I don’t know why I always come here. Maybe it’s because it helps me pretend I’m rich. I’m usually able to escape my low-income reality for a solid 5 minutes until the cashiers begin throwing shady looks.I did happen to find a high quality winter coat for half price, so that was wonderful. Again, the staff makes me feel unwelcome but I come back. Why? I’m not sure. We’re all not sure.

Pretty standard UO store. An employee welcomed us in the store, but never spoke to us again. Store is clean and organized. Limiting store occupancy right now due to covid restrictions. Dressing rooms are currently closed.

I went to Urban Outfitters at the Rancho Cucamonga Mall. I really love this store because it has so many cool things that I like such as graphic tees with my Favorite old school movies and cartoons, baby tea lights to decorate your room for that soft elegant look, neat jewlery to accessorize with a nice outfit, and comfy jeans for a night out at one of Californias coolest malls. P.S. they have a really cool Cinderella Carriage with beautiful lights that takes you around the mall once for 5 dollars only. Loved it!!!!! I felt like a Princess

Frank has to be the most incompetent and just total unprofessional and lack of customer service, his deaf approach to my situation in which I was lied to, to come to the store in over an hour of traffic in order get to store. I was told to come in np well help you and to my surprise nothing. I hope no one gets terrible service and fake concern I did. Ill take my concern to corporate

The cashier was very nice and pretty and didnt have any problem signing me up for 10 percent off, the room attendant wasnt as cheerful or nice. Very organized and clean.

Why does everyone in this store act like they hate their lives? That is you can figure out who works there, zero customer service. The place is so (relaxed) you cant tell who works there, was standing next to some girl browing the clothes in the back when she stopped browsing and walked back to the register. I thought she was casually robbing the place until a customer walked up and she started ringing them up. Geez!

Did an online purchase, & went to pick it up. I was not helped, when i finally asked for help. An employee tried to hand me the product(Online purchase) that was worn out/Stained. Not only was i unsatisfied, but disappointed in the poor customer service. I do not recommned this store.
