Upon arrival I showed the guy a chip and 3 inch or less Crack in windshield so I can still get warranty. When my car was finished the Crack was now over 12 inches long and they had no explanation except temperature change. Was not very cold on this day. And car is not eligible for warranty anymore. All that is needed is an email from them stating the Crack was under 6 inches when I brought it so the warranty would be honored. Was told they let the warranty person know but Zurich said they never heard from the shop
I am from out of town and had a car issue and really appreciated being able to get in for a repair on a very last minute basis. Excellent job on all fronts. Thank you SO much!

Service has gone downhill...Been going to Liberty VW service for some time, but no more. More and more miscommunication, scheduling problems, mistakes, dont answer phone and price increase is why improper service and treatment is just not worth it.Appointment at 11 am, arrived ten minutes early to be told can’t do oil change, too backed up . Pleaded and explained needed just oil change for long drive next day to see my father who isn’t doing well. Nope cant do it...no care that you drive all the way into town to be told oh we can’t do it. What are appointments for? They are for holding a promised time to provide requested service. What kind of shop can be run like this….not a good one.Previous service...oil change, tire rotate and balance, specifically requested WITH balance, after two hours car was done, asked if tires balanced and said didnt need it. Rotate with no balance? Really? Because Im a female? Requested balance be done anyway...all four were out of balance. I was blamed for miscommunication though was clearly requested on my service intake sheet...the service manager confirmed rotate WITH balance was requested. They miscommunicate and .... rudely put it on me. Really?Previous to that, was told needed a flywheel, around $2000, that was two years and many miles ago. Three other professional service centers disagreed.Staff is not friendly. Don’t waste your time if you value dependable honest service. Zero trust. Zero stars.

Very good I was pleased with my salesman Tommy and his low pressure approach to me. I drove the vehicle and he and I talked and I went home and did some research and he tried too to find out the answer to my question. I didnt end up getting the vehicle not that I didnt want to. Just I made a decision to make sure my wife gets a vehicle first.

They got me a great car, but just very unorganized. NO communication really. I felt like I had to jump through hoops just to get my title.... Took well over 45 days to get my title. I was given so many excuses. Definitely not worry free. I was driving around illegally, after a one time extension of 15$ because i needed to get to work. I Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. The only reason i put three stars is because so far the car is great, but overall the customer service sucked.

In the middle of January my other half and I began looking for a new car for our family. At the time we lived in Newcastle, WY. We worked with William Gibbs and found a car we loved but werent in a position financially to get it quite yet. Fast forward about 5 weeks... We now live in Estes Park, CO. Colorado has an abundance of choices for car dealerships. We were looking around places closer to us once we had our finances situated, we found cars but didnt find any dealers we wanted to work with, or trust our money with. We decided to see if the car we liked here was still available... IT WAS! We got in contact with Willam again and were able to do most of the stuff and get approved over the phone before we made the trip up. The entire Liberty Superstores Mitsubishi team was great, but we were especially pleased with the salesman we had. We appreciated not feeling pressured into buying a car. My husband and I were on a cross-country road trip when our Perform Maintenance light came on in our Mazda3, alerting us to the fact that we were due for an oil change. Liberty Mazda was the only dealer within 200+ miles of our location, so we called for an appointment. They easily fit us in and even made several adjustments to accommodate our driving timetable and estimated time of arrival.Staff was extremely helpful and considerate of our circumstances (driving cross-country with a car full of stuff and cat) and immediately took our information and got the process started. The provided waiting area was clean and thoughtfully stocked with magazines and a variety of drinks.Service was performed promptly and thoroughly at an extremely reasonable cost. Extremely satisfied with Liberty Mazda services and personnel and highly recommend to anyone needing maintenance or other work performed on their Mazda.
Bought a car from these guys and had excellent customer service. Forest was my sales associate and made the car buying expierience very easy. Had my car for two days and the speedometer quit working so I took it to there service department to get fixed and they took care of the bill at no charge to me. Dealt with Forrest at Liberty. Never has an auto buying experience been better. He was quick and efficient. Most of my paperwork was done when I walked in the door. He let me test drive on my own to get a feel for the new vehicle. Which I found refreshing. No high pressure sales which I do not like. He took the time with me to go over all the warranty had me watch a video and came outside before I left to point out features and answer all my questions. We stopped at Liberty in the middle of a cross-country road trip with a Mazda6 and a rented Chrysler Town & Country minivan. The Mazda6 low headlight bulb was out and the window washer nozzles were clogged; the rental van had a slow leak in a tire as a result of a nail puncture. With no appointment, the crew at Liberty took care of both issues within an hour of our arrival and sent us on our way. Total cost was under $90. They provided great service, friendly representatives, and complimentary coffee and refreshments.
Took my car for a simple remote programming, was told a new part is needed. This ended up costing almost 400 dollars with a 3 hour wait during which 4 customers came and went and I’m not even sure it was needed. They did not appear trustworthy and I regret taking my car there.
Professional personnel and quick service in regards to my single visit - issue repaired in a timely manner (couple days) and at a reasonable cost considering the magnitude of the issue. Had a rocker arm adjusted and OEM spark plugs installed due to a stuck exhaust valve (~$500).

I was passing through town in my VW when the brake light warning came on. I decided to drop in and buy a bulb to install later.These guys installed it for me for free, remember I had no appointment, and I was out of there in ten minutes. If I lived anywhere near here I would go to them for everything. High quality customer service still exists, at least here.

He was very knoledgable about the Mazdas and was generally fun to be around. The entire team made it pleasurable even through the monotonous paper work and treated me like royalty.
