I have called every dealer within 200 miles to check on a trailer I was looking for. No one answered the phones, no one called me back or answered my emails except Featherlite Of Reno! This is the 3rd trailer I have purchased and this was the best experience so far by a long shot. They always answer the phones, always answer emails quickly, they dont charge any mark ups and dont raise the price when you go to pick up your trailer like 2 other dealers I have dealt with. Thank you for staying honest and being there with the best customer service and not taking advantage on people :)

Repeat customer, small dealer, they do right by everyone I know. They dont have a ton of inventory on hand but can get you anything. They also have never gouged me on add ons like nose cones on my open deck.

Chris and team went well above and beyond today, making sure i was confident using my new tractor, staying late, and helping with some mechanical issues I had with my own trailer that I was bringing my new Mahindra home on.
