I have honestly enjoyed this Beauty Supply store since I was a little girl. Regina actually recalls me and we gave each other air hugs. Any questions you have can/will be answered within a timely fashion.

Didnt have the hair I wanted. Everyone has 20 inch or longer hair. Im looking for 14 or shorter.

It is well stocked. Customer service was good because i had to exchange an item and i also had a credit which came on .y card within 2 days. I think sn improvement would be if someone was there who would be more hands on in helping people who are not familiar with some of the products and could make suggestions etc.

I have been shopping here since it was located behind the current location in a strip mall. Its a family owned business and everyone is super helpful and friendly inside! It is very nicely organized and they usually keep it stocked up plenty. I do wish they carried more of a variety of colors for braiding hair. Overall I know I can depend on this store to get my beauty needs met! Welcoming people, clean store, great parking and good quality products!

Great local hair supply store. Has a nice selection of unusual hair colors and brightly colored makeup and nail polish. Has a very large selection of hair products. Fun small selection of jewelry and other accessories. They also sell Nyx cosmetics. Staff were small but kind and polite.

While we waited for our batteries to be charged at Auto zone, They harassed my son and I. The ladies passive aggressively said that my son couldnt touch the testers and said to be a good kid you dont touch anything my son is respectful and a gentlemen to everyone who knows him. They followed us and watched us like we were going to steal and I never stole anything in my whole life. I told my son any good scientist will explore the world and they dont listen to close minded folks telling them to be like them

Big varieties of beauty supplies.However poor service.... not helpful at all... in fact I would say hostile toward people that are of color... I am white and felt that they would rather I did not come into their store.
