The Pro Auto Care shop in North Dakota was awesome. Phenomenal service and incredibly kind workers. We had an issue with our gas cover from another shop, and pro auto was SO helpful. They were willing to fit us into their tight schedule and were beyond helpful. This shop reinforced to us the kindness of South Dakotans. Thank you all!!!

Ive been up and down with rating. They didnt charge me for stuff they couldnt fixed. Yet I dropped a 2007 JKU off and picked it up still broken. My fault I disconnected the battery. But even after 7hrs of driving (which is why I wanted the jeep fixed.) Nothing had changed. No codes, no new info, just cat codes and cruise. Which I told them. My computer even without an engine light showed these codes. I dropped it off with popping noises and violent engine shaking. Its fine at high speeds. Fine idle. And fine after the first few minutes when sitting for awhile. Which it probably did. But even 30 mins my engine shakes to a stop. They couldnt see the issue let alone fix the issue. Which is typical of any place. They were nice, respectful, and honest. However I dont believe my vehicle wasnt driven long, but do all places do this?Again my issue was I still had to make it to Kelso, Washington from Rapid City, South Dakota. So far I am good. Unless I am stopping or slowing down.

Took my Ford Explorer in. Initially I was hearing something like broken metal when I turned my steering wheel. They gave me a 700 something dollar estimate to put in sway bars which where missing and causing other damage. A Few months later as I was hauling my Christmas tree home. I made a turn and my front driverside tire fell sideways. Upon further inspection I seen where new parts where installed with all OLD BOLTS. Which is what broke. When I called the woman who answers wasnt too helpful. Reluctantly I found my receipt and it did come with a warranty. I dropped my vehicle off and pointed out all old parts where used with new parts I paid for. My old friend Twila Ferguson recommended this place. She spoke highly of it. I will never trust them with anything of value again.

Tom a genuine great man. Genious of a mechanic. Ive bought sold and traded 10 vehicles all were great!!! If you need any type a vehicle 100 percent recommended!!! Friend of the family!!! Dont go anywhere else for mechanic work or to buy a dependable reasonable rate used car!!! He capable of rebuilding engine any thing you need fixed!!!

The guys at pro auto care know what they are doing. I have been going there for a while now. Have never had any trouble or have say complaints to this day. I highly recommend Pro Auto Care to everyone.

Bought an nice car for my son. A lot of car for the price. Enjoyed meeting Tom very much. We could have easily walked out with three cars if we had room to park them all. We were so impressed. We will definitely be back if we find we need a car. Super place to buy quality used vehicles.

This mechanic is very honest. Both my 72 year old mom and I go to him. He is reasonable and explains everything. Never makes you feel talked down to because you are a woman. Saved my mom over a thousand dollars from what a dealer said she “had” to have done in her 2005 vehicle. My mom was getting ready to drive cross country and I felt secure knowing he had checked out her car.

Ive taken several of the more confusing problems that I have ever encountered to Tom and his crew. Each time without fail, they have diagnosed and fixed the problem well. I have even experienced a failure of a brand new part installed here. Tom stood behind his employees work, and re-replaced the part under warranty to make it right! I am usually very leery about leaving my vehicles with someone, but Pro Auto Care has definitely lived up to my expectations and earned my trust!

Went to get my oil changed at this business and they put the wrong oil in my car! Not only the wrong oil, but a different oil then what was on the little sticker on my windshield from my last oil change from the dealership! When I found out about this from looking at my receipt, I called back immediately and told them the issue. My car was only taking full synthetic and that was the previous oil used. They put in the wrong viscosity and also a non synthetic! I ran a 10w30 full synthetic oil and they put in 5w30 non synthetic! The man at the front desk told me that I would have to pay for an additional oil change and they wouldnt cover any of the charge for their mistake and lack attention! A mistake like this could have blown my engine in my car! I was very upset and when I asked to speak to a manager he yelled and said no and that I was an idiot and he hung up on me! I couldnt believe there are businesses like this still around in todays tough economy! Terrible customer service!! If you want to pay for the same job twice because of their mistake, by all means go for it! I know i definately wont be returning. Ill take this review down when my refund is issued. This company wouldnt even refund a $40 oil change! WHAT A JOKE.

I wouldnt rate this company at all, i called in just to get a radiator installed cause i found one online for $64 on amazon the guy wont install it due to its not from his company he wanted me to pay $150 for a radiator there and plus labor, and was real rude said go take it to another dealership then.
