Cindy was absolutely amazing. I emailed her for an appointment last minute, and she happily accommodated me. When I arrived she already had dresses picked out that she thought I would like from what I described. She has a ton of modest dresses, and knows her stock very well. I had been looking around at dresses for a long time, and I found that through all my research she is definitely the best place to go in California. I found the same dress at a different location, and it was cheaper at The Hitching Post. There are no additional fees associated, and she is very straight forward. The best part was that even though I fell in love with a dress there, I felt the need to think about it, and she was super understanding and didnt pressure me into buying the dress right at that moment like some other people do.I highly recommend going to The Hitching Post to find a modest wedding dress. I dont think youll find anyone that is that genuine and helpful. She really made the wedding dress experience awesome for me.

But I was still going to make it work because I didnt think I would have the time or money to get a new one. 3 days before my wedding I decide to see what my options were and emailed the Hitching Post. They were not supposed to be open that day but came in just for me! She let me try on almost every dress in my size, until I found a dress I truly loved. Then, she recommended the best seamstress ever who restored my faith in seamstresses as a whole. My experience was spectacular. They took great care of me and totally saved my wedding!HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Even if it it a little bit of a drive.)

I havent been to my appointment yet, but I talked to Cindy on the phone today. I live about an hour and a half away from the location so I figured Id call to get a price range on some dresses I found on her site. She told me the exact price for as many dress model numbers I asked for and even said I could continue to email her throughout the week with questions. I decided to make an appointment, and a, excited to go next week. I will update my review after my appointment!Just based off the selection I am so excited, its really hard to find LDS friendly wedding dresses, and have talked to a lot of dress shops and seamstresses about altering dresses and essentially rebuilding dresses to make them modest, I cant wait to try some on that are already modest!
