The store is always well stocked,clean,and organized. the ladies working are knowledgeable and helpful, they seem to genuinely care about their store and customer. specifically highly recommend Ebin hair care products. Go and see that.

Stopped in during a roadtrip. The store was HUGE, clean and well organized. We were able to go straight to the braiding hair section and choose a color. Checkout was quick and we were back on the road. The location was less than a mile off the Interstate exit.

Really like this store. They have beautiful handbags, purses and a plethora of different styles of wigs and weaves.

Absolutely LOVE this store!! Always super stocked and the staff is so friendly! They even had a raffle today! For every $20 you spend, you get a raffle ticket, and the drawing is in the parking lot on Sept. 6th. I forgot to ask the time though😢

This is the WORST STORE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM. Be very careful to watch them ring your items up because they just tried to overcharge me for clearance items.. my total drop $100. Never will I Ever come back to this location. All they did was follow me around but offered no help and then get disrespectful because I’m being overcharged and I speak up about it. I’m extremely frustrated and disgusted at what just happened to me. 🤦🏽‍♀️ shame on this company!

Best place for wigs and hair supplies

Buy online, I cant stand this place, when employees are helping the manager will call and they will leave and run. There return policy is horrible and when you bring it up they tell you to sell stuff online. These places dont make money from product sales, they make money ripping people off. I brought 2 ponytails that were horrible and money is gone 50.00 I cant get back because of horrible return policy. Im looking into contacting specific groups to see if this is legal.

My favorite hair store big good variety

This store has a good amount of things you will need for your hair ect.but please beware that you cant just come in the store to pick up one thing that cost less than $5 unless you are paying cash. Its unfortunate and makes no sense that they force you to spend more than $5 to use your card knowing that there is a world pandemic going on and people are really not carrying cash. Ill be going to the other locations for now on

This was my first visit and I must say it was a great experience! When you walk in its very eye appealing, and its also very neat and clean. They also had a lot to choose from as well, from hair to wigs, products, jewelry, clothes and more the people that we encountered working, there were very helpful and nice. I will be back to this location when I come up that way again!

The only reason I am giving 4 out 5 stars is because I specifically Googled Black owned beauty supply stores near me and drove 36 minutes, thinking I was supporting the community, only to find out it was not. I still made a purchase but was a little disappointed at the misleading information online.

They have a large selection of products and hair. My friend and I bought a scalp conditioner that was rancid. We discovered it once we got in the car after checking out. I took it right back in the store--we never left the premises. The clerk refused to take it back, and began fussing in her Asian tongue. Often, they are very curt to and suspicious of the very African Americans who keep their business thriving. After prevailing with the clerk, she called over another person--perhaps a manager--speaking in her own language, of course. The lady smelled the product and immediately told her to refund our money.They have just about every kind of product you can imagine, but their customer service leaves room to be desired. They really do not want to refund your money--even if the product is faulty.

These staff that work her are spool nice and friendly. They have a wide variety of colors for hair. Ill always ship here.

I went to to other stores this morning and was recommended to come to this store by one of the employees of 1 of the stores I went to this morning. I live out of town in North Carolina so Im just used to a different quality and array of choices as far as hair goes and the others didnt live up to what I felt they should have and this 1 definitely sets the bar for Richmond hair stores the employees were so nice to not only me but my son is well and very helpful. Anytime Im in Richmond I will definitely shop with this location. Keep up the great work and the amazing customer service it is unlike any other store I have been to here. Love this place

They can be very rude. A young lady walked in wanting to buy more hair and had one pack of hair in a bag she had bought this morning. . She had just realized she left her receipt at home and gave the bag to the older lady at the counter; proceeded to buy an extra pack of hair she needed to finish her hair. You could tell on the look on her face that she was Agitated ( employee) and lifted up the hair and bag causing a scene. This isn’t the first time I’ve scene her act like this. I’m done with this store. Poor customer service.

Hair heaven! I was blown away as soon as I stepped foot in the door! They have sooo many assortments of hair you can choose from from colors to wigs/wefts accessories/ products. The employees were very helpful, patient and kind which separates them from many beauty supply stores. I definitely would recommend and this is my only place I will be purchasing hair products from for the future !
