Tonight, the crew working the drive up area were working hard and busy as can be. I was impressed with their professionalism and hustle. I feel like they need more lighting under their tent but they would know best. Maybe someone from management or corporate should check with them. These three did a great job and were cooperating to get the huge number of pick up orders handled quickly.

Love going to target. Just this location doesnt have everything I want sometimes which is a pain. The lines get really long sometimes and I just wish they had more people in the cashier. Other than that, I try to avoid going to Target whatsoever because I always spend way more than I plan to!!

Store was not stocked or organized, employees did not seem interested in being at work. I dont expect them to be excited but it was noticeable that most employees I saw did not look at me, the cashier did not look at me during the transaction, there were two employees casually talking to the Loss Prevention person at the front door. It was the first time I only bought what I came for, I didnt spend any extra time browsing, walking up and down the aisles shopping for things and hoping to find something I might want.

Store employees are friendly and are always easy to be found. Its a bit messy however it is a busy store so understandable. Whats not understandable is good luck getting anyone to answer the phone anytime ever no matter which department you try.

Target is a retail chain offering home goods, clothing, electronics and more, plus exclusive designer collections. This place is located in Terra Vista Town Center, Rancho Cucamonga. Sometimes we come here to buy household appliances. We get almost everything from here that fulfills our daily needs. The price of the products seems reasonable most of the time. The employees are friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. This place is always neat and clean.

Great if you visit the store in person, buy dont expect anyone to answer the phone when you call their guest service. I called two times and waited for 5 minutes each time, and nobody bothered to pick up the phone. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

Horrible experience at this Target location. The customer service people are rude, not helpful at all and argumentative. I had a perfectly sealed item and the rep made such an issue because it was from another store. I was blown away something so stupid triggered such attitude. Avoid

Maybe its because its my first time being here but it took me a while to find everything I was looking for. There was a lot of shipment so the employees were more focused on that then customers.No one was rude though. Lines were a bit slow but nothing major. Good place to pick up household items, hygiene items, and snacks 👍

Easy to order and really extra easy to pick up!

The place is usually disorganized and they do not offer you baskets. I use to be able to use baskets for shopping by trying to snoop around the front but now I can never find any and it has made shopping an inconvience. I do not have that many stuff to want a cart but I also do not want to juggle everything in my hands. Its better to just go to the Target off 4th.

I live right behind this target so it’s convenient but something. I noticed about this store is I’ve been followed around multiple times like if they suspect I’m stealing even once when I didn’t even have a purse. I don’t steal. I’m a working mother lol it’s just crazy cuz they don’t even try to hide it. They just follow you keys jangling and all. I’m a regular here. Don’t know if it’s cuz I’m not Caucasian but it’s annoying. I definitely make much more than these entire target employees make in a year. Not bragging but saying. Like. You shouldn’t make ppl feel uncomfortable like that.

Great store, I always find what I need, great staff

The Target stores in Rancho Cucamonga and Upland are the ones I frequent most for multiple items. However, I am a collector of Transformers, Star Wars and Marvel Legends and for months those shelves have been completely bare. Other collectors have reported that the boxes are just sitting in the back of other Targets. I dont know whether or not it is true. It is disappointing. I have moved to collecting most stuff online at other stores because other places keep things in stock consistently. I hope this changes soon.

Staff are great, selection is good, and its your average target.It can be a little hard to find things, but the staff seem to be fairly in tune with the location of their stock.

Was trying to shop for some groceries this evening but two women were walking around the market section maskless. Although I do not know the stores exact covid rules, employees stocking the isle said noting to the women, even when one of them got extreme colose to the employee while they were trying to work. It was very uncomfortable.

I’ve been a loyal target costumer for years and i recently moved to Rancho. My experience here with the staff has been nothing short of horrific. I’m truly disappointed and honestly disgusted. The rudeness and lack of customer service is completely and utterly upsetting. The folks doing drive up orders aren’t even wearing their masks properly. I’m honestly contemplating whether or not I’m going back, ever. Ugh JUST RUINED MY WHOLE DAY!

This Target is always very clean from the parking lot to the bathrooms. The guy cleaning the carts greets everyone cheerfully when I go in early in the morning. Even during the pandemic this Target seemed to be the most stocked. I have been to many, many Targets across the nation and this one is by far the best.

I normally order drive up from Fontana North and they have orders ready in less than two hours but were out of stock for most of the things i needed so i decided to order here. i ordered at 5:30pm thought it would be ready by time they closed but it wasn’t very dissatisfied, then i give it two hours in the morning AGAIN AND STILL NOT READY!!! and to also mention i couldn’t get through to guest services at all, i finally called a different department and they connected me.. i said “i have work in the morning i need to know if it will be ready tonight or in the morning” the lady told me “to go to bed and have a good night” very unprofessional

This place is so much nicer and feels cleaner, however people are very judgmental.

Normally not one to post reviews, but just had one of the worst customer experiences ever with this target. Tried to make an online order to be delivered today, and part of the website said it was to be delivered tomorrow. So I tried calling, and calling, and calling...6 phone calls half an hour later; and no response!!! Dont know what the workers are doing in guest services, but its obvious theyre not helping customers! After all of this my order got cancelled, so now Im left to just go to the store and pick up the items myself. Tried online ordering because Im in the middle of moving in and thought it would be convenient; but its been anything but that.

In spite of the virus issue, there were a lot of associates to help find stuff. I needed help with three items and all three persons were eager to assist me, courteous and ultimately helpful. The checker ( I believe her name was Savannah) was helpful as well. There was a problem with the C/C machine, but she was patient with the whole thing.and promptly retrieved someone to help solve the problem.

I like the quality and the variety of products that target has to offer. Their costumer service is always helpful and I think the products are also well priced.

Horrible Horrible Experience I Called talked to Deanna they said they have 1 Ps5 for sale I drove over 80 Miles to make purchase.As I get there they still have that 1 available and Deanna refused to sell it to me and my family.Its very sad they dont have any good customer service.Regardless if there was wrong information they should make the customer happy and sell that 1 item.I called Guest Relations to see if they can help and it was the same.I spoke to multiple people they kept throwing the ball to each other.Leitze she said she is Supervisor and she refused to help us out and make things right.Target needs to work with there employees and show them how to take care of your customers.Now ill be going back to Wal Mart and keep spending my 2,500 a week.Im very disappointed in Target.

Target is target but you gotta watch out for Baby D’ in the parking lot. She drives a black jeep Cherokee.No one knows how to drive, or they forget that they are driving where there are pedestrians, and will almost run you over if you are not careful.

Went to the Rancho Cucamonga Target this morning at 6am, an hour before opening. They had it handled perfectly! The woman outside talking to the line (I cant remember her name), answered all and any questions that the group had. The store was clearly marked with signs talking about limits/stock info, etc. The lines were long but they went quickly. Thank you for making what could have been a nerve-racking shopping trip so easy!!

Each time I go to this store in Rancho Cucamonga, there are never enough registers open and a very long line. Today there were only 2 registers open. I really dislike going to this store and avoid it when possible. I love Target but, other Targets I visit do not have this issue. It is only this store. I think it is the lack of management scheduling. It has happened to me many times at this store, too many to have a pleasant shopping experience..

Ive been trying to call them for thirty minutes and the phone just rings and rings. Honestly, Im not even sure why this store has a phone at all! They never pick it up. No one to address your concerns. Or to check if your order arrived. Wow!

At the Rancho Cucamonga Target.I asked an employee in the dog food section if they had a specific can of dog food.He responded by saying if its not there then no..As he was walking away I informed him I do not know where it would be located, that is why I asked.The Employee just looked at me and then continued stocking and ignoring that I had just asked for assists in finding a product.I love Target where I live, but once a week I travel to my Doctor and need to shop for things around this area.I hate to say it. I will start using Walmart when I am away from home and plan to share this experience with friends and publicly on Facebook.Poor, poor service in a simple request.When did costumers become so unimportant just because the population is so high and you can score on the next person with money in their pockets.

This store should get a negative but its not an option. I called this store and never got a response from their store manger Lindsey. They never answered their phone. When you try to speak to management in person, they call security based on your race and call the police and say you are trespassing and will have you removed from the store and try to ban you from the parking lot and the other businesses although, its a common area. Mind you, the store manager and team will do all of this after Corporate gives you a gift card and tells you, you are allowed in the store and will no longer be harassed at this store by their team, and they can assure you. Later, when you follow up with Corporate regarding their in consistencies, they will hang up on you and say, their hands are tied. Yet, they put you in an awkward predicament. Spend your money at locations that dont target a specific race or color.

I bought bottled water from the store. Attempted to buy 5 cases. Was told by cashier that I could only buy 2. There are absolutely no signs posted, anywhere in the store that there is a limit to how much water can be purchased. I attempted twice to speak to a Manager once I was home. No one picks up the phone. This is not even a weekend. Today is a Tuesday and I was there at 1:26pm in the afternoon. This is a horrible way to run a business. I have been a regular shopper but Walmart is right up the street. They appreciate my business and will answer a phone call.

Dr. Stevens was very professional and caring. She took her time examining my skin, explained all of her findings and treatments. She answered all of my questions with clarity. The staff is also professional and very knowledgeable as they assist the patients and doctors.This was my first visit and well worth the 5 stars I gave it.Due to the fact that Dr. Stevens takes time with each patient, one must be prepared to be patient while waiting for the appointment to start. Im looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks!

During covid when masks make it hard enough breathe ontop of 90 degree heat, you decide to TURN DOWN YOUR AIR CONDITIONER? Yea never shopping here again. With my heart failure. I left a cart with over $200 purchase there. Sorry Target not about to die because your cheap!!

I love shopping at target

The lady that assisted me was very polite and very welcoming at pick up desk. I love shopping with this location never had a problem online with there items being out of stock. Fast quick and easy.

Women’s department was the messiest I have ever seen, I wanted to shop for some summer dresses but was quickly put off by the amount of clothes thrown all over the floor and on top of racks, also it was nearly impossible to find a size large or medium in many of the styles I did look at. This place was so disorganized, you are surely wasting your time if you are trying to find anything worth while. The packs of water were completely gone and nothing seemed to be stocked .... it was 6:00 I would think that there would be some product on the shelves. Target, you’re better than this.. please get it together.

Target carries popular quality products at very competitive prices, and sincerely honors advertised promotions. Target resolved my ordering issues when I called the customer service and I was able to confirm the outcome during the call via emails. The communication with customer service was very pleasant even at the busiest time of the shopping season. I am very satisfied.

Convenience, cleanliness and pricing. Loved that they had someone wiping down the carts when you walked in. Its nice to see that they care.

Using their online store is super convenient when you can’t find it in the store. Love it...except shipping should be free.

On the day I went with my kids to the store I had the section on the application where the wallet was already open. She did not know how to apply the cards I has on the application to the payment due. She scanned it and let me know the total again, I let her know that I had two gifts cards on my wallet and my payment information in the Target application. She stated Oh, well I dont know how to do that. I asked her to try again and she said she didnt know how and just looked away. Luckily, I had one of the gift cards physically on me and my card. When I gave her my gift card she scanned it and said it wasnt working, she tried again and had me read the numbers on the card and it went thru. I proceeded to pay the remaining balance with my card.I just did not appreciate how unhelpful she was and dismissive. Usually when I go, the cashiers are a great help and if they do not know how to process they call for help and not zone out and ignore the customer.

Very rude staff. Told me I couldn’t price match even tho online it says I can. And that was after they followed me around the entire time with there undercover security guards. Don’t know if it was racial profiling or homophobia but it was thee worst experience I’ve ever had shopping.

Organization of the stores as well as the selection of products. I shop Target at least once a week and alwys find something I love even if Im just there to walk around and browse. I never have trouble finding assistance. The store is always well organized and the target app is a fantastic tool while shopping there because it allows me to view available products at each store as well as where they are located and if there are any available coupons or savings that can be used. I visit a variety of targets across southern California and never have had a bad shopping experience.

Its close to my home and the gym that I go to. I usually shop at the Upland Target, but its easy to run to the Rancho one across that street before I go to the gym. The employees are always friendly and helpful at both stores!

Raul had the best customer service! He was so kind and sweet, very helpful as well. I hope the target management team knows how great of a worker he is!

Why have have a phone number listed if no one is going to answer. 17 minutes wasted! I tried every single department and option and it just kept ringing. Even Walmart employees answer the phone.

This is the worse place that I have been to since the Covid19/lockdown started. Waiting in line for over 30mins. Only 4 registers open and 1 section of the self service checkout open, when the have 2 self service sections... SMH. THEY DONT HAVE 30 MINS CHECK LINES AT WALMART, HOME DEPO, GROCERY STORES... HELL NOT EVEN THE TARGET BY MY HOUSE HAS LONG LINES LIKE THIS..

This Target is my favorite location! Its always well organized, clean and always stocked. This store is very reliable! You never have to worry about not finding what you need!The only down side are:They do get busy and lines can get long. They are the target that needs to keep all lines open during peak hours.

I shop at this Target at least 3-4 times a week. The last time I was in a nice associate Ryan helped me with locating more Choibani yogurt that wasnt on the shelf but they had more in the back. I have been fortunate that usually when I ask an associate to find something out of stock on the shelf they will check the stock and if at all possible get it for me. Most of the people who work there are very nice and friendly. Now a few concerns. The womens bathroom always stinks!! Why?? Cant they clean it better?? Hopefully after the remodel it will be better. Also Ive noticed that a lot of stock is damaged from moving it around so much with the remodel so check the product carefully before you buy it. Specifically the dawn dishwasher soap and cereal boxes. Other than that Ill be happy when this remodel is finished!!

If you dont mind standing in line for 30 minutes to check out then come here. If your in a hurry do not shop here. They have 16 registers and every time Ive cane they only have 2-3 open. Today is last straw. I wont be back.

Seems to be stocked better than most targets and fairly well merchandised. Employees are knowledgeable but are not very professionally dressed (sloppy or strangely dressed) and do not really look to help you unless asked. Moat were nice though.

I would love to give this place a no stars. Customer service sucks. The employees are chatting and not working. My orders again after 4 different times to give them benefit of the doubt, as to why my orders werent completed or ready even though I have email confirmations that they were ready. I habe taken video of lazy employees while its busy and sent it to corporate.

Today there were more Target employees on the floor than I have ever seen when I have visited at the Rancho Cucamonga Target. Many were just talking to each other. Inspecting my receipt when I got home, I had a question and called four times. Twice to wait for the operator, once for the pharmacy and again for electronics, thinking they could get someone off the floor to tell me what the item was that I bought for this particular store number. No one answered. I finally called the Target in Upland. The phone was answered immediately as was my question.

Its quick and easy I dont have to get down they come to me.

Everyone is always so friendly, I work right across the street and I love how everyone knows me already and they greet me at all times. I love how they always have someone available at the self check out and they are always so happy with a smile and positive energy.

Prices are too high, going in the late afternoon to night time the shelves are empty, theyre stocking shelves in the AM/early afternoon and are in the way. Theyre no Nordstrom, (just comparison) idk why their prices are so high. They do have some nice, helpful employees & some that seem to not give a sh**. I see peoples frustration when picking up online orders & the horn honks over the speaker & they seem disorganized. Other thann that, i dont mind going for certain things. They should have shelves stocked during the night, not thru out the day.

I love coming to Target especially to buy gifts for my friends and family!
