Went in for alignment on my vehicle, these guys were great. The pricing was reasonable no hassle. Service was great wait time was less than 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

Spent all morning calling shops in Riverside but Ken here at tire choice was able to get me the tires I wanted to an affordable price. He was patient with me as I asked for a few different options and understood my budget and the guys in the shop quickly mounted/balanced my new all terrains so I could get on my way. It was a Sunday, most shops are closed so these guys were sure to be busy. With labor cost and pretty much every cost being outrageous these days I wasn’t going to be shocked if my “quick” flat tire repair was going to be something low on the totem pole. Long story short, James took care of me. Had my Tacoma back up and running and ready for work the next day. Really do appreciate when people put people first! It really makes all the difference. Visited on 05//26/2021 after calling the store via phone (rang for 3 minutes) and getting a rude attitude from a man who seemed to be bothered by my call filled with questions for new tires. Kenneth (keep in mind he is the Manager) was the one that took my call, who helped me inside (they had zero customers and were 30 minutes from closing). Kenneth had zero knowledge, was still giving attitude, and was standoffish the entire time. I had to educate him on Goodyears specials/rebates located on their website! So after five minutes of doing the work for him, I opted in to buying a new set of tires. He decided to slap on a lifetime balancing and rotation charge of $119 on my invoice without my consent or acknowledgement, which to his discretion he stated that it was part of the charges. This was not the only secret charge added for the record... Since it was late, I paid, and reached out to corporate the next day. Vince, the district manager (i acquired his email, as the store refused to provide a phone number for him) responded to my email claiming he was sorry...I had to argue with this man via email, which he agreed to reimburse me for a portion of the charges...The tires are $150 cheaper elsewhere, with lifetime balance and rotation and flat repair included with the purchase (Americas Tire, Discount Tire to name a couple) and you would not have to deal with sleazy secretive charges that you are unaware of on your bill! They failed to match the competitors prices, and Vince (who used to work at this store) did not even acknowledge the competitors prices nor Goodyears rebates...Even when he was provided a screenshot of their web prices and price match guarantee. Stay away from this company...trust me...this is the last time I use them, as they lack basic knowledge on their own products, promotions...most importantly, they lack customer service!

The staff and service were great! Also, James provided exquisite customer service.I went in for a flat tire repair, a problem I have been dealing with for over a month now. I even took it to my dealership where I have a warranty, and they told me there was no issue with my brand new tire. So, I put air in it and just kept moving, but every two days I was stopping to do just that. Good thing I took it in to see James and the crew at the Tire Choice on Indiana in Riverside. I had a special kind of hole, one I cant explain, but it made a whole lot of sense compared to NOTHING. I am so appreciative, they not only fixed my ongoing issue, they did it as a complementary service for me having to go home, get my tire keys, and come back. Those guys are awesome and on point 👌✔💯 *Satisfied Customer*

I was leaving with my family to run errands and noticed a nail in my tire. So I called these guys up. They were super friendly and cared about my vehicle. They took me in very quickly and took care of my flat tire right away. I will definitely be returning to these guys for other work. James and the team are great!

Update: Second time coming here. Today they were not so friendly. Also, they wanted me to wait an hour and half just for them to check my tire to see if they could patch it. 1So glad this place is open on Sundays. They are life savers! Came in to get a flat tire fixed and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have fair prices too. Im going to start coming here for my oil changes too.

This place is a ripoff! Sold us a tire 260.when all we needed was a valve repair. The next day my tire was leaking again went back asst.mgr rude!! Operating business without a current business license. We got our old tire back to prove it never had anything wrong with it like they said. Please stay away form this place and the so called management. They are far from done with us. Will keep you posted. This is the 2nd tire in 3mos that we did not have to purchase. My husband trusted them. Stay Away!!

These guys are great! One of my tires had a slow leak so I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. They were really busy but James told me to come back at 4. So I went home and finished some yard work and came back @ 4. He got me right in and they found that it was just a pinched valve stem. They took care of it and got me going again real quick. Needed 2 tires patched desperately at 6:40pm droving home from work lost all air in 1 tire.They got me in 15 minutes prior to closing without any complaint and i know how awful is is to stay late but it was an emergency and EZ (Eazy?)was happy to help me. When I first came here, it was for a simple tire change. I hit something on the 91, threw on a spare and needed a new tire. Since then I come here for most of my vehicle maintenance. Ironically, the people who changed my tire became my primary mechanic because of how well they have treated my family and I. Oil change, brake service, general fluid changes, and even addressing my coolant leak.Of course, I could have gone to anyone who specializes in these services (especially within this area), but I simply trust them. Any issues I have had post service, they address.. free of charge.. with absolutely zero awkward confrontation. They occasionally recommend additional services whenever I do come in, but it isn’t something I feel was “sold” to me. I understand the concern of spending more money, than you need to. But a lot of these concerns that were brought up were preventive towards future issues.Upselling is “standard” in the industry. I get it. You want to be wary.. I was wary.. but you have the option of saying no. I never felt like I had some sleazy mechanic pressuring an up charge. I cant say enough about this business. I made an appointment for the mechanical inspection of a car I was hoping to purchase. The car was received upon arrival and the wait time was completely reasonable. The information provided by Mike-who is attentive, detail-oriented, and warm--was critical to make a final decision. Dont ever go to this shop. A friend of mine yesterday was here to get an oil change on her truck that is barely a year old. Mike the tech working on her vehicle thought it would be cool to take advantage of her. Telling her that the truck basically needed everything under the sun possible to the tune of 2500 dollars. Everything from shocks and struts to needing coolant lines. Let me remind you that she went in here for an oil change, and all this needed maintenance was unsolicited, and he told her it was a safety issue. He even went as far as telling her that her brakes were metal on metal. Thank God she refused the services and only got the oil change. The report shows her truck failing every possible inspection, when upon further inspection by a 3rd party her brakes were practically brand new, along with everything else she was told was a safety issue. Scam artist at work here, BBB will be investigating because Im sure hes done this to 100s if not 1000s of people. Save yourself the money and take your vehicles elsewhere for honestly and trustworthy service.

I desperately needed tires and happened upon here. Usually my dad comes with me when I do this sort of thing but I was in dire need and he was out of state. Anyhow it worked out. The staff was polite. Mike helped me out, he was friendly and he made me feel reassured that everything was legit and going to work out. It did work out. I got a full set of tires and was able to go about my way and still make it in time to take my niece to a concert. When my dad got back he said I got a great deal and he couldn’t have gone better himself.

I popped a tire and went to the nearest place, turns out the store and staff are very helpful and kind and my tire change was quick. Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, located on Indiana Ave, is always available when I need them! Their staff is extremely friendly. They understand the difficulties of driving the roads of California. At Tire Choice, they are always extremely quick and reasonably priced. Assistant store manager Ken is really helpful when it comes to your basic vehicle needs. Their services go beyond solely tire needs. This includes oil change services, or even brake services. I truly appreciate this location for their sense of urgency, amongst other qualities. Rude manager, the only good thing about that place is like two honest workers. They charge ridiculous prices and sometimes don’t even fix the problem you asked them to look into. This place was better up u til 2018.

The Tire Choice helped me out so much this Labor Day weekend! Started off the day realizing I had a nail in my tire and panicked that no place would be open. Luckily The tire Choice was one of the few places that were open on a Sunday and had space to take me! Came in to get a oil change. The two managers ken an Saul were very helpful. Very fast service and at a good price!

On December we took our Nissan frontier to this place with an overheating problem, they inspected the engine and I got their phone call, they said that my engine was burned down, the estimate to fix it was 8500.00. I was very concerned but we decided to get a second opinion. We find out in another auto repair shop that the fan clutch wasnt working and they replace it for 350.00 that was the problem. I felt so upset, I cant trust this place. I recommend always get a second opinion.
