I use to work here 5 years ago the job is easy friendly employees and managers except for one of the temp agency managers was extremely rude.

Office staff is not friendly but does their job, the loaders are fast

This company had great service. I call to ask them if I could deliver a day early, I was told that they had room for me at 6:30 pm. So, I deliver a day early. I was there at 6:15 pm and out by 8:20 pm.the ladys in Shipping/receiving office were very polit and professional. Bathroom by the shipping office very clean. I wish a lot off companys would follow this example.

If you would like to worm for a company that takes advantage of their employees then this company is for you. The supervisors, the plant manager, they all make sure you work work work even if you have not taken your breaks or lunches and they know it. They don’t care if you are tired or if your back hurts or knees hurt. They will tell you to your face “too bad you can stay home” they purposely hire illegal immigrants by getting agencies to bring them people that they know will not complain to OSHA about the way they take advantage of these people. They do not do e verify. Not only that, all of the unsafe stuff that is happening in the warehouse floor. All of us are being exposed to harsh chemicals that can burn our skin and they don’t care. There’s chemical acid water that over flows and spills into the sewers of the street. They have so much unsafe hazards here that make it difficult for people to come to work and they are scared to complain in fear that they will lose their jobs. OSHA needs to hear about the way this plantation is being ran and all of the higher employees know about it.

Sometimes its nice as a human being to be able to use a restroom in the course of the day.

Loaded up pretty fast, make sure to have a safety vest and only 1 truck may enter driveway to wait for main gate at a time, the forklift driver has to come out and his weight will open the half of gate that is automatic for the truck to enter. Patience worked for me..

Real nice ladies work in recieving here. Be nice to them....they work hard long hours.

Horrible parking for drivers .Been there A few times and no matter what Lady is in office their attitude is the same, nasty and rude .they turn the pick up or deliver experience into a horrible one . It doesnt take much to be nice and courteous . Remember how you treat people is how you will be treated A persons attitude is very contagious . if this place relied on customer service it wouldnt survive. I have delivered from coast to coast and this is the worst place to deliver . judging by the reviews this place has been this way for awhile and doesnt look like anything will change .

They take care the appt time really good the only problem for a flatbed to get done the v boards and tarp its really risky 14 ft high with out protection but other than that nice and clean place

Very tight entrance and docking. Always flatbeds blocking where you need to maneuver to dock. Waited 2 extra hours to load last time because lady in shipping wrote a different dock number on the paperwork than she sent me to.

Check in time lady told me start load after 45 min. Another shift lady tell me start load me min after 2 hours @ app time😂

He is trying to play the law straight, until he gets you or tries to get you to sign a waiver.He terminated me with out my pay check made and agency wants me to leave this 4 hours until next week whem im terminated. The law indicates they should have all your hours owed ready since they hired me with their own agency inside they have 2, they not even check if you are legal or not i have a friend is helping with case inside he bough a fake id and papers with social.He is been in there 3 weeks so the i9 u fill out is fake. Where do i start this place is a horrible work environment, slave labor not worth the money to break your back. I saw 2 forklifts hit eachother very hard and everybody just laughed no professionalism whatsoever here, people are smoking weed on every break right outside. Bathroom is beyond disgusting and breakroom is a joke beyong small with one small refrigerator not even enough for a quarter of the workers to fit there lunches in. I wouldnt recommend anybody to this place worst and dirtiest warehouse ive seen in my life and ive worked in a lot of warehouses.

You have to block their driveway with your truck in order to check in, so anyone behind you is stuck in the street. Once inside, you quickly discover that the warehouse personnel apparently have no clue about the space requirements needed for a tractor and trailer to maneuver into a dock door. The space needed to jack knife into the dock is taken up by product stored in front of dock doors next to fence. As a result, docking is a distinct impossibility--especially if you drive a sleeper cab. So little room, if one driver is docking, no one else can get into a door. Totally inefficient.The final insult to drivers is the bathroom facilities next to shipping office. The floors look as though they havent been cleaned since 1980. There are no paper towels, not even a dispenser. And the sink faucet handle is gone! In order to get water, you must push on a plastic button on what is left of the faucet housing and hope the water will flow. Good luck turning it off.I have told my dispatcher if I am ever sent here again, it is the same as a 2 week notice.If I were the manager of this location, I would be embarrassed to admit it.

The attitude here of owner replying to reviews is ridiculous.Yeah smart ass u did not design building but u shud hv rented the building which can get trucks in. May be you should eliminate cars parked oppossitte to docks.If u hv more stuff than u can handle rent new warehouse.Next thing you rent a floor on 10th floor and wen trucks cant get there (obviously) .. r u gonna ask truckers to goto property mgt.You rent property from them but you gotta do ur due diligence if trucks can get in or not.Your attitude totally shows ur disregard towards truckers.Remember if i wasnt fr truckers u wud hv no business so respect them. This company only hires illegal immigrants which is why they run the place the way they do... I honestly dont recommend anyone who wants to work to work here... All that slave work for minimum pay... Leave that to the immigrants you have working for your cheap ass company

Hard working company

If you dont have the correct pick up number they will not load you even though they know exactly what you are picking up, I need two different numbers but since I only had one I had to wait 4 hour and ended up just leaving without a load
