I am loving my new mattress and adjustable base. Edwin did a fantastic job showing me all relevant options. Im also pretty sure I got a great deal. Delivery and setup went smoothly. I had a problem with the base but Edwin helped to make sure all was taken care of.

Came here to get my kids a twin bed mattress and honestly thought the process was going to difficult. Joe, one of salesman there was very helpful in making an informed suggestion to my kids and let them pick the firmness/softness that was right for them. The whole process took about 45mins, even setting up a finance option was fairly simple also. Ill come back for a king bed real soon!

Suggest against anyone going here bought a mattress and was told 5 to 7 days and it would arrive 8 days later I call to find out that not only has the mattress not been shipped but its discontinued all together how was I able to buy it in the first place!! Huge inconvenience and a waste of time and not once did anyone from the store try to call and resolve the issue before I took matters in to my own handsUpdate 7 days later still dont have tbe mattress and still dont have a refund 🙃

We have a mattress we bought from here that has a huge lump in the middle. Have had no sleep because of this defective mattress. Was told to file a warranty claim. Went through the whole process and was told the support which we bought from here as well was the wrong one and voided the warranty. I am in the market for a new mattress but will shop somewhere else for my new tempur pedic. Will never do business with mattress firm again. Not worth it.

This was the second store my husband and I went in when shopping for a mattress recently. We loved working with Moe right away. He was personable, knowledgeable,and did not purchase us to buy a bed at all. In fact, we were initially looking at a more expensive bed when we arrived (based on what we found we liked at another store) but after listening to the type of bed we currently had, and the type of bed we wanted, he reminded us that just because a bed costs more doesnt mean its a better bed for YOU so we tried a model he suggested and he was right - that less expensive bed was just the right balance of soft but firm/good support for my husband and I. It was a very easy, low pressure environment to purchase a bed in. I would HIGHLY recommend shopping here if you are in the market for a new mattress! In fact, Moe just called me (a few days after we purchased) to see how we are sleeping on our bed. Now that is good customer service! :) Look for Moe if you go in - hes really great.
