My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a newer corvette. After extensively searching the Carson/Reno area we were able to locate an amazing 2017 Corvette Stingray at Champion Chevrolet. Salesman Mal was polite and attentive and after a test drive we were ready to talk numbers and ended up making a deal. We were given a great trade in price for our current Corvette and was able to make a deal that I was more than satisfied with. The rest of the process went flawless. Robert in the financial department processed our paperwork in record time and the car was ours.James was amazing. He went above and beyond for this deal and even delivered the car to our home after it was fueled and cleaned. Upon delivery, I noticed a small chip on the passenger door that wasnt there when we signed the paperwork. James, without hesitation made arrangements to have the door re-painted at no cost to us. James and the team at Champion Chevrolet made sure we were happy and fully satisfied with our new purchase. Its nice to see a dealership that takes care of their customers even after the deal is done. I highly reccomend Champion Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I was working on the Tesla project and my radiator cracked. Truck was still under warranty and had an extended warranty as well. Warranty not honored. 1188.00 dollars later I had to replace my thermostat in the parking lot of the motel. They didnt think to replace the thermostat when they replaced the radiator. When I contacted them about the thermostat, they gave me the runaround. Travelers beware. I will never forget them.

John in service was awesome. I messed up and thought that my appointment was today and it wasnt for another month however without an issue he dropped everything and got me in and I was done before the end of the day. Finding a new vehicle in 2021 isnt very easy. After an unpleasant experience with another dealership I went to Champion Chevrolet and worked with Johnny and Pete. They were thorough so they could recommend the models that would fit my family and lifestyle. They checked often to see what new vehicles were in transit so I could claim the perfect one for me. When it came time to buy they worked with my busy schedule and had me driving away in my new vehicle in less than a hour so I could keep all my previous appointments. As long as this excellent customer service continues I will never buy anywhere else.

Overall the experience was good. The only ting that I thought was goofy was the service advisor wouldnt look up their own website for the dealer service deals. While this may not be his fault, I feel that as a dealer they should make the process more transparent with the service advisory and customer.

Extremely disappointed in Champion Chevrolet. I Dropped off a vehicle for a warranty repair issue. It has now been over six weeks without a vehicle. They have offered no assistance with arranging alternative transportation. Completely unacceptable service. I understand that supply chain issues are causing problems, but with a warranty issue, you would expect assistance with a rental, or some alternative transportation. Buyer beware.

While the repair that I had done to my car was a little pricey which I figured going in since my car is not made anymore, it was finally done right. The last place I took it to screwed it up! Lesson learned lol. Champion Chevrolet has always been cool with me. I bought my car and my truck there. I would recommend them.

Took my truck in for the recall on the air bags, told me 3-4 hours to have it done, had it completed in an hour and a half, treated respectfully, and courteously.

Josh and Danny. Look if you go to the dealership and want to talk to a sales rep that will be no pressure and honest with you ask for Josh and/or Danny. They both worked incredibly hard and we were both able to get into cars we wanted.We were honest about what we wanted, our payment range, and what we could put down. While yes, they wanted to make a sale, they didnt pressure us into vehicles we didnt want or demand we increase our down to make a more appealing offer for the banks. They took what we said and worked it from there.More so, they went above and beyond. Came in on their days off because it was the only time we could get in. They created a personal relationship with us that made our confidence in our purchases skyrocket.At the end of the day you need to get the right vehicle for you. One thing I will never do again is make a payment on a car I dont love. We both love our vehicles and will be forever grateful to Josh, Danny, and Ryan for getting us into them.

My 2020 Chevy Duramax Diesel Pickup had a couple of little issues, that I brought to the attention of the dealership. When I brought it in for service they were able to take care of everything while I waited. One thing that was corrected needed a part replaced, which I was surprised they had in stock, considering the issues that everyone is having with suppliers and shipping. The Service Manager and Service Writer were very attentive and answered all of my questions. Good job everybody!

He kept all promises, responded quickly to all my questions and just seemed to be able to deliver when other dealerships did (could?) not.Kevin was outstanding in terms of his transparency, integrity and thorough knowledge of our vehicle. He went above and beyond to help us get it registered in a timely manner.We were impressed and pleased by our experience and would put them on the top of our list.

I feel like I was lied to regarding payment of my visit, I was told that the only time I would pay is if there was something actionable on my vehicle that was not covered under warranty, I had to physically come into the dealership to schedule an appointment after being told by both GM corporate and your own operator that I would be called back regarding scheduling an appointment, the technician, by your dealer’s own admission was not knowledgeable at all about my vehicle, took much longer than the estimated time window, and charged me $146 just to tell me that my car doesn’t perform as well when it gets warm, while checking everything else, which wasn’t requested nor required to diagnose a potential charging issue. I don’t need to know the status of my brakes, tire tread depth, suspension status, or anything else to figure out why my vehicle is not charging at it’s rated fast charging speed. Overall, I was treated like I wasn’t valued there and that me coming in was more of a burden to the dealership than you wanting my service. Next time, I’ll just go to Michael Hohl Chevrolet if I need anything done to my vehicle, so thank you for eliminating that choice.

Dropped off truck for work it was supposed to be seen on a Wednesday. Service advisor says due to no techs your truck if your lucky it will be seen this week. I asked to bring it back when it can be seen same day and he couldnt do that. I picked up truck on Friday and when I asked when it will be able to be seen an est of 3 weeks to a month. Thats ridiculous so I wont be bringing it back

I have never had such an AMAZING experience buying a car before. I was traveling from out of town and everyone was so helpful and great. They kept in constant contact with me via the phone and text. Sent me pictures when my car arrived. Called to make sure I didnt need a ride from the airport. When I arrived they were just as excited as I was to get my new car. They immediately helped me with all my questions and tech training. Bill and Mal personally took the time to go over every new feature of my car with me, which was super helpful. Finance was quick and awesome as well. Cory was able to walk me through all the paperwork that I could need to register my car in another state. He pre-filled the forms with me and personally reviewed the checklist so I understood what to do. Everyone has taken the time since I have arrived home to call and check in on me and make sure I dont have any other questions. I really enjoyed working with this dealership. My sister-in-law who came with me thought so much of them as well that she too ended up buying a new truck from the dealership. Chris was amazing to work with. The girl on the phone explained to me that it would take 8 hours to do a oil change and check my recall. So I made arrangements to leave my car while I ran to Vegas for the day. Come to find out it didn’t take 8 hours and Chris got it done in 1 hour. He also made sure I had a ride to the airport with the shuttle they have to offer. I came back after hours and Chris went out of his way to make sure my car was secure and I was able to obtain it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using CHRIS HARDING!

The check In process is horrific. Everyone is scheduled at the same time with the same service provider. Therefore, if you think you are just dropping off your car, forget it. Plan on spending an hour just to drop off a car for an oil change. Go somewhere else cheaper and more reliable.

Had a wonderful experience, this is my second vehicle purchasing thru Champion and my husbands fouth. We went in for a typical service for our 2019 Chevy Silverado and left with a new 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss. Everything went smoothly and all our questions and concerns addressed by Jay our sales consultant, who was awesone, Ali the sales manager who worked hard getting us the best deal, and Cory who tied up the paperwork and finances with ease. We have never had anything but awesome experiences with Champion Chevrolet which is why when we even need our truck service we will drive from Bishop, CA to do so. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will make sure reviews are left where needed. Their sales guy Ali is a very pushy rude individual. We went in with very specific details of what we wanted and got talked into something very opposite. He could tell I was hesitant the whole time but promised and gave me his word that they were good guys and take care of us. As soon as we left we knew we chose the wrong vehicle. Called and were told to come back the following day to talk to them. Once we returned Ali said he could do nothing to help us unless we bought something more expensive. He also refused to let me talk to anyone but him. When I said this isn’t the right vehicle for our family he agreed and I said so you agree that you pushed us into the wrong vehicle he said ya. He was very unhelpful and would not do what was needed to make it right. I will never walk foot on that lot again and will make sure to let anyone know that’s looking for a vehicle to stay away.

Truck has a simple exhaust problem that will require welding to repair. Explained the problem when scheduling the repair. It took 2 weeks for appointment and then 2 more days in the shop before service advisor indicated the repair could not be completed there. Should have been notified of inability to complete the repair much sooner!

My experience was very friendly. I was able to browse before I was asked if I needed anything. Unlike most dealerships I’ve visited in the past the salesman was not pushy or Overaggressive! For me this made the sale an enjoying one.

I spoke with Danny on the phone and he told me “this isn’t one of your boring dealerships” I was very skeptical but went anyway and let me tell you it was the best decision. Last time I bought a car from a dealership down the street they sold me my car and they were done with me. I appreciated him showing me all the cool features and being patient with me. He was funny, the whole team was it made me feel comfortable. Robert in finance is a cool guy too he had me laughing. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Such a great team!

When a truck came in they called me. The process was quick.

Walked from next door where they simply couldn’t make it happen. Walked in and within 5 minutes was on a test drive and minutes later negotiated the best trade in and car price I had seen in Reno or Carson City. Drove home that day with my new 2021 2500HD LTZ.

Jay Fation was a wonderful service person to work with. But I was very dissatisfied with the amount of time it took to get my vehicle repaired. There were apparently problems with securing parts that were needed in a timely fashion. My vehicle was there for 2 1/2 weeks which was a huge inconvenience. The quality of the work done is superb.

Very unpleasant experience. I have bought 3 vehicles from Champion. I take my 2020 silverado in for fluid changes ( all fluids. ) set an appointment for 7am. 1 day plus later the fluids are not changed. Its been there a whole day and more. No other issues just fluid changes. John in the service department is telling me setting appointments really dont matter and dont garuntee a spot in the line up. According to their policey people who buy and own Chevys from them get first priority. Obviously a bunch of fluff. Quick to take your money slow to do any work.Now our work truck is stuck in the shop and we have customers waiting for us and employees not working or being paid because Champion apparently does whatever they want. Absolutely disgusted with the service provided outside of actually buying the truck. Nothing but nightmares everytime Im bring this truck in. Next time Ill be taking my vehicles into jiffy lube at least if you set an appointment a month out they get to it right away.
