I brought a used Nissan Leaf that I was considering purchasing from a private party into the service center to have it looked at and tested before the transaction. The team was professional and friendly and I was very satisfied with their service. They also had coffee, popcorn, and organic gummy bear snacks which was a nice surprise. The digital report for the vehicle was easy to read and much more convenient than a printout. Easy to work with and I will definitely go back if needed.

Nick deserves 10 stars instead of 5!I would like to thank Nick Vosdoganis, the General Manager at United Nissan in Reno! I had some major problems with the replacement of my door actuators. I sat down and wrote out all the details of what happened in his service department, and then I met with Nick in person. He was so quick to apologize and tell me how he would do everything in his power to make me a satisfied customer.First, he ordered and paid for new parts from Infiniti to replace both actuators. Those parts alone were close to $1000. Next, he ordered and paid for the piece of trim that was damaged during the repair. Nick gave me a rental car to use for free while we were waiting for the parts to arrive, so the work could be successfully completed. Nick refunded all the money I had paid including all labor charges. It feels good to know Nick will stand behind his business, so his customers can be satisfied and happy.We need more General Managers like Nick in this world! I really appreciate his honesty and integrity!

I was on a family vacation and experienced something off with my car. Nissan Reno took care of my car swiftly and I was back on the road within the day. They could have held me hostage and found lots of expensive repairs. Instead, they traced the problem to a small relay switch stuck open and promptly repaired it. I was back on the road with my family within the day.Very attentive dealership. Thank you.

I went into Nissan with no idea of what I was looking for exactly. Everyone seemed to be too busy to help. Rachel was my first point of contact and she was wonderful! She offered insight and information to every question I had. I went in to have a check up on my transmission due to it slipping. Turns out, I needed a new transmission. Not only did they help me get the transmission and service scheduled, it was done in such a good time... worked around my schedule... and followed up daily to let me know the progress. Keoni, thank you again for all of the follow up!! I appreciate that you not only did your job to the highest level, you went a step further and that made all of the difference!!! We were hours away from being evacuated from the Dixie fire at Lake in California. We needed our only car to pack up just in case oh, but it was intermittently not starting which was very dangerous for our possible evacuation. Add squeezed Us in and fix the problem in about 20 minutes so I could get back to my home to pack. He was awesome! Add, cant thank you enough for all your help!

Took car in for a scheduled appointment. Asked for a courtesy ride back to my home. Was told to wait in the sitting are for a few minutes until the driver came to get me. 20 mins later I go and ask about the ride and I was told that they dont know what happened to driver and theyll get some one in a few mins. Another 20 mins pass and this time I see the courtesy van leaving. I go out to the front and this time ask someone in the office (wearing a suit) about waiting an hour and no one letting me know whats going on. He apologized and said that hell get someone right away. 5 mins later he finds a driver and Im on my way home. One hour and 10 minutes in total waiting for a ride home after I was told itll be a few minutes. Also, I was told my car will be ready in 2-3 hours. 7 hours later, I called and he said that he tried to call the number and couldnt reach me (thats a lie because I was waiting for his call all day). This is the second time that I have to call because no one call me to let me know that the car is ready. Very frustrating.

Went to go purchase a used 2016 Nissan Rogue. The vehicle was suppose to have remote start already installed, which it did not. Told them it needed to have a trailer hitch because we have a small trailer that we use for hauling garbage, etc, which it did not. Then traded in my car for $2,500 and tried turning around to sell it for $10,000. I contacted the dealership stating that neither were on the vehicle. I was then informed that we would have to pay half to have the remote start installed and pay the full amount of the trailer hitch to have it installed which we did not do because it was too expensive at the time for us. The dealership said we could come over on Feb.17, 2021 to have the remote start installed and to get my old car back for $1,000. Upon arrival no one knew what we were talking about and a few days before arriving at the dealership, the vehicle started making very strange sounds from the engine compartment and even had a video of it. Showed it to the dealership upon arrival and was told they would look at it. After meeting with another sales man at the dealership, we were told we could not buy back my car for the $1,000 as state’s in the text messages but for $2,700 for the amount of the trade in and taxes. We were not able to do that and in the meantime the Rogue was supposedly to have the remote start installed and the engine noise looked at. Shortly after our meeting with said salesman, the remote start would have to wait another 2 weeks because it would have to be done from an outside source because they couldn’t do it and that the vehicle was ready but was given no report of what was suppose to have been fixed on the vehicle. At this point I am beyond frustrated, feel like I’m being highly taken advantage of, and they wanted to get rid of a vehicle which they knew had problems .Consequently, my husband took the vehicle back and said we did not want the vehicle because of the poor treatment we was given and how we were treated like an idiots because we were suppose to take the vehicle and shut up. I was refunded the initial down payment and the return of my vehicle. I will not be returning to this dealership again for another vehicle even if it was my last resort, I would rather walk. Be weary of their tactics to get you into a vehicle you maybe stuck with because they will go back on their word after everything is said and done.

I brought my 2021 Nissan Titan there for a service and when I got it back the alignment/steering wheel is off center. So I schedule an appointment to get it fix. I got an 10am and I cameback 3hours later they didnt even touch or check the car, its still at the same park where I left it and I asked them why isnt done yet? Whats the point of getting an appointment? You guys said the tech is on lunch so the tech was on lunch from 10am to 1pm must be nice. I live an hour away from this place and this is what I get. So disappointed.

I brought my Nissan Rogue in because the check engine light was on. I was told it needs a new fuel pump which is covered by my warranty at 0$.But I was also told I need a new “wiring harness”because the new fuel pump’s connector doesn’t match!? The told me I had to pay $347 for the “wiring harness”. I became suspicious so I asked what the part number was for the “wiring harness”. They couldn’t give me a number because there is no “wiring harness”.But all of sudden they tell me they will fix everything for free!? I called the Nissan dealership in Carson City and they verified there is no “wiring harness” for the fuel pump because the new one plugs right in! I looked at my invoice and there is no mention of a “wiring harness”.I don’t take being ripped off lightly. I guess because I’m 70 years old they thought they could put one over on me. Not today!!I’ll see what the BBB thinks of this!

We got to the dealership bright and early in the morning to get my husband a new vehicle. We were greeted by Danny right away. The process was so easy and mellow with him. We test drove a couple of cars. We traded in our old vehicle and Manuel helped us get great financing and even a longer extended warranty! My wife and I had been to 5 dealerships before coming to Nissan. Upon arrival everything about the process exceeded the previous experiences. When we first walked in Brendan greeted us and offered us something to drink. We were directed to Eric who with the assistance of Brendan helped us take a look at the Nissan Pathfinder. Eric’s extensive knowledge coupled with both of their friendly personalities helped my wife and I feel comfortable. Eric answered all our questions and did an amazing job showing us all of the countless features on the car. The test driving process was next and again it was phenomenal. I asked where we should drive and Eric responded by saying take it home see if it fits in the garage and drive it to work. No other place had made such a practical and thoughtful gesture. Once we returned Eric and Brendan continued to help us through the process. Never did they exhibit unprofessional or pushy behavior. I had a really positive experience on the day of the purchase of my very-first car. Mani answered all my questions. I also got free floor mats because I agreed to switch the color of my car so another buyer could get it. However, buying a car while out-of-state I right away asked if the dealership would be willing to assist me with mailing the registration documents to the DMV. I went to another dealership before and they refused to help me saying Id have to do it myself, which made me not want to go back. And these guys were willing to take care of it, which made me decide to go with them.I called the NJ DMV (where Im a state resident) beforehand to confirm the information I found online that while out-of-state the registration documents could be mailed in by the dealership, and they did. And I provided this guidance to Oscar who along with Mani stayed past the closing to diligently complete all the paperwork. Before I left, Oscar stated that the paperwork will be mailed the following Monday (I was there on Friday night). Yesterday (3 weeks later) I contacted Nissan Reno to get the tracking # of the registration package sent to the NJ DMV (before calling to ask regarding the status) and found out that nothing was sent. I was informed that the dealership could assist me with the required paperwork, but I would need to do in person in the DMV, which was not the conversation I had with Oscar and Mani in Oscars office on the day of the purchase.Very disappointing that I just found out about it. I should have checked on that much earlier, but the dealership team had my full trust that they had that taken care of it, esp because that was my concern that I expressed early on and multiple times that as the first time car buyer buying out of state I would need assistance with mailing the registration package to the NJ DMV, and apparently my concern was ignored. Now it just feels like they just wanted to sell a car and be done with me. And also I have to figure out all the required paperwork myself. Really wished my first-car-buying experience were different :(

We came in with bad credit not expecting much help but we needed a car ASAP. Robert helped us look for all of the put best options. Then Daniel came in gave us an exceptional quote. They worked with us through the whole process. We left with a 2020 Nissan Rouge Sport below our budget. We are so happy. We definitely recommend them!!
