Man I cannot recommend this place enough! Brought in my Subaru Outback for a rear brake change and resurface and a left front axle replacement on a Friday evening and got it back less than 24 hours later! Super professional and fast service! Tom at Sacto did a pre-purchase inspection for me and he did an outstanding job. The price was more than fair and he did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and told me everything I wanted to know about it.He called me several times throughout the day to tell me what he had learned and analyzed every detail of the vehicle to help me make an informed decision.Having Tom involved took a lot of stress off of me knowing that there would be no surprises with the newly purchased vehicle.I highly recommend Sacto Auto for whatever you need. It may take a while to get an appointment but that is the reality with well run businesses, theyre in high demand.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!....if you need serious repairs dont bring it here.....they make you believe they will get the job done and dont come through on their word....after waiting over a month on them to take my car in to fix it they turned me down and said they were to busy to work on my car.....extremely disappointed with TOM!!!!!!.....never going back.

Starting out with texts which got answered really quickly - the service and competence from Tom and Kat is exemplary. My Ford Thunderbird needed a bunch of work after driving it down from Vancouver BC to Riverside. He told me everything that he thought should be replaced or repaired. I went with his suggestions, and I am so pleased I listened to him. My car runs beautifully and he didn’t break the bank doing it. And as a woman, he never patronizes me for not knowing my mechanics. I drive up from LA to see him, even the smallest job is treated with care. I can’t relay enough how thrilled I am to have found my mechanic. Gems!

Brought my car in knowing what needed to be done. The told me everything i already knew, didnt try to sell me on anything i didnt need and offered the repairs i needed at half the price of every other shop ive been too. Love these folks. They told me all my options, their recommendations regarding what I should do, price options and expected time frame. On all aspects they excelled! After being ripped off by my previous mechanic, I was very worried about finding another. This shop had good reviews, so I went to drop off my car for a check enging light. The mechanic there told me they were busy and backed up 3 days, and I would need an appointment - but then asked what was wrong. I told him, he checked the error code, and found it was just a flag for maintenance. He reset it and didnt charge me a cent, solved the problem, while he was busy. Amazing service.

Its a very busy shop, to the point that it felt like I was dropping clothes off at the dry cleaners But in stead it was my car 😒 although it did feel that way, this place was highly recommended and over all they did a good job on the service on my car.
