I would just like to share a story from the other day! I was stuck in the mud after our last snow storm in my work van! A gentleman who was dropping off material at the job site was driving by and saw me struggling. He took the time out of his day to stop and unload his fork lift to pull me out of the mud! Just wanted to say how truly appreciative I am of your guys help that day!

This website is a total mess. I want to see if they have cement board, Cant even find a search window if your store is anything like your website, the chances of me visiting it are close to nonexistent.

If you’re delivering and you are first well lucky!!Lady who picks the phone up when checking in sounds nice but is actually really rude when u confront her about waiting time. 2 hours before I even got acknowledge. And another hour getting unloaded

The gentleman that helped us was great. He showed us where the products we needed were. He was very personable, i believe his name was Gary.

Jesse was wonderful to work with! Very patient and willing to take my ideas and then provide even better options! Products are beautiful and they went above and beyond to ensure that not even the smallest flaw made it into my kitchen by demanding nothing but the best from their suppliers. After a hail storm we are having James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding installed on our house. We are buying the siding from Jesse at builders first source. Jesse is great to work with and our experience with working with builders first source has been amazing.

I work for a well established Siding and Window company in the area and we have thourghly enjoyed working with Jesse, Nolan and the team at BFS. They are always available to answer questions we have and to share their extensive knowledge of their products. We enjoy our relationship with BFS.
