service,i would really recommend these guys.They even called me later in the week to make sure everything was still okay so that deffinately resassured me that my car was in good hands Ask for steve thanks man !

Brought my truck in to get the AC fixed and that experience was great. However the AC was beginning to fail within the warranty period. I took it in to have it diagnosed / repaired and they couldn’t find the problem. Was turned away after what I feel was a poor attempt to find the issue. Was told to come back if it continues and told “not to worry, we will take care of you”. So I took it back which was now after the warranty and it took them a day and half to find the problem which happened to be the part that is now out of warranty. Doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in before the warranty period was up. And they found another issue as well. So, they were willing to cover the cost of the failed part but wanted to charge me for labor. And the new issue and labor. But could explain if the new issue actually caused the problem for the warranty part to fail. That wouldn’t budge on my argument about the warranty part being covered 100% including labor due to the fact if they did a more invested check the last time it would have been all covered. And of course I would be ok with paying for the new issue. They wouldn’t honor the 30 day price quote. Wanted me to do it at that time. So I picked up my truck and was done. Pretty sure I won’t be back. Sucks cause I really liked it there. And I did a part search, HUGE HUGE HUGE mark up on parts from AutoZone.... $180 for a $23 part.... c’mon.... I will say they were nice enough to give me a loaner.... but don’t feel that courtesy should be used as a bargaining chip... I’ve have good experience there in the past and that’s why I went back multiple times but this really may have changed my mind. Plus they are not open on the weekends. Maybe close for Sunday and Monday and give the 9 to 5ers a chance to get some work done on a Saturday...IMO... Good Luck. Beware. Do some parts research on anything major. GBYall

I wasn’t going to leave a review I just wasn’t going to come back to your shop because I didn’t have a good experience at your shop I don’t own the 2006 Tahoe that I brought in for a oil change I sold the Tahoe but I would not trust any of my vehicles at your shop after the bad experience I had with your girl that works the front desk I get down to the shop at and she has a personal conversation with a Customer in front of me and wastes my time because she wants to talk then when she’s done talking she takes forever to get all my information about the car then she wants to go over the car with me and tell me things that are wrong with it like my brake Fluid is Moldy never heard that before and all I did was bring it in for a oil change and she wastes my time for an hour for no reason then she doesn’t close the hood right it’s not latched and she drives it into the shop with the hood not latched I didn’t want her to drive my car with the hood not closed but she didn’t ask she just did then she calls me to tell me that my car is ready 20 minutes before the shop closes didn’t appreciate that especially when I call the shop before I bring it in and ask do you give people Plenty of notice when the car is ready and she says yes but then doesn’t then when I go to the car she has another personal conversation with a customer in front of me then when’s she’s done talking takes forever again to have me pay for the oil change then finally I get my keys then the Mechanic starts talking to me but the girl at the front starts trying to rush me out because she wants to close oh ok so it’s ok to talk to everyone who walks into the door and waste peoples time but when the Mechanic starts talking to me that’s not ok she doesn’t want anyone else to talk and I don’t trust that girls car Expertise she thinks she knows stuff about cars but she doesn’t I wasn’t going to write a review just never was going to come back but when your shop emailed me last week to leave a review I decided to because it still makes me mad the way I was treated by your girl that works the front desk

I have faith in the mechanics again, thanks to this place I spoke to this place and Luis, a very kind person, told me that he will take the car to him and he will take me home. Also in 2 hours he gave me a quote the next day I took him to repair and in 4 hours he was really ready that good service super recommended also if they are an AAA client they give them a discount I recommend 1000 percent this place, they give 2 years warranty .
