I recently bought a pickup from Baxter, and unfortunately there is a good chance it will be the last vehicle that I buy from Baxter. Their inventory is great and I found a pickup I love, but it came with a lot of problems. My sales rep, Ryan Garcia, assured me several times that the pickup was inspected from bumper to bumper, but I have had it for about 3 months now and it is currently in the shop for the second time. The first time it was a minor issue and was in and out in a day and it was no big deal. But now the check engine light has came on and Ive found out that the second cylinder hasnt been firing. However, the service team has been absolutely amazing and is the only reason I would consider going to Baxter to look at a new vehicle down the road.

Mario Overstreet was absolutely fantastic. Found the most amazing car in literally seconds, the first car he showed me was the one we bought. I test drove the car AND started paperwork well within 30-45 minutes. Mario was so kind, such a genuine person, and just felt great to work with. So after coming to a agreement with the rebate and or trade in. It wasn’t until a month later we discovered on the paperwork they never added the full rebate so we ended up paying more for the truck then we should have. Now that is incredibly shady it’s partly my fault for not looking over the paperwork like I should have but shame on they for taking advantage of that. I walked away feeling I got a good deal but turns out that wasn’t the case. I would recommend staying away from this dealbreaker and Baxter as a whole.Matt

My wife and I went to look at an orange Jeep Wrangler. That wrangler had been sold that day. Daniel Joseph was our sales guy and understood I wanted a no BS buying experience. I didn’t want to waste my time haggling on a 4 door Jeep Wrangler my wife took a liking to on the lot. Daniel was respectful that I am an experienced buyer and I’ve seen it all from sales techniques like “you’re from Albuquerque? My favorite uncle lives in Albuquerque” and so forth. We drove out happy with a black wrangler and they gave us a fair deal on our trade. The only snag was that we financed the sales tax into our loan to get a check cut to register the jeep. The check took 3 weeks- cutting it a little close to meet the 30 day registration requirement. When we bought our last vehicle we had the sales tax check for registration within a week at another dealership. All issues were addressed and taken care of and I’m satisfied with our transaction. I’m sure we will buy another vehicle at Baxter in the future. They exceeded our expectations in customer service excellence.

On Monday I brought my car in to the Baxter Service Department to get an oil change. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I was able to get a lot done for a very low price! I had an overall seamless experience with Baxter and felt genuine honesty from my sales rep, Matt Bornemeier. He brought the first vehicle I was looking at to my residence to test drive and worked with me in finding the vehicle I wanted. I felt heard and that my business and my experience was truly important. My only grievance was that closing took 3-4 hours, but in the end I got the vehicle I wanted and at the rate I desired.

Edit:After a conversation with the customer relations manager they have expressed their apologies and have help rectify the issues I had with them.As I have mentioned with the customer relations manager, I am sure it was not intentional that this issue had arose. But they were willing to help make it better and for that I appreciate it.Before:Be very specific in what you say and verify what you hear.I walk in with a broken window regulator and dip stick, and needed oil change.At the very beginning I had mentioned that the plastic guides were broken on the regulator. I thought I was told that the overall cost would be around $145.The $145 is their base fee for any diagnosis, for any light indicator or mechanical issue. Keep that in mind if you go visit. I will never visit again.When I received the estimated cost of the dip stick, it was initially $50 which after calling to question about it was reduced to $24.The quoted price for a window regulator for a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica was $450+ which I thought was outlandishly high. From my understanding of the quote that is with labor but still.You can go on Amazon or other part stores and find them for around $50 with the motor. When I mentioned this to the service representative, he scoffed and said “well it sounds like you found what you’re looking for.” And he proceeded to say “If you can find a $50 window regulator, good luck.”These comments will be the reason I will never return for any kind of business. It is not worth conducting business with people who undermine your intelligence.I begrudgingly payed the $145 diagnosis fee as it was not worth arguing with a service representative that already thought I was lying. Especially because it was the largest item of my bill.It has solidified my opinion that I will have to do everything myself from now on. Which I should have from the beginning.I hope that other people are not subjected to such treatment. Which I think they will if they project confidence and be explicit about what they want done.If I could this would be a 0 star review.

I was disappointed after an appointment for several weeks far away to do some important maintenance, which is supposed to be covered by the basic warranty. After the car stayed for two days, nothing happened, it just wasted time !!! There is a customer service person who must be trained to learn how to speak and work with customers, as well as respecting appointments and time. I would not recommend going to this branch again. Look for a second branch that might be better.

We stopped in to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. Jerry Afuh was the sales person that helped us. Jerry is a very down to earth guy and he was very helpful with our needs. He was very professional and extra polite.Also fun to deal with and has a good sense of humor. I called Jerry quite a few time’s he always answer my questions and we had some good laughs. About a week later I reached out again, and he was able to again send me what they had available on their lot, and told me if I had any questions not to hesitate. I bought my new Jeep here not to long ago. I have never owned a Jeep but every question I could think of was answered by KYLE in sales! He was outstanding with his knowledge about Jeeps and was also an outstanding salesmen. We went to Baxter a few times and the first time we told Kyle, we are just looking for now and want to buy alittle later. He was totally cool with it and didnt push us or anything! I told Kyle want I was looking for and he showed me a few Jeeps and watched out for exactly what I wanted. My husband mentioned something about looking somewhere else and I told him I really dont want to, Kyle has been so great and helpful, I know he will find something I truly want. After a couple weeks we found what exactly what I wanted and I have been happy ever since! Was received punctually at my scheduled time. I was hoping that the service I requested to be done on my truck would start shortly after dropping off my truck. I received a phone call later in the afternoon regarding extra services that was potentially needed. I was puzzled why the scheduled work wasn’t done first and then the multi point inspection conducted? My truck would have been completed the same day instead of being kept overnight.

This is the first time Ive ever leased a vehicle and I brought it in for an oil change and have nothing but amazing service and kindness from the amazing staff here at Baxter! Ive never been happier to bring my vehicle to any shop lol, thanks again

I put four stars instead of five because going to a car dealership is among my least favorite of life’s activities.Then I changed it back to five, because that was the shortest time I’d ever spent at a dealership!Kyle H (Sales) had already printed me a sheet with the price we agreed on; we walked in—my wife & I, took a test ride, handed the paper to the finance guy and said can we leave now?We initialed the ten sheets of paper saying no to extra warranties, and left ten minutes later in our new car!I would recommend to a friend shopping online here, & getting a repeat of my experience!PS six months later I got my first oil change/tire rotation, and the customer service level was up to par.
