Professional and courteous customer service. HOWEVER, always have a second opinion.After paying $100 for diagnostic (free at any autozone) I was told the hybrid battery needed to be replaced, $1200 (expected) and there was a problem with my engine misfiring. ($875-$2400) (Unexpected)I decided to get a second opinion. I visited two different auto zones with different scanners. I reached a different verdict. The only issue was replacing the hybrid battery.I will give King of Hybrids the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps they forgot to clear the codes off their scanner. He was a nice guy who offered me Turkish coffee. However, its always best to get a second opinion.I ended up going with greenbeanbattery.com. It was ($1809 all-in) done at my house and completed within the hour. They also have a lifetime warranty that is transferable (extra).

Bre very careful with this shop i went to get my transmission checked and said I had a bad transmission and engine took it somewhere else they told me it was a transmission issue only!They only charge me 1100 vs the 4000 king of hybrid wanted to charge me

Best customer service. Hybrid King gave me good advice on multiple occasions when I was buying my used 08 Prius. When the red triangle of death came on the week after I bought it and the dealer “fixed it” incorrectly Hybrid King again gave me honest advice and was able to fix the problem quickly. They actually followed up with me a month later to make sure everything was still fine with the car. When was the last time a mechanic called just to check in and make sure the work they did is still good? Definitely recommend this shop. Solid work, honest advice, and very relaxed.

Came in with my wifes blue 2012 prius.The car was in dire need of a hybrid battery. I was quoted a price three hours later im back for the car and paid 100$ less than originally quoted, when does that happen! Its been a month since I got my fathers prius engine rebuilt here. Runs like new, no problems. Its a 2014 prius with 220k miles and was eating oil and coolant like crazy. The engine would also misfire at low rpm and would shake the car. The owner is a nice guy, good dude. They diagnosed the problem and gave us straight answers. They replaced the head gasket and rebuilt the engine at a great price (check around). Like I said, engine runs great. Well be coming here from now on for all our maintenance needs, no brainer.

First found this place online and read others reviews and was sold. Dropped off KIA Optima Hybrid and required my vehicle to stay overnight. Next day I received call with good news, my vehicle was repaired and price was real good. Main is such a hard worker that he stays late to get his work done and was willing to stay later for me to pick up my car. I highly recommend this Hybrid mechanic shop. And will spread the word.

King of Hybrids saved me $$$ from a Hyundai Dealer mis-diagnosed transmission replacement potential cost of over $4600....King of Hybrids is an amazing troubleshooter (even used to design EV Vehicles...). My actual issue (inverter pump) was less than $1000 to fix (saving me lots of $$$). My Sonata Hybrid famous LAG of Death (hesitate 4-6 seconds at takeoff) is GONE!!King of Hybrids & EV Saved me THOUSANDS---Hybrids are specialized---Dont waste thousands of $$$ without even fixing the actual problem.Hurry to King of Hybrids--They will make you a believer, save you lots of time, $$ and frustration, too. John Elway Crown toyota dealer, Ontario CA wanted for hybrid wiring issue on 2013 price, almost $3,500.00. This shops price, $250 while i waited 15 minutes. it was the miracle Id hoped for! Emphatically recommend this shop!

Red triangle of death came on my car again. 6 months ago I had installed a used battery pack for $800. The drive was too far to go back to get it fixed. I looked up hybrid repair places in riverside and neighboring areas---came across King Of Hybrid---. Spoke to Manny---he gave me a price of $600 to re-condition the battery pack---.Took exactly 3 1/2 hours and the car was back on the street. It has been over 3 months now---. I am getting 3+ miles a gal more than before from 41.5 miles a gal it went up to 44.7 miles a gal.Thank you Manny---great job.

My Ford C Max had a problem with its high voltage battery and I went to 2 other auto shops and they couldn’t solve my problem. Luckily, they figured out the problem and solved it the same day.

I recommend that all the Chinese nearby come here for repairsThis mechanic is the most reliable Hybrid mechanic in the area. The owner, Main, he works on every project himself. Last time when the red death triangle came on in my Gen 2 Prius, he fixed it for me within 3 hours. I gave him my car at 5pm and he was able to fix it by 8pm.
