Dan was very helpful. He was on the phone with a customer when I entered store but after he wrapped up- he helped a lot. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. I’m getting my mattress next week. Very efficient process.

Our daughter was in desperate need of a new mattress. I had seen several T.V. commercials for Mattress Firm and theres one close by so thats where we started. There was no need to look any further. She found the mattress she liked (Purple 1) and it was on sale and included 2 pillows and sheets! Our salesman, Dan Friedman, was very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I did our research before physically testing out some models, and decided to start at the store closest to home. We were apprehensive, because this was a big purchase for us, and we were worried about feeling pressured. But we were pleasantly surprised to find that mattress shopping was a relaxed experience, especially with Carrie assisting us. She helped us figure out what worked for us, and gave us plenty of space to take our time testing different models, while offering professional guidance when we needed it. With our budget in mind, she helped us narrow down the perfect mattress at a better price point than we expected to pay. She clearly explained the terms of the purchase. No hassles or surprises. The delivery guys were on time, and had our new bed set up in less than 10 minutes. All-around a positive experience.

Great Experience w/Dan. I had been researching mattresses for the past few weeks. I happened to see a Mattress Firm commercial and decided to pay them a visit. Dan assisted me with my purchase and at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. I laid on several mattresses and started to get confused but he kept track of the ones I said I liked and I was able to narrow down my purchase. Came in here looking for a king mattress and expected the regular sales pitch. I told the salesperson I was looking for a mattress in a certain price range and instead of trying to pressure me into a more expensive mattress, he took the time to explain each type of mattress and what to look for in my own preferences. It was a surprisingly fantastic experience. We expected to go to 3-4 different mattress stores, but it only took us about 30 minutes to find the mattress we wanted and it was about $300 less than our intended budget. Seriously a great experience when it came to mattress buying.

The fat manager there seems lazy and only bother to sell what its on the floor, trying to get rid of his old inventory without bother to look for something that is actually available from their website. Telling me that he cant sell me anything new for my asking price, could have used a better manner, not a discriminate against low budget buyer. Not recommended

My husband and I purchased a mattress and two pillows at another Mattress Firm location. The woman who helped us there said that she didnt have my pillow in stock but that I could go to the Parham Rd location to pick it up. The problem is that she never confirmed that the Parham Rd location had it, which they didnt, so I drove 20 minutes for nothing. Gio (Governor) was working that day, and he was GREAT. When I explained my story, he told me that I could choose whatever pillow I wanted and he would match the price. I couldnt believe it. Honestly, Ive had so many bad customer service experiences lately that I had zero expectations of what would happen when he told me that he didnt have the pillow. But Gios response exceeded even what I had hoped would happen. He is definitely an asset to this company.

I came in the day before Christmas looking specifically for a Tempur-Pedic pillow to give to my son for Christmas-----after calling the store--and asking if they provided gift wrapping service --the associate--Michelle--offered to gift wrap it for me if i provided the wrapping paper!!! That was an incredible time saver and one more thing I could cross off my list----THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND !!!!
