The staff here is absolutely incredible. No matter what house project I bring them they always set me up for success! Nothing in Rapid City even comes close to comparing.

All employees wear masks and it is posted for others to do so. Most customers are compliant; some are not. Because of the excellent customer service and available assistance from sales associates, I continue to visit the store since I can be in and out quickly

Been customer for several years & always appreciated great customer service until today. Went to purchase mulch- loaded cart & drove cart inside garden center where rude young man offered no help other than told me to pay inside store. I replied “ really? I’m to move this cart of 6 bags mulch inside the store? “ he replied “ I don’t know” upset I told him to forget about it & left. My wife was in our parked car outside & saw the young man flip me off! How disrespectful! Cannot believe the lack of service, courtesy, and respect YOUR employee demonstrated! Retrain him or terminate him! He represents YOUR leadership!

Although they did not have any plexiglass currently available due to the recent violent hail storms my experience was enjoy able. The person who was helping me was very personable but professional.

Great hardware store with a surprising selection of what seems like everything, complete with friendly and helpful staff. They also offer discounts for customer loyalty and host specials for those in their loyalty program (bonus coupon for your birthday too). One thing that completely surprised me about this place is that theres a home brewing section tucked away in the back. It has everything you need to make beer. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Really good store, I just went in for a screw for a shelf but I didnt realise Id get such great service. Joe was especially helpful, asking what it was for and if I know what it was made of, even when he recommended a similar screw but was a little bigger, he gladly explained what I need to do to prevent breaking/damaging my shelf. Even Nya at the register was great, shipper friendly. Definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff. Location is in an older strip mall, but its well-kept. Selection is pretty wide for a small neighborhood hardware store, and the pricing is competitive on most products.

I went into the store to buy some cat food. Standing at the end of the pet food aisle I was approached by a store clerk he asked if I needed any assistance. I told him that I was all good, with a bag of cat food in my arms I continued to look for a cat harness. I noticed that he didnt leave and started conveniently rearranging the end cap which gave him a full view of me standing there. I have worked in retail sales throughout my life and picked up on the fact that I was being spied on and keeped in his sight. The worst part about the whole thing was the store clerk assuming that I must have the intellect of a toddler and wouldnt take notice. I am 50 years old I have a business degree, own and operate several businesses. I called the manager after I left the store but all he said was im sorry you feel that way.
