Middle eastern dude talks on his phone and goes in the back when people walk in to avoid customers late at night. Tells us the store is closed even thought it’s barely midnight and tried to kick people out even though the store is still clearly open. He also doesn’t give back proper change and steals a few bucks off of me when I pay in cash. He’ll also charge you extra if you don’t notice
Negative customer service most of the time…How can you work at 711 in 2021 and not know how to process Apple Pay? And gold isn’t supposed to look dirty and leave green marks around your neck.
Without failure, every time I step up to the register, the guy walks off and does other things. When I try to pay for things, they will cancel the transaction then claim my card isnt working. When I tell them to try again, they get angry. Theyre always rude. One time, I was standing near the register ready to buy and the guy decides that it was the perfect time to start sweeping in front of the front counter then he gestures for me to get out of the way like Im a dog. Not putting up with this anymore. John is the only nice guy there but it isnt worth the trouble of dealing with his two nasty coworkers. Im done with this 7/11.
Please be aware of the amount you are being charged when you are visiting this location. A middle eastern individual working at the cash register, Tuesday night at approximately 11:50 PM, attempted to purchase a $4 lottery ticket for himself on my behalf. This is not the first time he has done this, nor the last, so please be aware.
Used to love this 7-11 until one of the employees started charging us for things we didn’t buy. Didn’t realize till we got home because that doesn’t usually happen, then when we tried to call multiple times no one picks up the phone . John is really nice though (tall white guy )
John is single-handedly the best employee I have ever met in my entire life. He is delightful and he has been working here for 7 YEARS. He deserves a raise and frankly, he deserves to be the Assistant Manager AT LEAST.
John is the nicest employee ive ever experienced at any store in my life. He works harder than any man ive ever met and travels 6 out of 7 days a week quit a ways to get there he deserves higher compensation for his hard work and perseverance. 5 stars from me forever.
Out of product I was shopping for.
Located within walking distance from my home it is very convenient
There can be lines during busy hours but the staff work had to try to minimize the wait.
