We had an amazing visit to Mattress Firm yesterday. Oderick greeted me quickly and while he was helping a customer I had the opportunity to browse. He came over and asked me some questions concerning my sleep and the problems I am experiencing. He was able to punch in everything into the Google powered matching tool and it gave me the options that were best suited to my sleep style and to alleviate my pain so I can finally sleep without flopping like a fish all night, lol. I needed to have my husband come back to get his opinion for the bed, and he remembered me from earlier. We ended trying the Purple 3 on a whim and fell in love. It feels AMAZING! Needless to say...we will be dreaming purple from now on! Thanks, Oderick! You made the process easy and even stayed after your shift to get us taken care of! Awesome guy! Thanks, again!

Staff was responsive and knowledgeable and very professional the store was great, I lowered the star rating because on the website they claimed to offer 10 to 20 percent off for first responders after verifying my credentials and receiving my coupon code it deducted one penny from the cost, which was kind of an insult. Also they were out of the FREE sheets I was suppose to get so I had to pay 50 dollars upgrade.for premium sheets.

We came in late needing a bed for our college student because IKEA was sold out! They helped us out and got us a great mattress. Little pricey but good quality. Manager was very helpful and professional.

I have been considering the Purple Harmony pillow and have gone here twice to try it out. The sales staff is always friendly but honestly dont know much about pillows, at least not as much as beds. A side note - the purple mattress WILL be our next need.

I was on the hunt for a mattress that would be the perfect fit for my guest bedroom. Upon coming to mattress firm on midlothian turnpike I was greeted by Charles. When I say this man has customer service experience he does. He made my experience easy and he welcome me into the store as if I was already apart of the mattress firm family. His knowledge and the safety he took for COVID procedure to ensure a safe environment while I shopping was outstanding he answered every question I got and he wasn’t too busy for me even when he had other customers. He was certainly a one man show. We stopped into Mattress Firm this morning looking to replace our current 10 year old memory foam mattress.Charles, the store associate, welcomed us, supplied some paper towels (thanks Covid) then let us have run of store. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about each product we tried, but in no way pushy. He made spending thousands of dollars on a mattress much less painful.Highly recommended!

The mattress was very welcoming. Charles helped us understand the difference in the mattresses around our budget. They made trying out mattresses comfortable and safe for everyone during covid as well. They had napkins to place on our pillows we used to test our each mattress. Other places did nothing or limited the mattresses we tried. We felt comfortable with our decision and not pressured on our purchase.

They were friendly they were polite but mattress companies are all the same they selling for enormous prices all of this is material I dont know what the big deal is and everybody sells on commission so you know what theyre going to do but their flight they were helpful I guess they werent as expensive as some other places but you know what you get with that I guess quality does cost money but tell the truth how does anybody really know how good a quality what theyre buying is who knows anything about mattresses for real but thats just my opinion

Went in today looking to get a new mattress for the wife and myself. I was greeted by Oderick shortly after walking through the door. He dressed well and was smiling. He carried himself very well and you could tell he enjoyed his work. We talked shop and I told him I would be back with the wife in a couple hours once she got off work.I returned in a few hours with the wife and two littles. Again I was greeted and he remembered me from the previous visit. After letting the wife try out the mattress, he convinced us to buy not only the mattress but also an adjustable frame and a mattess protector.Oderick is, without a doubt, a true salesman and ill gladly recommend people to him. I wrote a review 8 months ago about buying a bed from this location and from a rep named Julia. The bed is still amazing 8 months later, however, the metal platform is awful in my opinion. If you read the reviews of the metal platform, what people say about the middle legs folding in and bolts coming out, the frame completely coming apart, its all true. This morning at 5:30am the legs fell out and the whole bed fell almost to the floor. No way to fix it. Now we are stuck trying to find another frame, and very tired while doing so. I called customer service through the number the store provided me, during business hours, and literally tried every option to try to actually speak to a human, and couldnt. If I could advise anyone on my experience not even a year later, the bed is still great but dont fall for the metal platform hocus pocus. It sucks and its not worth the money at all in my opinion. It falls apart and is super cheap. What a headache!

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Each associate made us feel welcomed as soon as we entered the store. The first associate ask what exactly were we looking for and then asked us what type of sleepers we were she got us pillows and pillows towels and told us to feel free to try out the mattress and that Stephen would be with us soon. Mr. Clarke was a great salesman he took his time and was really patient with me and he also answered all of my questions and shared his vast knowledge about mattress and their inner workings. I can be truthfully honest and say that I never intended on spending as much as I did but after feeling the difference in that bed versus what I’m currently sleeping on I’m glad that I made the investment because good nights sleep is essential to good health...I enjoyed my visit in the store today and will tell everybody about my experience and will be back for future purchases....thanks again Mr. Clarke

First let me say that im writing this review from Md. My mom who lives in north chesterfield va is very disabled. She had been in the hospital for five months surgery after surgery. After five months shes finally able to come home but having bed sores and wounds from her surgery needed a good comfortable bed. I am unable to come to va due to transportation so i reached out to mattress firm bon air in VA and was able to speak with a wonderful lady by the name of Julia. I told her about my moms condition which she was very compassionate and understanding and concerned about my situation especially wanting to take care of my mom. She assured me that she would take every measure to help and was very knowledgeable about what my mom needed and would see to it that she would help out with all her power. Now after figuring out everything now my mom will be finally laying on comfort with the purple mattress. She even was able to take my mom her mattress cover to her because i couldnt make it there to do it out the kindness of her heart. It was definitely a crying moment when my mom heard the news from Julia in person that she was getting a new bed. What would i do if Julia wasnt there to help me. My sincerest gratitude goes out to her she deserves a raise and needs to be the head manager. Julia if you reading this from the bottom of my heart i say THANK YOU💖😌. You need a bed? See Julia.
