Best eye exam experience ever! Fit me with multifocal contacts and it is a life changing experience. This is the first time I have worn contacts in my life. They care and take the time to explain all options to you, train you on how to put them in and take them out. Used to love this place. My family and I have been coming here for years and have spent thousands here. My last visit was a headache with the billing team. We got things solved at the time. Recently I got a bill in the mail stating that I need to pay more money because they forgot to add it to my original invoice that happened 4 months ago!! I asked to speak with a manager and they refused. I asked for the managers name and they refused! What kind of company is this? Not one that has good principles or ethics.

While in for my eye exam the experience was great from start to finish. Greeted warmly, checked in efficiently, saw the doctor on time and had great care. Everything explained without rushing. Selection of frames was extensive and Im looking forward to getting my updated glasses soon. Thanks for everything.

Used to love this place, my daughter and I went for years but was treated poorly and wont return! This office called and wanted to change my appointment time which I agreed to a couple days prior to appt. Day of appointment (during the pandemic too!) snow plow came by and left a huge berm in my driveway. Could not get out. I called and was told I would be required to pay a cancellation fee. I explained had I kept my original time, this wouldnt be an issue but I was treated poorly. I was shocked after so many years of going here that I would be asked to pay a cancellation fee during a pandemic and years largest snow storm. I asked for a manager to call me back and they never did. My daughter and I have since gone to another office where we are treated kindly. Sorry but you lost our business and we wont return. If only a manager would have called me back or the person who does scheduling been understanding. SHEEESH.

This is the best optometrist place I have ever been to. The staff is so nice and helpful. The doctor is also very nice and very knowledgeable. The doctor also addresed all my questions regarding my eye health. Overall, I had such a wonderful experience. All the staff members made me feel comfortable and confident I was getting the best help for my eyes.

I been to a few different Optometry clinics in town and by far this is the best. They where very patient and listened to all my questions and concerns and addressed all of them and made sure I understood everything. Place was very clean and safe. Dr Shane was very thorough and understood my needs. The technology she used for my eye exam is state of the art. My new eye glass prescription is superior over my last Optometrist eye exam.

This was my first visit at this office and it was very nice. The front office staff were fabulous. Dr. Kim was wonderful. Very personable and explained lots. I did not feel rushed. I did have a small issue with the staff who sell the glasses but after I sent a review to the company I was contacted not once but twice by the office manager and Dr. Shane apologizing for the issue. They clearly take customer service to an exceptional level and I highly recommend this office for all your eye needs!

I have had Dr Reed as my optometrist since, I think 2013 or so while she has practiced at this clinic clear back when it was established in Lenscrafters at the Summit. Good service we expect, but great service in my opinion you will always get from Dr Reed and this clinic from the very moment you walk through their doors. This is coming from a yearly client for approximately the past 8 yrs.

This office and staff are great. Dr. Shane is brilliant. The most insightful and patient eye doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. One of the staff, who’s name escapes me at the moment, even went above and beyond by calling Walmart vision and helping me get my glasses corrected with new frames! What a great feeling to realize there are still people out there that genuinely care. They are even open on weekends! I will never go anywhere else.

We scheduled my 6 year old sons very first eye exam and every single staff member was so friendly, kind, and knowledegable. Dr. Shane is a delight to talk to and explained everything to me in depth. I really feel they care very much for their profession and their patients.

All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The Dr. was awesome actually showing me the photos of my eyes and what I was seeing. They were very thorough and they got me in very quickly! Kristi was amazing and very helpful picking out my glasses and what I should get. She was very informative and very sweet! The ladies at reception and greeting you as you came in were great as was the nurse that did all the initial tests! Everyone wore a smile Great customer service by everyone here!!

Although I did not have my eye exam at this office and I just had my prescription filled, I don’t think I will be returning to make further purchases from this office. I was a walk in as I called in earlier that morning and asked if I would need an appointment or not to purchase glasses and I was told I did not. This was my first time with a glasses prescription and was rather nervous and unsure about what I was doing and was looking forward to a friendly and helpful experience which I do not feel like I got here. The girl who was “helping” me did very little of the sort, and kinda just sat back with little to no input and I kinda just panicked and picked her first pair that kind of felt like they didn’t look terrible. I was a walk-in and was definitely treated as that and not so much as a customer. I did give them my money as did my insurance, so I would have hoped for a better experience. However when I did pick up my glasses the lady who helped me then was definitely more friendly, but I tried to not stick around for too long as my initial time being in there was lackluster and left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall the product I purchased is nice, the glasses wouldn’t have been my first choice had I felt like I had more time, but I’m not unhappy with them. I won’t be continuing my business here, but perhaps if you are more than just a customer and a patient of their office they will treat you with more patience and overall kindness.

I appreciated the explanation of the tests, and the alcohol wipe of the equipment prior to the test.I was fortunate to get to see Dr. Heidi Kim. She immediately put me at ease with her introduction and innate kindness. Dr Kim explained everything as the exam proceed, and thats important to most patients to help us understand eye health. Dr. Kim made sure my chin was comfortable on the machines and they were at the proper height. She is very easy to talk to, and thoroughly and completely answered my questions. She was never rushed, and I appreciated her time.When the testing results were complete, Dr. Kim fully explained the results.Much respect to Dr. Kim. She is so smart! From beginning to end, our experience was wonderful! The office itself was beautiful, all staff was very friendly, and Dr. Kim was great! They were quick to get me in as a walk-in. They looked up my insurance before I even got here to speed up my appointment. My appointment was fast and she noticed the problem I was mentioning having had with my previous eye doctor. And the sales people for the glasses were great! I had everything done from appointment to purchase in less than 2hours as a new client! It was pain-free, plus I got my glasses in within 4days(one being a holiday)! fast, effective, and genuine. I recommend this to everyone!

Dr Reed is the absolute best eye doctor Ive ever seen (and Ive been to many). I just love her personality, but aside from that, she has fixed every eye complaint Ive had when many doctors couldnt. She didnt feel comfortable with the results she was getting one day so she asked me to come back the next day and gave me a whole new examination for free just to get a sure reading. I was nervous about going in as it was the first time I wouldnt be seeing my doctor that Ive been going to my whole life. But my insurance changed and I had no choice to put it off any longer when my glasses broke beyond repair, and I knew that my prescription had changed.There was no need to be nervous. The staff was very kind and inviting. Answered all questions and was never far if I needed anything. Even if it was just an opinion on frames. The exam was quick, easy, and thorough. The tech who took me back was very kind and the doctor was amazing. I felt completely at ease.I highly recommend this this office!

Dr. Shane was, as always, thoroughly prepared for my visit (she had read everything in my file/chart previously), took as much time as necessary to explain everything and answer all of my questions, has all of the latest and most up-to-date equipment, and is the consummate professional. I couldnt be happier with her service, and that includes all of her staff too.

The doctor was super nice.I listened to their spill about lens upgrades. I work In front of a computer all day and my lens I had stayed smudge. I let them sell me some high priced lens that are supposed to be blue tinted to help with the blue light from computers and also smudges. They don’t. I went back in to explain that the extra money I paid for this services and to help my issues wasn’t working. There was no difference from my regular lens. Since the script on my glasses is fine they won’t do anything. I don’t mind paying a high price when what was sold to me and promised works, this doesn’t. I now know it was just about the up sell and to make more $$ off me. Not to actually help me. I will not be back. This was not my first time using them, I was a customer when they were part of Lens Crafters.Edit: after speaking with Dr Shane herself, I’m very pleased with the offer she gave me and how we can fix the issues I have.

Dr. Reed herself was absolutely phenomenal - charismatic, insightful, took the time to explain things in an easy-to-understand manner. However, after my pre-test, I was seen by the doctor 37 minutes late of my scheduled appointment. Dr. Shane called personally to ask about the experience and that’s an extremely appreciated move. Very high-character personnel and will be back next year.

Dont waste your time setting up an appointment. I set my appointment a year ago. When I came in fie my appointment, I was told its only a tenative appointment and that I wont be seen today. Absolutely no respect or regard for peoples time.

Ive been a loyal customer of Lens Crafters as long as I can remember and up until recently would have recommended them. After my latest experiences, my opinion has completely changed. I have been in for a refraction (charged and sent to specialists) 3 times now. Each time is scheduled by the Dr. then half way through my refraction, the Dr. stops and says Lets just wait. I finally have the approval to complete my refraction from the specialists and the Dr. at this location is going to charge me again- for a service I have paid for previously and never received. They have already billed my insurance and stated they would notate that Ive already paid.... so why am I being charged again? I will NEVER use this office again and will be contacting my insurance about this Dr billing for services that have yet to be completed.

Eye doctors are great. Dont get me wrong. You will pay double for your eyeglasses even with a so called 40 percent off. Was charged 700 for a pair of glasses when I could of got the same exact thing for 392.00 somewhere else. Their regular price was 700.00. Discount of 40 percent ehen their glasses are 40% higher than competitors. Update 2/4. I asked them to mail my glasses and I would pay for shipping. Its a 2 1/2 hour drive for me. They refuse to send my glasse and refuse to give me a refund. They are uncooperative and making everything difficult. I dont know ehat their problem is.
