Much better than Sephora inside the mall. The girls, all of them are so nice,so helpful,so knowledgable, plus they always have this sale stand. I always choose going there 😁
I found the sales associates to be rude and acted as if you were a bother to them to. What is it with sephora workers? Love the store, but get some nice helpful women in there.
Mary was my beauty consultants She greeted me right away, in-fact with a compliment I was actually having a pretty bad day, and it really made me feel welcome & brightened up my day. When I go to ULTA the girls always make me feel unwelcome and self conscious, god forbid I have to ask for help, I always feel uneasy when I have to go there. I prefer Sephora any day; I was trying to find a better shade of foundation and Mary helped me right away she even got me hooked on a different and better brand for my skin type. She wanted to show me how it looked on me in the mirror before I made the switch, Mary wanted to make sure I loved the product. She is very knowledgeable of the products too. The other items I needed to buy she went and grabbed them for me, and everything I wanted just so happened to be the last one, we agreed my shopping trip was meant to be. I felt so comfortable and welcome, Mary didnt act like I was putting her out of her way, she was always smiling and so kind. Some people dont realize how important customer service is and how it truly impacts the consumer it really can make or break their day, and in my case Mary helped turn my day around!
This is hard because this location used to be pretty good, but then they got a sales associate that is incredibly rude and should not be in customer service. Stay away from the dark brown haired older-ish lady with a deep smoker like voice!
I love Sephora, but this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone many times and almost every time I go the ladies working are too busy taking inventory or stocking shelves or anything for that matter, to help customers. And when they do ask if you need anything, or you ask them for help, they act rushed and like you’re just a bother to them. The first few times it happened I just brushed it off but it happens almost every single time. Even if all they have to do is check you out, they’re rude and act like you’re bothering them. It doesn’t matter if it’s called mole felt empty except for you, they’re attitudes don’t change. Love Sephora, but this location is terrible
Ive been here many times and its the same everytime. I have NEVER been greeted or or asked if I needed help. Employees always act extremely busy stocking or doing inventory or whatever they are doing. I feel like such a burden when I ask someone to color match me or have another question. I literally have to chase someone down whenever I need anything. Also the last time I was in everyone was getting free samples except me? I spent more than anyone else before me so I know that wasnt the issue. I even saw a girl come in who didnt purchase anything and they gave free samples to her. No special card, code or anything. The only reason I go here is bc its the only sephora near me and sometimes I like to see in person. I buy online whenever possible.
The workers there are so kind and so helpful!
The workers there were rude. Felt as if we were bothering them. I am never buying from Sephora again
Love it
