Made an appointment at 8am to fix a recall on the car. Guess what, they scheduled a million other people at 8 oclock too and staffed 2 people at the checkin desk. It took them an hour just to check me in. The guy told me that because I wasnt checked in until 9, I have to wait for 5 hours for a teeny-tiny amount of work, because theres lots of people ahead of me. If you cant handle the load, dont schedule my appointment. I didnt create the recall. Im here to fix a mistake you guys messed up in the first place. And the guy wasnt even apologetic at all. He was like, if you dont like it, you can leave. Is this how Subaru service its customers?

1st express service, the experience was excellent in out and well done in a flash. Also advisor was very courteous and new his stuff!!!

The finance office had a lot of conflicting information compared to what the salesman told us. Their service department is also incompetent. Love the car though!

I have found that their service people are very professional and courteous. The have always resolved any problems or issues that I have had.

The people are always friendly but service here is a nightmare. I guess the hope is being friendly will make up for poor service. Appointments are meaningless - they overbook constantly and waiting can mean hours so you cant plan around it. Has happened to me 3 out of 4 appointments made so far. Even if promised a loaner they may or may not have one, so that doesnt work. Id rather go to my own mechanic for maintenance gling forward but I foolishly bought a service plan so for now I am at their mercy. Bottom line is expect a lot of hassle with this place, unless you are retired or do not have a life. Not reccomended

Great sales staff! I drove in from Oregon and they made the new car buying process go smooth and easy. They beat my local dealer by about 6,000, I was so impressed that I decided to make the drive. I was able to get the exact car I wanted and they made it an easy experience! I would definitely recommend.

Made an appointment ahead of time, when I showed up they told me they couldnt service my car. I was informed I talked to the receptionist and that I should have known to ask to talk to a service member instead. They wouldnt even keep my car overnight and work on it the following day. I wont be returning.

Well Im a car broker and everytime I ask them for a car on their website its sold, definitely a great price either there advertising something thats to good to be true or they really have such good prices they sell out fast Not sure

Got an oil change and tire rotation. 3 out of 5 lug nuts on one wheel were finger lose, such that it sounded like the car was falling apart while driving down the road. The rest of the lug nuts were nowhere near torque spec. This negligence could have resulted in serious injury to my wife or myself. Unacceptable.
