I’m from New York. I stayed in Virginia due to Covid and injury these long months. Fred in the pharmacy is the most helpful person I’ve dealt with helping me get my medication transferred down here. He knows you by name. If you’re lucky enough to have Fred helping you? You’re in good hands. Being great at what one does? Fred.

Fast check out and the pharmacy employees are the best. They are friendly and they are able to answer questions accurately

I want to thank Kelley Bishop and Fred Smith for all their help in getting done we we needed done and making the experience so much fun they went far and beyond what they had to do for my husband and myself and it is greatly appreciated.

I would not recommend going here for pharmacy needs. I had an appt and waited 35 minutes before deciding to leave. Customers were coming in complaining about wait times for drive thru. Pharmacy area was crowded with coughing guests that were unmasked. Three different employees were trying to help me and misplaced my insurance card in the confusion. Very unorganized! I would have a better understanding and patience if I didnt have a pre-set appointment and / or if they were under-staffed but neither of those were the case.

Don’t get your prescription filled here. “Just give us a few minutes to fill the prescription!” somehow translates to “When you arrive two hours later we’ll let you know that the prescription is out of stock. We’ll call a nearby Walgreen’s for you but go ahead and drive back around the loop and wait behind the 5 cars sitting there.”Pharmacists are the last people that should be incompetent. Same goes for their assistants.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly. They never fail to make customers fell very welcome. Very happy with this store visit and will probably come back!

I am very supportive of employers hiring individuals who might have developmental differences, however I have had a few negative experiences with these associates working alone at night.In one instance, I watched as a customer obviously shoplifting and the associate just watched her leave. In another, I was purchasing pads for my wife and the associate said gross. Lastly, tonight, I was asked to provide ID to purchase nicotine gum - which is the law and I have no problem with that. But I couldnt find my wallet initially and was going to have my wife complete the purchase, the associate was going to refuse that - even though we are both well over 18 and she had her drivers license, making the transaction legal. Alone at night may not be the best time for these associates to be working.I also spent several minutes waiting at the drive through before realizing that nobody was going to assist me. I walked in to see someone else waiting at the window, again nobody was assisting them. I pointed this out to the staff, an associate asked who was working the window, and then that customer was completely ignored. They were still waiting as I pulled away.The pharmacy staff is very polite and generally efficient, however there appear to be some staffing and training issues at this location.

I would like to thank Anesa at this location for her professionalism and courtesy. I ordered 2 canvases at another location, to wake up to a cancellation email and request to place the order at another location. Okay, did that! I went to pick up these canvases after the pickup time I selected online. When I got there, the order had not even been started. Anesa called another lady over, Im assuming her manager, who, instead of apologizing and seeing what she could do make this right, instead did the complete opposite. I kept my composure but it reached the point to where I had to ask if she had an attitude with me. Anesa apologized, called me when my order was completed and applied a discount for the issue. That other lady needs to take some notes from Anesa. Anesa gets 5 stars on her own

Store is fine. Selection is standard. Since changing the pharmacy hours, its certainly not as useful a spot as it once was. Additionally, the new closure at midnight means that the closest 24 hour pharmacy is 25 minutes away. (There are, I believe, other closer locations but that is the closest Walgreens that is endorsed.)

This review pertains to the pharmacy only. Service was friendly and fast, and the pharmacists gave us some helpful tips. Store overall was very clean.Best part is that the pharmacy is open late on Sunday!

This location has really gone downhill. They used to be 24 hours, both the pharmacy and the store, they also used to be well stocked. Theres a good chance they wont have the medicine for your prescription in stock. Ive had to transfer things to CVS and Walmart because they were out of stock.

Pleasant employees. Can get in and out fairly quickly.
