Great experience. Kirstin was helpful and very knowledgeable with the various frame styles and lens types. Store has a large variety of supply ranging from shirts, sweatshirts, hats, backpacks and some shoes and boots.

I was in a week ago to look at a pair of glasses, went back today and they remembered my name and what glasses I was looking at. Exceptional service from the moment I walked in. Absolutely rude staff. Customer service was horrible. I went looking to get lenses for my Holbrook frames, and at no point was I greeted, approached, or talked to. I was ignored. I even went so far as to try on different frames and still was not approached. Will never shop or buy from this location again. Staff will also talk down to and degrade you as they did my family and I.

Dude so happy. They helped me with my cracked frame. Exchange was easy. They were very helpful.tip: keep your receipt.

Bad customer service. Came in to exchange a Christmas gift. Although I didn’t have the receipt I had the box and all the necessary tags. The girl immediately took the glasses from the box and started cleaning them asking for a receipt. Than after scanning the tag she asked which one I wanted. Then said she didn’t have the one I request and that I couldn’t exchange it for anything else in the store and that I should call customer service. Why ? I have exchanged things before without receipt and her atitude from the beginning was showing how she didn’t want to help.No idea why. Just bad customer service.

I had to go and buy a microbag for my sunglasses, was in n out in a few minutes. It took me longer to pay for parking then to find what i needed and pay for it... Idk about you but I hate waiting in line. This Oakley store is awesome

I like this brand of glasses, I have 3 of them but what I think is that their prices are getting higher and higher even so with the promotions they offer to bring the second to 60%. I wanted to buy a replacement lens and it comes out almost at the same value as buying a new one, according to this they want to sell new, not spare parts.
