Absolutely amazing experience! James was THE BEST and extremely knowledgeable about every different brand and mattress type. He made sure I tried every type and knew all the features of each one. He even switched around different mattresses on the adjustable base just so I could see what they all felt like with my feet and head lifted. We both wore masks the entire time and he put down a protective sheet on the pillows when I tried each one out. I highly suggest buying from these guys! They also deliver and install everything for you so you dont have to do it yourself.

This location was awesome I just got back in from traveling for a month and realize that I threw out my mattress and at 8 at night I went into this mattress firm and within 10 minutes I had a mattress being loaded in my truck a queen-size mind you for only $169 plus tax brand new you cant beat that. If you need a mattress and youre not looking to spend a lot this is your place. Also if you are looking to spend some good money on a nice mattress they have the top of the line mattresses for much less than retail. I got a good night sleep last night on the brand new mattress I bought I have no complaints thank you so much mattress firm

I went in to get a king size mattress using a budget that was affordable and ended up purchasing more than what I thought for the amount of money I paid. The salesman that helped me, James was super professional, courteous and very helpful, thank you for selling me a decent mattress while staying within my price range. My mom is immunocompromised and we were concerned about going into stores during operating hours. Mattress Firm was able to accommodate us by going in an hour before opening to find a mattress. The Mattress Firm experience with the salesman, James was perfect at the Willow Lawn store. I went to the store interested in a Stearns and Foster and in speaking with James I found he was quite informed and knowledgeable about these excellent quality mattresses and mattress types overall. Took hubby back later and after deciding upon theS&F Rockford Estate Luxury ULTRA FIRM we purchased it and we could not be happier!!! Body aches and back pain have vanished and we are sleeping like babies every night!! As I entered the door I was greeted and told with a smile that someone would be right with me. The customer service is excellent! I didn’t have to wait no longer than 3 minutes! This has been my first weekend since moving to Richmond in a studio apartment, and the only missing (but essential) piece of furniture I needed was a queen size bed and box spring. With a truck and family in town, I needed something at a reasonable price, immediately available for the day of. When I came into Mattress Firm, I noticed there is a range of prices. I first tried between soft, medium, and firm and decided on firm (but on the softer side). To find a middle to high tier end product, the associate I met, Mitch, was very patient and willing to work with me for a discounted price (in fact, box spring included for free). He gave me more than enough time to decide between the feel of different queen sized models. There are also many queen sized and other sized models at extreme discounts in the back storage room, but I’d highly recommend the newer models he has out. With the discount, there isn’t much difference and you will have a quality product that can follow you through a Uhaul truck for years all the way to your home purchase.With some patience and a few moments on your hands, I’d recommend Mitch without a doubt. He truly has your best interest in mind, regardless of your situation. They can also easily deliver if you need that service! They are also very swift at answering calls, so I’d give them a call before making a trip for any questions

Got the mattress delivered, and the truck broke down but the representative on the phone AND the drivers both kept in touch with me and presumably everyone else on the delivery route to let us know they would be late. Have never met a salesperson as pushy as Ginger. When I told her the way I slept, she told me I was doing it wrong and have to sleep the way she wanted. It wasn’t given to me as a suggestion and was explained quoted rudely. When we finally got past that ordeal, she didn’t listen to me when I gave her my budget (which was $2000... not that small!!) kept showing me beds over $1000 over my budget and when I reminded her of my budget, she told me I wouldn’t get anything worthwhile with that budget and told me I should finance it. Never even got to try what I wanted to (purple) before getting out of that place. Awful experience. I ended up getting an awesome mattress down the street and ended up spending more than I had planned, but they were much more pleasant to me. Do NOT go to this store if you want to be treated like a decent human being.

Bought a bed back in December that we loved and had to take back because we thought we were making a huge move and we were selling all sorts of things we didnt want to pack and ship. Well lo and behold that falls through and I came looking and they had that mattress as a show model since theyre about to stop carrying that line for 50% oAf what I paid for it in December. Thats all luck. What the review is for is that they didnt try to upsell me, boggle me down, offer me a credit card or anything else. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Thats with my mother trying a few to see if she wanted a new mattress as well.
