Clean and the salesman, Glenn was awesome. They could have done a better job cleaning my vehicle being that it was straight out of the showroom they missed quite a bit. The seats were dusty.

I just can’t recommend service from here. It was difficult getting someone to tell me when I could pick up my car and they were rude about it. I asked because the last time I was in for service they ended up not completing on time and had to keep it for 2 additional days. I just wanted to know so I could plan it in my work schedule. To top that all off, they didn’t wash the car after a major service. Never has that happened elsewhere. I’d recommend driving to the other Jaguar location for sales or service.

This was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. The entire staff was fantastic, from Jim and Wally on the sales side to Idaliz and Sara on the finance and management side.Both Jim and Wally followed up with me on questions I had and were very attentive. They all made me feel very welcome, didn’t try to oversell anything and treated me like a friend even though I had just met them all. Cole was super informative in explaining the technical function of my new E-Pace which has been an amazing vehicle. He didn’t talk down to me knowing my technical background and broke everything down for me very well as this was the first car I have had an infotainment function in.I would recommend anyone looking for a luxury car from Jaguar or Land Rover to go to this Richfield location as everyone involved was amazing. I was never intimidated or pressured at any time. The entire staff knew what I was looking for and blew me away with kindness and patience at every turn! I can tell that my continued interaction with this staff will be meaningful and very pleasant. High marks as well for Idaliz being an Iowa Hawkeye fan. We have to stick together in Minnesota ;)
From the start of an inquiry to the final drive off the lot, Jaguar Land Rovers customer service far exceeds any competitor. I was looking to buy a used car that was not a jaguar or a land rover. This did not change the service I was given. Jen Edwards was pleasant, patient and thorough when working with me. She took the time to know the bells and whistles of my car so she could show me. Vince was great in finance and even beat my rate from credit union. All in all the best experience in car buying I have had. I will be back again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jim Jensen, Dave Nixon, and Vince Mcdonald when I purchased my car. Jim has a seriously impressive knowledge about Jaguars. He took a great deal of time with me to make sure I not only heard about all of the bells and whistles, but also the great safety features the car had to offer. As a woman, and the car buyer that day, one thing I loved is that instead of defaulting and just talking to my husband, he spoke directly to me about the car. And he made sure he was addressing my questions and my priorities. We visited three other car dealers that day after we met Jim and the customer service we received paled in comparison. Unfortunately it was Jims day off when I went in to purchase the car but Dave was gracious and walked me through my final questions and the sales process. Vince, in finance, did a great job explaining my options and being patient with me while I walked myself through my decision making process. All in all, I cant say enough good things about my experience at this dealership.
Jaguar was overheating, bubbling in the coolant tank and loss of fluid, instead of checking what causes those symptoms first, days later they say your head gaskets are blown. Your bill is $465
Well to be honest with you, the whole experience was something wonderful. I was all set to buy car from someplace else. On my way there I thought I would place a call. Stop by, take a look. Make sure I was doing the right thing. From the moment I got on the phone, until and even after I took delivery. Frankly I was spoiled! Care, patience, treatment, top notch. Coming from me, that is saying something cuz I am demanding. Wally was and from now on is my guy. But I am sure they are all very good. No comparison to the other place I was going to. Do yourself a favor. Be like me take a moment to be spoiled!

Purchased headlight for Jag Type X provided VIN trusted I would receive correct part. Long story short it was the wrong part, was told I could not return. Part was never used. Im out 650 bucks.
From start to finish this is a very efficient shop. Unfortunately I has some issues come up in my maintenance check. Staff explained the issues, showed me in a video of the issues, felt comfortable making the fixes. Just a great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Took my 2019 Range Rover in for a service call. Dave Bukstein helped me. Could not have been more impressed with the service department. This new facility is beautiful and run like a top notch professional business. I got my problem solved and was in and out quickly. The experience was made all the better when compared with the other, non-Morries, Range Rover dealership in Golden Valley!!The new dealership in Richfield also has 100s of new models for saleI had a chance to see the top floor inventory of new vehicles. Having access to see hundreds of vehicles while indoors, away from Minnesota weather, is genius. I will buy my next vehicle from this dealership!

Brought a Audi truck from this dealership after I brought the truck engine light oil light etc.. came on brought the truck back to have it fixed everyone was so mean. At the beginning before I brought the truck everyone was so nice I guess it’s a money thing with this dealership not about the customer 👎🏾
