Love this location. Impeccable pharmacy staff that makes you feel valued as a customer with their excellent attention to detail. Surprised by the reviews from people saying they had a bad experience..because I never have. They’re always awesome in my opinion. Highly recommend. (Jean, Mina, and Lady are so helpful and seriously the best!).
Items are VERY overpriced but location is good if you live in RTC and dont feel like driving. You can cut your expenses 30-50% by going to Target. Outside of milk is always dirty with white crust and black skid marks. Receipts are extremely long with lots of low-value coupons that all expire in 1 week. General store and pharmacy employees are nice.
There is an employee there named Dan (Skinny kid stylish short haircut worked as a night closer up front) he is was EXTREMELY rude to me and other customers as we were trying to get items right before close. Dan clearly was frustrated that customers were in there while he was trying to close and he made it known by his tone and rude comments and from what I was told by the store supervisor this wasnt the first time hes been called out for his rude behavior. I hope someone in upper management has a talk with him about proper Customer Service because he was ridiculous!
Staff has an attitude and kept harassing people In The store . Place is disorganized. Don’t waste your time here.
The guy at the register seemed to have had an attitude when I asked him if there was a working restroom in the back that I could use. The public one was out of order. He rolled his eyes and shook his head. His mask was worn over his chin instead of his face as well. Definitely not visiting here again.
Pharmacist here is kind of sketchy... Ive never had a problem with my RX in the past but experienced some strange complications after getting them from here. A drug being blended properly is totally dependent on the pharmacist who fills it... so if the composition is off in even the slightest manner, your body may respond differently. Be careful
If you have a specialist medication, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I do not know about other CVS pharmacies, but this one is notorious for not keeping my medication in stock. Even when you call days in advance to request a refill by a certain date, they may not have it in stock for you. Case in point: I am leaving on a two and half week vacation. I called the pharmacy DAYS before I left to explain I needed an early refill, because of my vacation. They said they could not submit the refill until the day before I left, as the request was too soon. So I called back the day before I leave as they told me to do. The guy working that day said they were not able to fill my prescription, as they did not have enough in stock. He said they would have to send it to another store, and that because it was a controlled medication, I would not be able to transfer it back for the remainder of my refills. I do not have a car. This location is a 10 minute walk for me. The new location is a 45 minute walk! This is not the first time they have done this, either. Most of the staff are nice enough, but for the hassle to get my medication, not worth it. Go somewhere else.
Incredibly rude and idiotic pharmacy associates working here. How has no one from CVS corporate stepped in to fix this situation yet? I was actually just hung up on after an associate failed to fully assist me when I was trying to get a very important medication filled. I feel very nervous and incredibly uncomfortable having such incompetent people handing my medications and will not be returning.
Today I visited Reston town center branch for prescription pick up. Made me wait for an hour because of inefficient pharmacy associates. At 3PM finally got hold of prescription, which was sent at 9AM in the morning and after multiple calls, waiting in store for an hour. Ill never choose or let my family choose CVS for filling prescription ever after. The store did not have adequate man power for the volume of prescription they deal with. This store is really poorly managed.
Its an ok location. Large for the location, but typical CVS prices and inventory. Some good beers (lots of Flying Dog). The pharmacy is hit or miss - one of the guys who handles the phone isnt the best to deal with, but overall this CVS gets the job done. Really really really bad cell signal inside the entire store, at least on T-Mobile, which frequently causes issues if you need to look something up for the pharmacist.
Large store with attentive sales people and pharmacists. I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes at the pharmacy.
The pharmacy tech who answered the line was extremely rude, ending up hanging up on me while I was asking what else she could do regarding refilling my prescription.
Nice addition to the town center for those who live, nice to have convenience store to walk in and pick up small convinces. If driving limited parking so probably better to head to the CVS in Plaza America
The only place to get quick groceries downtown Reston, and the store is surprisingly large given its prime location.
Waited in line to find out the buy on for equal or lesser value only applied to the same item, not a similar item with the same tag on the same shelf. Typical CVS experience.
Convenient location but extremely slow in the pharmacy. The experience is similar to renting a car (why 1,000 key strokes?!)!
Great location But you Must pay to PARK.
I found what I was looking for and the pharmacist was very helpful explaining to me what were my best options.
Pharmacist was extremely rude. Was a female, and would not give me her name when I asked. Was trying to fill a medication that only this CVS had in stock, its a med I need to take daily to survive. I was filling the medication 2 days prior to 30 days and she stated she could not full until the 30 days was up. Unfortunately I have a trip to London tomorrow and didnt want to risk filling the prescription at an oversees pharmacy. If the doctor did not want me to have the meds, then they wouldnt have written the prescription in the first place!!! Shame on you for making me feel like a criminal and not doing ANYTHING to try and rectify the situation. I will never again go to a CVS and will do everything possible to deter anyone else from visiting there stores as well.
Pharmacist and their pharmacy staff are extremely rude and not helpful at all. Refill is always confusing and I got conflicting answers from staff many times.worst refill experience each time.
It is probably my luck, however, there’s usually one cashier at all times.
Solid all around, pharmacists were very nice and understanding of the United States terrible medical/insurance industry.
Good store, helpful people
So glad they brought a CVS to the Town Center for quickie pickups of things like toilet paper etc. that I can walk to.
Well run store
Convenient
