Thomas was very knowledgeable of their products and services when I asked questions. I was just comparing tire prices but because he was very good and respectful answering my questions, I decided to get my set of tires changed at Good Year instead of my car dealership even if there was only a small amount of difference in price. Place was clean.

I have been using Goodyear for 2 and a half years and always have a very professional timely experience. They treat your car carefully and since I treat them like that, I appreciate the extra precautions they take to ensure your vehicle is the way you bring it in. Seats and steering and floor are always covered and mechanics and service managers are knowledgeable and do a wonderful job! My low tire gauge light came on in my Toyota Corolla. I checked the air pressure in all 4 tires and they tested at level they were suppose to be. Goodyear had fixed one of the tires and replaced my low tire sensor back in Aug 2021. I took it in today and they checked everything and found that the air pressures were fine but the new sensor needed to be reprogrammed which was what was causing the light to come one. I was not charged for the reprogramming or the time they spent to diagnosis and fix the problem. Highly recommend this Goodyear store! If I could give them a 6 star rating I would.

Best Goodyear Ive been to and always my first pick for auto service. Everything Ive been their theyve always gone the extra mile for me. Last time I went two mechanics were willing to stay afternoon replace my breaks. Thanks guys.

I set up online appointment to fix broken stem valve, I showed 7:45am only to be told we don’t have an appointment for you. If their online appointment system don’t work why would they have it in there. Luckily Tires Plus right across from them was to able to help me.

I bought some tires online from the Goodyear website and scheduled an appt at this location. When I got there they told me that time was already taken and the website isnt fully synced with their schedule. They were very flexible with my schedule and got me a new time. They also went out of their way to make sure my kids had coloring books and crayons while we were waiting

The most affordable and most dependable service around I had the best help from everyone from the phone operator who went above and beyond to help me connect with everyone to fix my flat to the mechanics who looked into everything my car need to the person over the counter who welcomed me very well 100/100 if you want good service and honesty go to Goodyear

We have bought all our tires at this Goodyear for years and for several cars. We always get the warranty and have had nothing but wonderful service. I was there today for the second time in a couple of weeks. We get the same timely, respectful, quality service whether the work is under warranty or a paid service. Very good customer service by the folks who work here. I had a flat tire on Sunday. Since the place was closed on Sunday I left it overnight in their parking lot and left a voicemail. Next day the service managers reached out and called me first thing and said they could get me in that day! Fantastic! I got the repair done with multi-point inspection and got all the recommended fixes done. It took a little while for the repairs to be done (5 hours). BUT the managers waited after hours just so I could pick up the car. Absolutely fantastic cuatomer service.

My car battery died while I was on lunch break and I was in full panic. I was lucky enough to have someone jump my car so I could get to the local Goodyear in Edina, off 66th Street. Having only an hour break, I was very crunched for time and they got me in right away to get my car looked at. They gave me an estimate and a time that it would be done. When I got off work at 4, it was already done and the estimate they had given me was exactly right. I really appreciate the service I got from all the gentleman at Goodyear. Thank you for getting me in on such short notice and making this annoying situation much easier!!

Had a routine oil change today. Kent, always dose a great job of getting it handled well and in a timely fashion. They always prioritize safety and urgent concerns well and do an excellent job of listening to my needs and concerns. I always brought my company car to Goodyear. We have been bringing our 2 personal cars to Goodyear in Richfield for many years and will take them nowhere else.

I brought my Honda Civic 2012 in for an inspection for Lyft. First off thank you for the honest. I had a bad TPMS sensor and didnt even think about it before the inspection but it makes sense that these would mean an automatic fail. Goodyear fixed this at an alright price and made sure that was the only issue I had with my car. Goodyear also aligned my car for free to do this sensor replacement. Thank you!

Just waited one hour for my tire to be checked for a leak due to low air. Came back saying all was fine and would bring the car around 10-15mins later. Shop was EMPTY. No urgency from staff whatsoever.

OMG check this place out. If you are looking for honest quality work and with great customer service look no far. I was working in the area and found them. I was treated like a VIP work done timely. There hours are great. Someone even called me two days later to thank me for the business. I live 27 miles away but will drive for this kind of people who know great customer service. They also don’t pressure you to getting anything done. Take your car here you will be glad. Waiting areas clean enough space to work and there is a coffee maker what more can you ask.

Excellent customer service! I was having issues with trying to use my new Goodyear credit card to make my tire purchase online for a promo offer. In store they were able to work it all out and install my tires that afternoon in about an hour on a week day. They did try to up sell on some items (happens everywhere) which I declined and feel they were being honest in whether I really needed it or not given my driving habits. Filled out the rebate offer online that day and already received my rebate in the mail in about a week and a half. Impressed! The all weather tires are handling great so far too, the real test will be this winter though!

Rudest automotive repair I’ve ever been to in Richfield don’t waste your time especially Lyft/Uber inspections. It’s less than a 20 minute check to your car. Bobby and Steve’s in Bloomington is the place to go if you are a fellow UBER DRIVER.This occurred 6.30.20 after COVID Stage 3 reopening- resettling back into societal activities, trying to assume regular sleep patterns and schedules for the family. I made an appointment and missed the appointment. I called in rescheduled on for this week, missed that one too. I walked in today to apologize for missing my appointments and ask if I can have another one appointment prepared to leave my car on the lot. One of the fellows was happy to find an appointment for me the another says as he walks away from the counter “are you going to be here?” I had no I idea he was speaking to me I looked at him and asked him if he was speaking to me as he repeated the question. We exchange words where I remind him I came in and apologized I said I over slept. His response was “well you used that excuse before!” I am a woman, and a person of color so first of all how dare you even speak to me in such a tone! Would you have dare struck the same tone for your other Edina patrons, NO! It never happens I witness this sort of BS behavior time and time again. Our final exchange was “do you want the business or not, you don’t have to take the appointment?” Then he says I don’t want to get into a big debate. Too late for that you’ve already insulted me with your comments and since he did not reply I declined the appointment! I took my car to Bobby and Steve’s yes it’s a few dollars more but it’s a dual form AND they were polite, finished the job in twenty 20 without an appointment!

Ive been to this Goodyear several times now and they are always incredibly friendly and accomodating. They are very careful not to spend time or money on issues before calling to explain whats wrong, and they are very up front about their services. I drive a Volvo, which sometimes needs some extra TLC, and theyve been very good about telling me when something is going on that they cannot diagnose, and have even waived fees as a result.

My experiences at Richfield Goodyear are always positive ones! I went in today for a tire change and balance and it was done in a timely and professional manner. I was impressed with their communication and asking if I wanted extras in my service instead of just automatically charging me for them. They noticed my brake pads are wearing down, and gave me a heads up about it without pressuring me to schedule an appointment/use them for the service. Everyone there is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I recently went to this Goodyear for an oil change & the service & staff were excellent!! We scheduled an appointment for 1pm & we were helped immediately upon arrival & my car was done around the estimated time frame they had given me! The staff was super friendly to myself & everyone who walked in. I will definitely be using their services again!

The Gentlemen here are very customer oriented and have a great sense of urgency in regards to the value of time for their customers. I came here to have tires replaced after having ordered the incorrect size tires online. The manager quickly informed me of what I need to do to correct the situation. Knowing that the replacement tires were not in stock, he immediately went to retrieve them from another location while my online order was amended. He returned quickly with the correct tires. The installation was as quick if not faster than competitors. It was plainly obvious that they had my business as a priority and were working to develop further business with me. I will definitely be back!

Kent is great! Very good at explaining what theyre doing. They service what you are asking for, and give recommendations for future work, but they are never pushy. They always honor my coupons and are always very clear about pricing. I enjoy taking my car here!

I sent my daughter-in-law in for a set of tires. I had previously spoken to Kent on the phone to make all the arrangements. She had the tires installed in the time promised but also needed an alignment. They were able to do the alignment same day and she was on her way with only a slight, unexpected delay. Thanks for the help from afar!

Not happy about the service I received. I called to make and appointment and specifically asked if they would remove my tires to do an inspection. I just bought my car and it had maybe 60 miles on it. They said they would not need to remove my tires. WELL they DID remove my tires and my service took much longer. When I asked the manager about it he kept making excuses. How about own up to the fact that your office does not communicate or treat each customer fairly. I just had a coworker go there a few weeks before me with a new car and they did NOT remove her tires. I will never visit this Goodyear again.

Great customer service! Lugnuts and bolts had problems and the manager stayed to make sure everything was in order before he put me on the road. Kids were bored but they helped distract them!Stopped here a month ago and received the same great service for a free valve stem replacement.I have always been a Goodyear fan and always will be! The company runs an ad for a $14.97 oil change, but will never honor it. I called to go down and get an oil change, they tried to up sell me (that doesnt bother me) to synthetic, but they denied having the standard oil that I insisted in.The joke is on them, but because I need 4 new tires on my vehicle, and now because of the bait and switch tactics that they utilize I wont even step foot in their store.The purpose of the ad should be to attract customers to your store, get them in the door, and WOW them with good service so they can become a life long customer. But instead they have deterred a customer away to have their vehicle serviced else ware.

They have always treated me great. I like working with Kent. He is great at working with customers and knows his stuff.

I scheduled an oil change for today @12:00. Got there and was informed they were running 45 minutes late and probably wouldnt be able to even start my car MAYBE at 12:45. The service tech really didnt seem to care. Just shrugged and asked if I wanted to wait. The point of scheduling the appointment was to shorted that wait. Not extend it. Fortunately, Valvoline on Lyndale was just down the road and had me in and out in 15 minutes. Id go there.

I made an appointment for a regular oil change ($22) and when I got there they would not honor unless I upgrade to synthetic ($40). The car has 100,000 miles and over 20 oil changes, no one else refused me a regular oil change on this lousy basis. I will never go to a Goodyear again.

This store used to be very good but not any more.Today i called in to get a quote for spark plug replacement. Kent answered the phone.I was told that it will be $500 + tax and supplies.That will include 2.7 hrs of labor.I asked that usually spark plugs replacement takes 1 hour at max what is about this vehicle that it will take 2.7 hours.Kent responded I am not going to get into those details and if you want me to tell you more you will have to pay for thatThis is not acceptable. Why would I have to pay to know what work would be performed on my vehicle?On another ocasion I took my vehicle which was recently aligned for alignment inspection and to my surprise they told me it required alignment. When i told them i just had alignment done their response was that different alignment machines can have different reading and I dont need alignment. All of a suddent no alignment was required?There has been many other incidents over the past year but I still kept going there but after my todays experience I will not be going there any more.

I brought my little truck here for an inspection. I mainly wanted the brakes inspected as they were acting up. I asked about the brakes, which they said were fine. A few days later, my mechanic had it up in the air to work on the exhaust and noticed the caliper was hung up and there was barely any pad left 😲. I don’t know how that was missed or if I was lied to, but that is a scary thing to overlook.

Needed an oil change in my rental car and there was an issue getting it approved, but they went above and beyond to get it resolved. Very friendly and would definitely recommend!

I purchased brand new wheels and tires and this Goodyear location did the install. I picked it up a couple hours later and the steering wheel was just about shaking out of my hands at 60 mph. I brought it back the next day for them to look at it. The tech came back to tell me that they forgot to balance the tires and it will be done shortly. I understand mistakes happened, but they never apologized for their mistake. Needless to say I brought it back 2 more times because the car was still shaking at 60 mph. I finally talked to the manager and his words were some cars just cant be balanced and you will just have to deal with it. I ended up brining my car to the Shakopee Goodyear and they had my car for an hour and it runs perfectly smooth now. If you want good service and no BS bring your car to the Shakopee Goodyear and ask for Keith.

Went to get a flat tire fixed. They told me that it was a bad bead and they scrubbed It up and resealed it for free. I put the tire back on the car and the next day it lost some air so I filled it up to fourth pounds. The next day at my sisters house it lost air and had to take it somewhere else. That place found a pinhole leak that Goodyear didnt bother checking for.

Didnt have the right time pressure programming tool, and didnt tell me until an hour later - and still charged for the sensor. Not a normal experience with an otherwise excellent company.

We bought a used car from dealer and were told that we can return the car within 5 days if anything was wrong. We visited this place to get our car inspected. There is no charge for Car inspection. They gave us true report and us the struts are leaking. This helped us to reach to ur dealer and get it fixed.

Sad to say every time I have called they always say HOW CAN I GET YOUR BUSINESS. Yet they are outrageously priced for everything. And they never have time for same day anything. Officially done with this place. To top it off I live less than a block away

I called them to confirm if they can flush the transmission fluid on my Lincoln. After confirmation they set up an appointment for me at 2pm. I got there at 130pm, they took the key and told me to wait after two hours they came to me and told me that they are unable to flush the transmission fluid. They wasted my three hours including commute time ⌚. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I am not going back to this store.
