Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. The service is always excellent and they provide a video walkthrough of what’s being performed on the vehicle. I really appreciate the complimentary car wash and interior floor mat cleaning they do at every service.The only small downside for me is that there are no outlets in the lounge area. You have to go to a narrow high top in the middle of the showroom by the cars to plug-in.

There was no pressure from the salesperson. He was great throughout and offered his help with tech details in the future should I need it. I found my car, drove it, liked it and when it was time to purchase it they had everything ready for me. I have been a long time customer at Audi Mpls owning 3 Audi A8Ls over the years. Since it’s change in ownership I have found their customer service lacking, from charging for loaner cars to telling me they did not have parts to do the urgent recall I was receiving frequent notices to have done ( and to call back from time to time to see when they might have the parts). Thus I decided to try Audi Richfield who immediately scheduled the recall service, got it done in about 1 hour as promised and also have free loaners if needed. So despite the long drive compared to Audi MpLs they will probably be my go to dealer in the future.

Audi Richfield was awesome! Specifically Brian on the service team! Recently had the need to get a windshield replacement for my Q8. The auto glass company said they needed the dealer to do the calibration. On the day of the install, the auto glass company experienced some challenges and decided to cancel the install. I called Audi Richfield and talked to Brian. He listened to the situation and asked if he could make some calls and call me back. Not sure what he did but when he called me back everything was back on track. He proceeded to call with updates and ensured we had the car back so we could go out of town for the holiday weekend on schedule.Brian was great!

The experience was excellent but marred by salesman not setting up car properly and blaming the satellite instead of his inexperience. On the other hand, he came out to the house to pair the home link and went back several times to get items we left in our trade in. He was friendly and tried to help but needs more training and did not do a thorough job in explaining the functions of the car,telling me to come back after a week for more help. The sales manager was excellent and helpful and got me an experienced salesperson who did a wonderful job in explaining the car’s functionality and setting up the car properly.Everyone at the dealership was friendly and it was clean and well designed. The negotiation process was fair and low pressure and the car was delivered quickly and well detailed and clean. Overall, I would recommend this dealership.I think they try to treat the customer fairly and with respect. I do think they should train their sales personnel better or have a technology specialist.

I wanted to be impressed but not. Dropped my car off at 10am Thursday had to call mid afternoon for status. Rec’d a callback at 4 “they were starting it, soon it was evening 7pm and nothing! Called noon the next day and was found to be in a pile of call backs. Finally 3:30 it was done - maintenance and a fix. Was told I got the new guy and it was his fault. An apology, but with dealer prices I thought a discount (even small) would have been appropriate and mitigated this review.

We had a great experience. Taylor and Kara were easy to work with no hard sells. Super nice and friendly. Good amount of inventory to see.

I went into the service center on august 24th for the 3-year/30k mile maintenance and they were able to get that done. I came back the next day to pick my car up and ended up see what seemed like a scratch on the chrome trim (see first picture below). I alerted the workers and they said they would take it to the back and see if they could buff it out. Apparently the scratch was some sap or adhesive and they were able to get that out, but upon returning the car I saw another scratch that was not there when i took the first picture (see second picture). I alerted them again and they sent me to an audi certified repair shop to get it figured out.It is now august 26th. I go to the the repair shop and the guy immediately tells me that the damage is not something he can buff out. He tries and nothing. I now go back to Audi Richfield and tell them what transpired at the shop. The service desk employee goes to the back room to talk to his boss and comes back to tell me that there is nothing that they can do. I told him that it is unacceptable as they were the cause of the damage and that I have pictures to prove it. He tells me I can try to talk to Jim, his boss, so I go back and tell him that it is unacceptable. I then sit down and he says that he feels that it is not his responsibility to fix the scratch. He says the repair would require the rear glass to be removed and that it would cost too much. He also says that it is not his responsibility to repair a $500 dollar trim piece. I disagreed and told him that it most definitely is his responsibility to repair a piece that was scratched while in service and I mention that I have pictures. He repeated himself again and that was when I asked if there was anyone else to talk to. He said no because they are an independent dealer. I then proceeded to leave.I now write this review in hopes to prevent this from happening to another person. I will be reporting this dealer to AofA and will not go back to them for service and I implore you to do the same if you care about the condition of your vehicle.

We had an issue with our 2020 Q5. An AC compressor was squeaking and the heated steering wheel would error and shut off (like it was getting too hot. Leon took great care of us and Taylor (our sales person) made sure to ask us if everything had been good otherwise. You guys have two great employees that handled everything great. (Tech that helped us when I brought the car down was awesome too)

Had me sitting in the dealership for 3 hours, did not negotiate price at all. Knocked my trade in down for issues the car I was purchasing had as well. Found out later in the week they provided the wrong locking lug nut key for the vehicle. I could not remove any wheel. When told about this, they said I could drive the 2 hours to the dealership and buy the lock from them or have them remove the lock. A/C went out in car within 4 weeks of purchase. Emailed dealer, no response. Now the vehicle vibrates heavily when turning left….. purchased vehicle 4 weeks ago…..

SQ8 was ordered & to my surprise arrived 2 months earlier than anticipated!The delivery was great - but within the first 24 hours, found the phone pairing was not working properly, the tire pressures and/or sensors were not set properly, and the seat massaging function was randomly not available without powering down & restarting the vehicle.Visited a dealer in MA and they could not get the phone to pair as advertised either even after deactivating my security software.Planning to visit another dealer on MD to see if they can get the phone paired.
