My neighborhood pharmacy!

There were no employees in the store other than the two pharmacists, who were both occupied on the phone behind the pharmacy partition. I waited at the register with a few other customers but no one came to assist customers so I left, as did other people waiting. Seems unwise to leave a store on the corner of hull street and JD unsupervised.

Not the safest area at night but during the day it is fine. If you go in and out. The staff and store are great and clean. They have an amazon hub for pickups. This is great.

These pharmacists greet customers by name. Best experience at any pharmacy in many years.

Today, Oct.2, 2019, I purchased a bottle of detergent and got $10 back from my debit card as requested. I needed change to catch the bus so I ask for the ten to be change and was told they have no change. Okay, odd but I bought a Mr. Goodbar candy bar to get change and lo and behold I get change and I express that sentiment. I felt the attitude and behavior to be unnecessary and I resented it. I wont be back ever. And I wont recommend this store to anyone.

I used to come here regularly..daily but I wont be returning. I was accused of stealing a small bottle of car spray (to make it smell better). On top of that Monique (Im pretty sure thats her name) was saying that i was intoxicated when I did this. Are u kidding me? She wouldnt let me buy the merchandise and made a scene. I think she may ne intoxicated on somthing but this outrageous lack of cusy service makes me sick! ! I

This place has the worst customer service ever. During this time of social distancing, there was no concern shown as I was made to wait more than 15 minutes on the side while other customers went ahead of me. All because of a product on the shelf was priced incorrectly.

Has a weight and blood pressure monitor device that can be used on our own. Items stacked neatly.

DO NOT FILL ANY PRESCRIPTIONS AT THIS RITE AID THEY ARE VERY RUDE ...DO NOT KEEP THERE WORS ON WHEN THE MEDICINE WILL BE READY...DO NOT TAKE ANY EXTRA HELP TO ASSIST AT ALL....ONE WORKER BY THE NAME OF IRENE SHOULD NOT GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE....VERY RUDE AND SHORT TEMPERED...THEY STOP THEIR WESTERN UNION OFF EARLY....PASS BY THIS PLACE...
